We have potable bore water, electricity connection, picnic table and bench and firepit. We have two powered caravan sites that can also double up as tent sites. Ideally you should be self sufficient. Our bore has a solar pump that is rigged up to the water tank at the camp kitchen. Please turn the tap off once you have finished filling up your containers or caravan tanks. Bore water is potable, so can be used for cooking, cleaning, pets, etc. Any cooking implements and tools that you might need during your stay can be provided at request. Dogs are welcome, just please be mindful of our free ranging chickens, which are generally located at the top of the farm, near the big new shed. We have a calf and mini goats that you are welcome to help us feed. We are also looking at providing yoga, tai chi and meditation classes in the near future and are also setting up more sites at the back of the property as well as providing access to the creek in the summer. Please ensure that you are mindful of our neighbours, no loud noises between 9pm and 7am and kindly clean up after yourselves and take your rubbish with you, as we don't have garbage collection at the property. Nanango has a lovely vibe. It's Queensland's oldest and friendliest town. There are great playgrounds, swimming pool and cart racing in town, which is only about 10 minutes away from the farm. Kingaroy is about half an hour away. There is a great off roading spot in the forest that is literally up the road from us. According to previous campers it's perfect for beginners. If the kids like to get involved, I can take them around in the morning to feed the animals, we have around 30 head of cattle, calves, 2 horses, 2 goats, one pet sheep, chickens and ducks. We have a cow called Cutie Pie, she loves a cuddle. Happy to spend time with the kids to show them the jobs we do daily. Parents can join in or sit back and relax. Takes about 1 hour in the morning. If it's school holidays, we build scarecrow's, plant sunflowers or other crops together. Wash rescue horses or any other job on the farm. Kids love collecting the eggs and cooking them up for their breakfast. We also have a pool at the farmhouse which campers can use between 9am - 11.30am daily. If you like hiking there's a couple you can do, one that takes around 30 mins and one that takes 2 hours. Plenty of space to play cricket, football or ride push bikes. If you like fishing there's creeks nearby as well. Each camp site will have wood for fires, if you require more you can buy some on site for $20 a bag. Please don't bring wood in because of biosecurity and fire ants. Cedarton Farm is also on Facebook. We are close to Australia Zoo, Big Kart track at Beerwah, Maleny Dairies, Kondalilla falls, Gardener waterfalls, Mary Cairncross Scenic Reserve. There's a cheese factory, chocolate factory and wineries in Maleny. Fantastic restaurants in Montville. We are also 10 mins from Woodford Folk Festival. We are off grid only for campers, campervans and caravans we have no amenities at this current time. How ever if you want a porta loo Dinkem Dunnies are great and deliver porta loos. Roughly costs $250 to hire. 4x4 if towing because of dirt driveway and paddocks. Pet friendly however we do ask that no pets chase animals.

Cedarton is a small farm on 100 acres, we have cows, chickens, ducks, goats, sheep and horses. We have wild deer, wallabies and kangaroos that come in the mornings and afternoons. If the kids like to get involved, I can take them around in the morning to feed the animals, we have around 30 head of cattle, calves, 2 horses, 2 goats, one pet sheep, chickens and ducks. We have a cow called Cutie Pie, she loves a cuddle. Happy to spend time with the kids to show them the jobs we do daily. Parents can join in or sit back and relax. Takes about 1 hour in the morning. If it's school holidays, we build scarecrow's, plant sunflowers or other crops together. Wash rescue horses or any other job on the farm. Kids love collecting the eggs and cooking them up for their breakfast. We also have a pool at the farmhouse which campers can use between 9am - 11.30am daily. If you like hiking there's a couple you can do, one that takes around 30 mins and one that takes 2 hours. Plenty of space to play cricket, football or ride push bikes. If you like fishing there's creeks nearby as well. Each camp site will have wood for fires, if you require more you can buy some on site for $20 a bag. Please don't bring wood in because of biosecurity and fire ants. Cedarton Farm is also on Facebook. We are close to Australia Zoo, Big Kart track at Beerwah, Maleny Dairies, Kondalilla falls, Gardener waterfalls, Mary Cairncross Scenic Reserve. There's a cheese factory, chocolate factory and wineries in Maleny. Fantastic restaurants in Montville. We are also 10 mins from Woodford Folk Festival. We are off grid only for campers, campervans and caravans we have no amenities at this current time. How ever if you want a porta loo Dinkem Dunnies are great and deliver porta loos. Roughly costs $250 to hire. 4x4 if towing because of dirt driveway and paddocks. Pet friendly however we do ask that no pets chase animals.

We had a great time at Lakeside camping in Woodford. We were welcomed by Bushy. The sites were decent size, and we were able to have a shady spot. The toilet blocks were clean and close to most sites. Our dogs loved a swim in the lake.
