Our property is located in Round Hill, a quiet and secluded location just 7km from Agnes Water. It is a 5 minute drive to the Surf Beach, mini gold and driving range.
We have multiple sites to choose from, all offering plenty of space. All guests need to be self sufficient with their own toilet/shower and must take all waste and rubbish with them on departure.
There is a paddle boat in one dam in one of the properties dams and also plenty of shade so you can get out of the heat.

Purchased in 1988 as a block of Bush, the majority of clearing was initially done with a small Massey Ferguson Te20 a long length of chain a shovel and chainsaw.Built originally with nothing more than the chainsaw, shovel, hammer and nails the log cabin that I still live in has undergone a few changes over the years but we have tried to keep it looking the same on the outside made mostly from large hardwood posts and paperbark slabs and half rounds for walls concrete floor with sunken lounge room. The hand built rock chimney is the feature piece of the front of the cabin so be sure to check it out and get a few pics.

There are 10 large family sized powered sites with a firepit available for each site (no water connection) situated near the dam. Access to, Hot showers (Small fee applies), Flushing toilets, Washing Machine (Small fee per load) and a Camp kitchen. The powered sites are approximately 400m from the riverbank. Confirming there are no water connections to these sites, please fill your tanks prior to coming, however; fresh water is available for drinking. Select Powered, do not add as an extra.
In addition there are 7 large family sized unpowered sites with a firepit available for each, overlooking the river flats - Septic flushing toilets, Shower room (solar bag not supplied), Drinking water, Camp kitchen area, Firepits - bring your own wood or purchase from the owners (please do not source firewood from the roadside due to animal habitats). The Avondale Pub is 1km away with great meals and drinks, and the Bucca Pub is 10 minutes away with weekend entertainment. Jo's road house is just up the road and has all the essentials food wise with great pizzas, and fuel. Next to Jo's is an RACQ centre and mechanics. All this at your fingertips or just kick back and enjoy the peace and quiet in amongst the large gum trees and native lemon scented gums.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ A Beautiful, Relaxing Getaway – We Will Definitely Be Back!
We spent the King’s Birthday long weekend at VietJess Hipcamp, and what a wonderful little getaway it was! We enjoyed ourselves so much that we ended up extending our stay by an extra night!
The property is absolutely beautiful. Even though the campground was fully booked, there was still plenty of space between sites, so you never felt crowded. Every site overlooks the dam, making it such a peaceful and picturesque place to sit back, relax and enjoy the surroundings.
This would be an absolute paradise for families with children! There are so many animals to see, including goats, llamas, donkeys, sheep, pigs, chickens, ducks, geese and guinea pigs. There is also a fantastic play area with swings, a trampoline, climbing frame and bikes, trikes soccer balls and net a lot to keep the little ones entertained.
For those who enjoy being out on the water, Jess provides kayaks free of charge, which is a lovely bonus. You can also bring your own kayaks or paddleboards, or simply enjoy a spot of fishing in the dam.
Each campsite has its own fire pit, perfect for sitting around the fire in the evenings. Just remember to bring your own firewood or purchase some on-site.
The property is located along a main road, but we honestly didn't find the road noise bothersome at all.
We thoroughly enjoyed every minute of our stay at VietJess. It's a beautiful spot with plenty to offer, whether you're travelling as a couple or bringing the whole family. We left feeling relaxed, refreshed and already looking forward to our next visit.

This is a great weekender with children. Our boys loved the kayaking, Vietnamese coffee mid morning and plenty of animals for the kids to interact. Easily accessible off bitumen road. Really enjoyable stay, thanks Jess and Andrew 😊

That was so different from other camps - I loved all the animals Jess had, the campsite is very spacious, they have activites for kids and theres a little cafe where you can buy ice coffee or usual coffee.
I would reccommend it very much!

We enjoyed our stay at VietJess. Beautiful location and the animals and kayaks were a hit with the kids. Unfortunately someone had already set up in our spot which was pretty rude but luckily we arrived early enough to find another spot on the dam as it did fill up that night.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The view is beautiful and we lucked in and had it all to ourselves. We did see three dingos though so be aware if you have pups with you.
