We are a family built and run property set amongst tropical gardens on 15 acres with a pretty small private lake.
Our quirky communal building has lots of power points, hot showers, flushing toilets, free Wifi, pool table, dining areas, fire place and we now have a pool-side cafe, boutique and massage on site.
We are pet friendly, "ONLY ONE DOG PER SITE" and must remain on leads or runs whilst on the property. Please note that animals are not permitted in any of the undercover common areas or swimming pool enclosure. We are a short 2 minute drive to the new Agnes Central shopping center, 5 minutes to Agnes Water town centre and local beaches, and a 15 minute drive to the beautiful town of 1770.
Our property runs on rain water and On-tap drinking water is available in the camp kitchen.

Welcome to Yerrowah Eco Stay (Indigenous meaning for meeting place)
Our beautiful, peaceful 4 acre property is nestled amongst natural bushland on a gentle sloping block with 180 degree views overlooking the famous Paperbark Forest. Our compacted gravel driveway is suitable for all vehicle types and will lead you up to a large flat, grassy area where you can enjoy levelled parking for a comfortable stay. Site 2 is levelled and just as peaceful but not grassed.
Our property is located only a short 5 minute drive to Agnes Water main beach, town centre and 10 minutes to the iconic town of 1770. There are many things to do and see in and around the area so make sure you ask us for some hot tips on where to go and what to do.
Comfort is key! Enjoy your very own 5 star eco toilet and shower block. Wash away the day while watching the sunset disappear behind the mountains from our beautiful open air rain water shower. The loo also has a great view. Trust us you wont want to miss out on this experience (Please note: shower is cold water only)
Hungry? Ron's Veggies across the road has you covered. Take a stroll down the driveway to see his great selection of locally grown fresh fruit and vegetables.
IMPORTANT Please note:
We only offer the 2 campsite areas at any one time (top grassed area and compacted pad) to ensure your stay is as peaceful and private as possible, but please note we have live in, onsite caretakers who reside in front of the shed up the top on the grassed area and on occasions friends and family do come up to visit. Please check with us beforehand to see if we have friends or family staying before you book if this may be an issue for you.
Please be respectful of our toilet block and ensure ALL children are accompanied by an adult in the shower/toilet facility.
Campfires: Fires are welcome in the designated fire pit area or if you have your own off the ground pit but you will need to bring along your own firewood.
Animals: Your fury/feathery friends are more than welcome but we ask that they are kept on a lead at all times and not to be left unattended during your stay. Please also ensure their waste is picked up and disposed of off the property.
Waste: Bins are not provided and we ask that all rubbish is taken with you, including ALL cigarette butts.

Welcome to our 40-acre property with spectacular views and a number of paddocks with dams available for camping, plus some indoor options too. We are just minutes away from the popular Agnes Waters, but you'll feel like you are a million miles away! This is the place for ocean views, sunrises and sunsets.
We have good access for caravans and plenty of room! We are dog-friendly. There is drinking water available. Campfires are permitted in a designated area when restrictions aren't in place. Firewood Can be Purchased.
For camping we have a large unpowered area with some trees for shade. If you need a powered tent site, please message us and we'd be happy to arrange it for you.
The amenities block features a kitchen, lounge, TV, charge points and a big fire pit.
We have our new Landry up and running now.
The Bus is fitted out and has everything you need to stay with your pets. Enjoy the Queen bed, a lounge, fridge, microwave, seating, TV, and air conditioner.
It is set in the trees for added comfort. All linen and towels are provided, and you will have use of the toilet and shower in the amenities block.
The Lani Room and the Rama Room in the Sunset Lodge each has
two bedrooms, each with one queen bed and one king single bed. There are shared common areas, lounge, kitchen, outdoors
shower and toilet. Dogs are welcome.

Agnes Water Base Camp is a dog-friendly retreat spread over 120 acres of beautiful bushland. The property offers a range of sites set within this scenic natural environment, with more sites continually being created as the regrowth is cleared. While the track around the property currently has some overhanging saplings, it's ideal for walking and exploring, unless you wish to risk scratching your vehicle. This area is a work in progress and is constantly improving.
The highlight of the camp is the large, swimmable dam, perfect for a refreshing dip on a hot day. The property also boasts approximately 250 fruit trees and is home to Brahma chickens and roosters, adding to the rustic charm. There's a 3-kilometer walking trail for those who love to hike, and you'll find potable water and ample firewood available.
Guests must be fully self contained with their own toilet/shower facilities and must take all waste with them on departure.
Sunsets at Agnes Water Base Camp are absolutely stunning, with panoramic views of the nearby mountain ranges. When night falls, the starry skies above are nothing short of magnificent, making it an ideal spot for witnessing astrological events reflected in the tranquil waters of the dam. Love Life Sanctuary

The camping area is set on a couple of cleared acres at the back of our 14-acre property, bordering the Reedy Creek reserve, which spans over 1000 acres. Lined with native grasses, paperbarks, and eucalyptus trees, this stunning campsite offers a private coastal bush setting that backs onto the reserve. There are fantastic campsites to choose from, surrounded by the beauty of nature, with walking tracks leading to the beach, a swimming hole, and the paperbark forest for exploration.
As of now, there is no toilet available in the camping area, but one is accessible within a short walk on the 14-acre property. A campfire pit is available for use when permitted. Electric power at 240 volts and USB ports are available for charging devices as needed. Non-potable running tap water is sourced from our dam, and drinking water is accessible from the house tank supply. As a musician, I love a good music session, and campers are welcome to join me. I am a strong supporter of the arts and music.

Midskinrick is a 40-acre waterfront property on Baffle Creek in Queensland. 70km north of Bundaberg, 125km south of Gladstone. This little piece of paradise, on the southern bank of Baffle Creek, is a great place to fish, crab, swim, relax and enjoy the peace and quiet.
Choose the unique modern self-contained Lodge or bring your caravan/camper/rooftop/swag/tent and book a camp site.
Midskinrick has 7 powered sites (no water connection) situated around the dam - large family sites with a firebox on each site. There are, Flushing toilets, Hot showers (small fee applies) Washing Machine (small fee per load) and a Camp kitchen. This price is for unpowered. If you want power, please add this as an extra during booking $10 per night. The powered sites are approximately 450m from the riverbank. There are no water connections to these sites, but fresh water is available for drinking.
Midskinrick has 7 sites overlooking the river flats - Septic flushing toilets, Shower room (solar bag not supplied), Drinking water, Camp kitchen area, Firebox - bring your own wood or buy it from the caretaker (please do not source firewood from the roadside due to animal habitats). Hot showers available near the dam area. There is no option to add power here. Strictly unpowered.
