I. run a cattle grazing farm in Duingal, right on the Burnett River, 18km out of Gin Gin and 60km from Bundaberg. We have 100 acres of paradise with many sites to choose from, either along our 300m of Burnett river frontage or along the winding Duingal creek tucked into seclusion. For the bigger vans we have sites up on top of the property overlooking the Burnett with just a short walk down to the water. There are NO Ammenities available so own toilet is a MUST! Bring your fishing rods, kayaks and walking shoes. There's some great fishing here including barramundi, perch, yellow belly mullet, gar - and plenty of catfish to keep the kids entertained! Don’t have a kayak, no worries. We also have kayaks available for hire. We also have the most magnificent sunrises and sunsets here, with beautiful birdlife including hawks and water eagles. Great for bird watching and photography! All campsites have access to the water unless we are advised per booking. Less than 5km down the road you will find Wallaville where there is a great local Wallaville pub, and a corner store that offers great pizza. Telstra is available for communication, and we are also only 18km from Gin Gin and around 50km from Bundaberg. Campfires permitted in the designated areas only, bring your own fire pit when possible as we have a limited number of fire pits available. when fire restrictions/bans are not in place. Plenty of fallen timber around the place to collect for firewood. I suggest U bring wood for the ist night, In case it has rained & saves the hassle first up allowing U to chill out sooner 🥂 Well behaved pets welcome, but they must be kept under control and you must pick up after them. We look forward to welcoming you 🥂We have 100 acres of paradise, with many sites to choose from, either along our 300m of river frontage by the Burnett River or along the windy creek  tucked into seclusion , for the bigger vans the sites up on top over looking the Burrnett  with just a short walk down to the water..  We are a pack it in & pack it out camping. ( U Must Have A Toilet ) 🙏 Each booking = 1 site, if you need more space for multiple tents/vans, please make more than 1 booking!.   A Toilet is a Must By indicating your type of camping , size of camper, type of vehicle,  we can then  locate you to the best suited site for an enjoyable stay thanks. Great fishing (Barramundi, perch, yellow belly mullet, gar  - and plenty of catfish to keep the kids entertained!) plus kayaking, bush-walking and more. We also have the most magnificent sunrises and sunsets here, with beautiful birdlife including hawks and water eagles. Great for bird watching and photography!  #All campsites have access to the water unless we are advised per booking.#  Less than 5km down the road to Wallaville is a great local pub, and a corner store that offers great pizza. Be prepaid to drive through and clear please 🥂 Then come down to the Shed and caravan to be shown your campsite 👏👏 Going out the gate open toward U, after pressing the little black button to open the gate.    Back  Clear  of the  opening gates thanks..🥂

Great spot, we stayed down by the creek, lots of fun and safe for the little kids. Will stay again, Jennifer is very welcoming and the sites are all well kept, lots of space and very peaceful. Had a fun visit from the cows too

I thoroughly enjoyed my time at Paradise Lost on the Burnett. It was everything I was hoping for plus more. The site was right on the creek with easy access for my kayak, plus the wildlife and the fishing was a real bonus. Jennifer was a lovely hostess and I highly recommend visiting there if you want peace and tranquility. You need to have your own toilet/shower.

What a great spot to relax and unwind. Be sure to take a good book to enjoy the serenity. Nice flat sites, right by the river with plenty of space.

100% recommend this Hipcamp. Jennifer is a great host, but more importantly, she placed us on a site that was outstanding. She even drove down to the site so we could follow her to the best spot. We fly fished for freshwater bass and barramundi about 10m from our motorhome. The stars are also amazing while enjoying a nice fire. We will be back a lot.

This is our second visit and our answer is the same as our first visit so beautiful and relaxing here. We will definitely be back a 3rd hard to find a place that offers so much space and zen time thank you.

Peaceful camp with great fishing

We were greeted by Jennifer on the way in and her helpful grandson Lachlan showed us to our well manicured site, perched above the creek. Lovely outlook and loads of birds. Great spot for fishing and just relaxing. The sites are well spread out, so you hardly notice other campers. We’d definitely go back.

Well-spaced private camp sites with river views & river access if required. Reasonably flat & lovely grassed area. Easily accommodated our 16-foot van. Jennifer very accommodating for adding extra days to our stay.

Always a pleasure coming back to Paradise. Jen is the hostess with the mostest & we had a super spot by the river. Sadly had to cut our trip short due to power issues with our van but we will be back soon 😊

Paradise Lost on the Burnett
Paradise Lost on the Burnett was a wonderful camping spot. The camping sites were spacious and were shady. We were camped right beside the river and there was good access to the water for fishing or kayaking, it was a lovely peaceful spot.

Jennifer is a very welcoming host. She took one look at our vehicle and come up with the perfect site. It was spectacular! A private site from other campers with a great view of the Burnett River. One problem, we could only stay one night but, we have already started planning for a week stay and to bring our kayaks to paddle the river and creeks.

Was right beside the water very private site so quite could hear the birds and the fish jumping spent 3 nights so relaxing lovely getting back to nature Jennifer is lovely so happy we found this

Great location bordering a larger creek and the Burnet River. Lots of sites but we'll spread out for privacy. Some are easier than others for water access if you plan on kayaks or paddle boards. Jennifer is a great host. Met on arrival and a farewell visit before departure. I can assure you, she must spend hours and hours on her ride on mower. All the sites are well mown with mown paths between then all, and all sites were clear of cow dung. Highly recommend for a peaceful few days away.

Paradise Lost on the Burnett
We loved our 3 night stay here, despite the rain on night 3. The huge campsites meant we felt like we were the only ones there. Jennifer popped down to see us and she was lovely to have a chat with. Even left us with some fresh eggs. Despite there being cattle on the property, the paddock wasn’t full of cow pats like other places we’ve been too and didn’t have the strong cow pee smell of other places. If you like peaceful, quiet and private camping you’ll love this spot. Thanks Jennifer 🙂

Great relaxing quiet big space camp right on the water. Throw a line in while sitting at your camp. unfortunately only catfish were biting but still fun to catch and release

We felt like we had the whole place to ourselves. It was so lovely to camp on grass, just metres away from the river. There was plenty of firewood around and the cows were very friendly! Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
