Roagumba, or Roa for short, is our 920 acre patch of paradise in the stunning Yowrie Valley, an area traditionally inhabited by the Yuin people. Roa is a working cattle farm, made up of approximately 60% cleared land and the rest native bushland. The Yowrie Valley is largely surrounded by the beautiful Wadbilliga National Park. It is a 35 minute drive to the beaches near Bermagui, whilst the historic and quirky town of Tilba is 40 minutes away. The crystal clear Yowrie River flows along the western side of the property with numerous secluded swimming holes. The property is a working cattle farm so you're likely to meet some very friendly Jersey cows during your stay, as well as a lot of native wildlife such as kangaroos, wombats and birds. We operate three Hipcamp sites and two different locations on the property. Mountain Camp is a single site and offers complete seclusion and privacy, while River Camp is a double site and offers views across the valley whilst only being metres from the river. Both locations have composting toilets. We cater for small groups who are seeking a quiet, peaceful escape. Our sites are small and are capped at 6 people each, per night. To reduce traffic and out of respect to our neighbours, there is a maximum of 2 vehicles allowed per site. One additional vehicle per site can be organised, however we need at least 72 hours notice.

Welcome to Meringo Beach Camp! Located on 100 acres of private beach-front farm land, this camp is perfect for couples, families and friends looking for privacy, basic camp facilities and direct beach access. Tathra is just 15 minutes drive away, with Merimbula around 25 minutes, Bermagui 45 minutes, and Eden 35 minutes. The Bega river is clean fresh water and is well worth a visit on a hot day to cool off. Your hosts can show you a secluded area of the river that you can access easily. The whole area has an array of beautiful spots to explore both on the property and along the riverside. Jackie is always willing to give fresh produce from her veggie garden during your stay just to make you feel welcome. There are horses you can pat and a few sheep that are very friendly and love to be given bread. The historic Bega Cheese Factory and Heritage Center is just a couple of minutes away. The main shopping center and mall in town is just a five-minute drive. On our property, we can offer you a relaxing quiet stay in a secure area. Or explore further afield - our place links to both the Tathra-Kalaru bike track and the Bournda National Park, where you can access the Tathra Mountain Bike Trail Network, as well as the secluded coves along the Kangarutha Walking Track. Our property is dog friendly for well-behaved dogs that don't chase wildlife or the horses on our property. No hunting dogs. Campfires permitted when there are no restrictions. This is a stunning camping spot with exclusive freshwater Clyde River frontage. We accept only one booking at a time, ensuring you have the use of the entire camp and amenities to yourselves. To secure your booking we require a minimum of 6 adults (2 x children= 1 adult) Day trip possibilities are plentiful as the Shoalhaven has a lot to offer. We are 20km west of beautiful Bawley Point beaches, 33km south of historic Milton which boasts fine dining plus great shopping and the same distance via a different route to Ulladulla and its quaint harbour. For the more energetic there some great bushwalks, including climbing Didthul (pigeon house). Ideally configured for 20. Additional camp sites are available in an adjoining space. The shed has a bar with cold, potable water. A few tables and chairs are provided for your convenience. The lights require a small generator to power them. We use a 2kv With private access to one of the largest waterholes on the freshwater Clyde, you are welcome to bring your own kayaks, fishing gear (license required) and flotation devices. Roagumba, or Roa for short, is our 920 acre patch of paradise in the stunning Yowrie Valley, an area traditionally inhabited by the Yuin people. Roa is a working cattle farm, made up of approximately 60% cleared land and the rest native bushland. The Yowrie Valley is largely surrounded by the beautiful Wadbilliga National Park. It is a 35 minute drive to the beaches near Bermagui, whilst the historic and quirky town of Tilba is 40 minutes away. The crystal clear Yowrie River flows along the western side of the property with numerous secluded swimming holes. The property is a working cattle farm so you're likely to meet some very friendly Jersey cows during your stay, as well as a lot of native wildlife such as kangaroos, wombats and birds. We operate three Hipcamp sites and two different locations on the property. Mountain Camp is a single site and offers complete seclusion and privacy, while River Camp is a double site and offers views across the valley whilst only being metres from the river. Both locations have composting toilets. We cater for small groups who are seeking a quiet, peaceful escape. Our sites are small and are capped at 6 people each, per night. To reduce traffic and out of respect to our neighbours, there is a maximum of 2 vehicles allowed per site. One additional vehicle per site can be organised, however we need at least 72 hours notice.

We are located just south of the Mogo township on the NSW south coast, in prime position for mountain biking fanatics as the Maulbrooks Mountain Bike Park and Mogo State Forest are just to our west. We are 5 mins from the New MOGO MTB trails! On hot days you can grab your swimmers, snorkel and surfboard, and head down to a number of beaches at Tomakin and Broulee (15 mins from camp). When exploring the region, don't forget to stop in at the famous township of Mogo. This gorgeous village offers a quirky mix of art, crafts, homewares and collectibles, as well as fantastic food, clothing, specialty items, and well known favourites like Mogo Fudge or some marshmallows to toast on the campfire. Absolutely beautiful farm and camp site! The Camp by the Dam site was private, peaceful, scenic and sheltered from the wind, with views over the dam. We experienced a lot of wildlife (wallabies, kangaroos, lizards, frogs, horses and heaps bird life). We spotted kookaburras, nectar eaters and two different kinds of Kingfisher birds (if you enjoy birdwatching, I recommend taking binoculars!). It was the perfect spot for our dog to be primarily off lead and she absolutely loved it, with plenty of space to run and play. We had the entire farm to ourselves for our three night stay, and even if other campers had been on site, it still would have been very private. Waking up to bird song was absolutely delightful. The kitchen, toilet and shower facilities were great to have access to, within a short distance walk. The kitchen has a small fridge, microwave and washing up facilities, dining table, air conditioning and power points to recharge our power bank for our phones. There were plenty of communal areas which would be perfect for group events (large outdoor dining area/table and chairs, fire pit, beautifully landscaped spaces, events building with large kitchen, dining and lounge area). There were recycling and general rubbish bins, and toilet paper was provided. We ordered a wheelbarrow of wood for our three night stay which was more than enough for our time there and was ready on site for our arrival. We can't wait to book our next visit! Highly recommend!

Loved the seclusion, birdlife, walking down to the shack with a bottle of wine to watch the platypus feeding. Stargazing was amazing. Nice that Phil greeted us on arrival. Can be tight in places for large vans and make sure you have your fly repellent. Great experience.

We had an incredible stay at this remote private campsite. The journey in requires a 4x4, but that only adds to the sense of adventure — and the reward at the end is absolutely worth it. The property is stunning, and the host went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, even providing firewood and a great fire pit setup that made our nights around the fire really special. The campsite itself sits in a peaceful meadow bordered by a small creek, and it honestly feels like your own piece of wilderness. The creek is something truly special — crystal-clear water with beautiful swimming holes that are perfect for cooling off or just relaxing and taking in the scenery. It was one of the highlights of our stay. If you’re looking for privacy, natural beauty, and a host who genuinely cares about your experience, this place is unbeatable. Weekend Trip to Mogo Creek Homestead - Mogo MTB

We loved staying at Darcy’s, we specifically stayed at site 1. The land was so clean and you can tell it’s being taken care of by amazing people. There’s baby trees everywhere and what caught my eye was the big willow tree, It was beautiful! We also saw the Emu and Buffalo’s next to our site. The toilet was really clean, cleaner than most campsites we’ve been to and does not smell at all. It was raining when we went so we couldn’t check the creek, we definitely will next time. Darcy was very welcoming and kind. It was our first camping with our 10 month old after a year of break. The stay brought us back why we started camping and travelling in the first place.

It was a stunning location. It had one of the clearest rivers I have ever seen. We felt completely secluded in our own private oasis. The kids loved waking up to the sound of the cows mooing on our doorstep. There was plenty of wildlife to view and plenty of space to explore. Anthony gave great direction and also met us at the gate to guide us to the camp-site. He was a great host and even provided plenty of fire wood.
