1. STRICTLY No Caravans, RV's, Tents or any camping site is to be set up within 50 meters of the creek.
2. No more that 20 people camping on the property at one time - we must know your exact numbers.
3. Zero impact to the land and surrounds, treat it like you would a National Park.
4. ALL WASTE must be bagged and taken off site with you. The rubbish bins in the street are not ours. They belong to the people that live in the valley. You must be prepared to take all rubbish home with you.

Once you're here you feel all your worries and stress drift away as you unwind and relax in the Manor estate and its surrounds. A farm with a difference, with a small-scale ECO low impact primitive camping style.
Enjoy the peace and tranquility as you hear the birds or just sit watching the water trickle through the creeks and waterholes. We have array of wildlife on our estate and its surrounds.

There are plenty of activities to try around town, from bushwalking, exploring the Rail Trail in Murwillumbah and downhill mountain biking at the Uki Mountain Bike Park (Less then 8Km from our property).
The property is just 5km from the beautiful village of Uki. Uki is a place where community spirit hums. Village markets every Saturday selling local foods and crafts. The Old buttery offers ‘the Uki Buttery Bazaar Market’ on the 3rd Sunday of every month.
Don’t forget to pop into the Uki Trading Post (Bastion Lane) for the Best coffee in Australia. The Mt Warning Hotel situated in Uki Village also offers all meals as takeaways and a complementary curtesy bus running from Friday 5PM through to Sunday. Stock up on supplies at the village General Store.
Pet welcome on leash and under control. Campfires are permitted within local regulations.
We do have a bathtub’s on 3 sites that can be heated with fire.
Campers should leave no trace.
We are a short drive from the beautiful Hell’s hole, Unicorn falls. Take a day trip to Byron Bay (50min) Brunswick Heads (40min) Mullumbimby (35min) Tyalgum (30min). 45mins from Gold Coast airport.

Our 40 acre property is home to four quiet, secure, exclusive river front sites on the mighty Clarence River. Boating, fishing and crabbing literally at your doorstep. And it's just a 15 minute drive into the towns of Yamba and Maclean.
To ensure all our guests have a comfortable and spacious experience, each campsite is designated for one camp set up only (eg one caravan or camper trailer or tent) This allows us to maintain a relaxed and enjoyable atmosphere with plenty of space between sites.
The campsites are situated right on the bank of the mighty Clarence River, perfectly suited for campers who enjoy the peace and quiet.
Please note:
Our sites are available for booking up to 3 months in advance.
Our property is inhabited by a few cattle and kangaroos and on occasions a couple of visiting brolgas. The private boat ramp is accessible at the main house which is about 100 metres from your campsite. You are welcome to make use of our canoe or kayak which are kept up at the main house.
Pets are welcome but must be kept under control.
Campfires are allowed permitting there are no restrictions in place.
Each campsite has it's own firepit surround in which to light your camp fire. Firewood is available for purchase.
Campers must bring their own toilet and be fully self sufficient. Leave the site as you found it and take all waste with you on departure. The campsite is accessible by 2WD and can accommodate caravans, campervans and camper trailers. The sites are generally level and grassy.

Campfires are permitted in designated fire pits only and may be subject to fire bans. Firewood and ice are available for purchase (cash preferred).
Recycling bins are provided, otherwise campers are required to take their rubbish with them. Wi-Fi and Telstra coverage are available.
Rainforest Gateway is located approximately 8klms along Grady's Creek Road, just 20 klms north of Kyogle and 15 klms from the Queensland border on the popular scenic tourist route, Lions Road. Kyogle is a bustling town with an IGA supermarket, MTB riding tracks, lovely gift shops, cinema, bowling alley, and a selection of dining outlets. For those wanting to immerse themselves in nature, the Border Ranges National Park is a short drive away.
Lions Road repairs have been completed, however is classed as not suitable for large vans. Please contact us for further information.

We’re a small family on a beautiful 5-acre farm next to the Brunswick River in Mullumbimby. We practice permaculture and organic fruit and vegetable farming. Camp under shady trees or in a grassy paddock. We are 10 mins from the Brunswick Heads rivers and beaches. Simple amenities including an outdoor shower. You can purchase firewood or bring your own. Dogs permitted as long as they are kept on a leash or kept within the campsite and it's left clean. All rubbish must be removed.
Restricted numbers so you can be sure you won't feel overcrowded. Contact us if any days aren't available as we often get cancellations.
There's a country feel yet it's 3 mins away from the thriving township of Mullumbimby. Lots of cafes, artisan shops, Kiva spa, Banya bathhouse and amazing healthy food everywhere. Or enjoy the nightly pilgrimage of the flying foxes across the evening sky.

Absolutely love creek side camping at Mt Lion Farm. Even when booked out on a long weekend it’s still relaxing and doesn’t feel crowded. The dogs love the room to run and also playing in the creek. Leza and Erhard are very welcoming hosts and I love picking up some fresh eggs as well.

This was a perfect place to camp on our way up North. We arrived late and left early morning - but the site was perfect and easy to get to. The only problem was that we weren't there longer to enjoy it. We will be back!

What an amazing hip camp. Easily accessible from the M1 for a night stay or still tucked away enough for a week off peace and tranquillity. With toilets available, town tap water as well as extremely generous size sites all with water views. Very friendly hosts with a great knowledge of the area and all the hot tips of the surrounds. The river has a pontoon great for swimming, fishing, kayaking and boating alike or simply a shady spot under the tree with a good book. Dogs allowed & fire pits provided with fire wood for sale also during the right season. Great price for a great hip camp in a great convenient spot! Thanks guys for your hospitality, will see you again..

After a long drive up the coast it was a great spot to stay. Especially during school holidays as there was plenty of space. Ill be back to do some more exploring in the area. Cheers.

A beautiful, quiet, well looked after camp ground.
Bob was quick to support us on our arrival, help our friends book additional campgrounds and was easy to talk too! The swimming hole was beautiful, clean and fresh.

A beautiful experience. I went with my 5 year old daughter and we had such great time. The place is so peaceful and is beautiful. A very mellow place. The creek was the highlight. Grant and his family are super friendly and helpful.
