Bring your mountain bike, fishing rod, swimmers, hiking boots, tennis racket, basketball (a hoop on the tennis court) or climbing gear and leave the kids in the play area while you sit by the creek and listen to the water tumbling through the rocks. If you are as intrigued by rare animals as we are, then this is the place for you. 63 Bird species, 24 mammals, 16 reptiles, and 12 amphibians have been sighted in the area (Clarke 2012) and this includes many rare and endangered species including the platypus, brush-tailed rock wallaby, Giant burrowing frog, Gang-gang cockatoo, Glossy black-cockatoo, Koala, Little Lorikeet and the Yellow-bellied glider. We only have three campsites at present, so you will be guaranteed peace, space and privacy. with a minimum of 400m between all sites. Please note, that your group must be self-contained, with their own camp toilet, however fresh drinking water is available. Access is into a valley on a well maintained unsealed road but there are some minor causeways making it unsuitable for busses or long low slung vans. An ordinary sedan will do for Billabong and Dad's camp sites but you will need some power for towing and a 4x4 to tow out in any rain. Riverbend site is only suitable for 4x4's and off-road camp trailers. Best shade is in the morning when you want to sleep in. There is a tranquil creek on the eastern side of the camp and horses and hand reared cattle graze on the western paddock. You need to be a self-contained camper with your own camping toilet/shower, and drinking water. Bring some books, set up a hammock and laze the days away. Beaches on the coast and beautiful Jervis Bay are 20 Minutes away. The Jervis Bay region has much to offer so if you're up for adventure, bring your kayaks and snorkelling gear. Yerrinbool is 1 hour from Sydney and a great spot to spend a weekend away, 15 mins from Bowral and 10 mins to Mittagong There are animals on the farm including ducks, chickens, goats, sheep and sometimes even baby cows. The property does need a little clean up but the rear of the property is nice and tranquil. We are directly next to the HWY so sometimes there is road noise, but it's a great location for an easy stopover. Easy access for caravans, keeping in mind the weather as like in all areas it becomes soft when wet. Please note, while we do permit more than one car per site booking, we only allow 1 caravan per site. So if you are in a group with more than 1 caravan, you will need to book multiple sites. Any questions, please let us know. We have Fire Pits in key locations around the farm PLEASE DO NOT move them as they signify each spot for camping. They have allocated spots and we do not need them moved. We also have a toilet in a small shed in the rear paddock for people who are using tents. Also when you come to the campsite please insure that when using the toilet to keep it clean as it is a bush toilet. Water to flush the toilet is in a tank behind the shed and if your a male please use a tree for number 1. We want to minimise flushes where possible, please keep clean for the next camper. and water is at the front of the property, if you're required to fill your tanks or rinse off. We have two dams with yabbies you are welcome to collect. If you do collect some please be respectful in the amounts you collect and also throw some raw meat and or frozen veggies like peas and corn into the dam to provide food for the others to grow. Kids stay free and are not included in the site capacity. Sites are easy access with a clear track. All sites are dispersed so you can choose where you stay. We live on property and are happy to share and let people enjoy our beautiful location. The morning birdsong and evening are restorative. The sunrises and sunsets amazing. Far enough away to unwind and relax, close enough to get a caffeine fix if needed! Coming into summer camp fires are subject to weather conditions and fire warnings. Campers must be self-contained. Off grid campers, 4wd vehicles with pop ups or tents on ground and RVs can be accommodated. We have a leave only footprints philosophy. All rubbish and waste (human, animal & general) must be taken off property. Extremely well behaved dogs are welcome. Our birds are free range so dogs need to be feathered friend friendly. Access is into a valley on a well maintained unsealed road but there are some minor causeways making it unsuitable for busses or long low slung vans. Riverbend site is only suitable for 4x4's and off-road camp trailers. Please note, while we do permit more than one car per site booking, we only allow 1 caravan per site. So if you are in a group with more than 1 caravan, you will need to book multiple sites. Any questions, please let us know. We have Fire Pits in key locations around the farm PLEASE DO NOT move them as they signify each spot for camping. They have allocated spots and we do not need them moved. We also have a toilet in a small shed in the rear paddock for people who are using tents. Also when you come to the campsite please insure that when using the toilet to keep it clean as it is a bush toilet. Water to flush the toilet is in a tank behind the shed and if your a male please use a tree for number 1. Hello Campers! Our beautiful property is located on 20 acres in a convenient location just 10 minutes out of Campbelltown. The property is a short drive to Dharawal National Park, and a great 'home base' while you explore everything the area has to offer. There are fire pits provided for campfires, given there are no fire bans or restrictions in place. If you would like to be further away you can camp near our dam which is becoming more popular as of late .If you would like to be totally tucked away in the bush we also have spots totally surrounded by bush, please let us know when booking. There is a hot outdoor shower and a toilet on site just a short walk from all the camp sites. Please take note that our dogs which love people and are super friendly wander around freely and will come and visit you, so if you do not like dogs please do not book in . Situated 2.5 hours south of Sydney and 2.5 hours from Canberra, Fat Lamb Farm currently offers 2 grassed areas for tents and self-contained RV’s in the rural township of Wandandian. Enjoy the many species of wildlife, kangaroos, native birds, reptiles and the resident wombats. You can watch the cows and sheep graze. Depending on the time of year you may also view the wonders of new life and witness the beauty of lambing time. Bring a kayak or canoe and enjoy the views along beautiful Wandandian Creek. Challenge yourself to reach the mouth of the St Georges Basin or throw a line and catch a fish for dinner. We are pet friendly; however, all pets must be on a leash or lead at all times due to the livestock on property. Remember to have your furry family member protected from ticks and don’t forget to protect yourself as well. Campfires are permitted in designated areas outside of the Bushfire Danger period. Fire pits will be supplied when you are within those periods. These are unpowered sites and you will need to be self-contained with camping toilet, shower and water, taking all waste with you when you go. You will be camped 15 minutes from Huskisson. Jervis Bay, Sussex Inlet if you feel like venturing further for a swim in the ocean or a meal in a restaurant.

La Estancia Hideaway was the perfect place for a 3 night break away. It's spacious, surrounded by trees, quiet and very, very comfortable. A fresh and clean bathroom, huge amenities shed and even an open air bath. Our host, Magali, was welcoming and communicative. Highly recommended and we'll be back.

A very pretty spot between cows and a forest on the other side, which actually creates shade in the morning for those who want to sleep longer. The host is very kind and came to say hello and give some tips about the area. There are no toilets or running water, so be prepared.

Wandy Donkey Camp was a fantastic spot for tent camping. Beautiful scenery and the large paddock meant it felt very private even with other campers sharing the space because everyone was able to spread out. Kate was an excellent host. Unfortunately we didn't meet the donkeys on this visit but will hopefully be back!

Ian met us at the camp as we arrived, showed us around, had a chat and a laugh. We met Nigel and Mavis, Ian’s two little dogs, that also came down to make sure we were alright! The camping space was lovely, well maintained, freshly mowed grass, fire pits and the two spots had access to a few stacks of firewood around the camp. The spot we chose was the first as you drive in, overlooking the creek. Quite a large space, which fit our 17’ caravan no problems at all. We had a few cows and sheep nearby to give us a nice country feel, kookaburras laughing, an occasional Rooster crow and Nigel and Mavis showing up periodically to check on us and let us know the perimeter was secure. One tip; don’t go down Wandian road, the dirt road turnoff from the Princes Hwy, take the sealed road turnoff close to the Servos! The dirt road is wild, especially pulling a 17’ caravan!! Well done Ian, you a great host and a legend. Would recommend the camp A+ 9/10

Kate and Dave were the most amazing hosts and the Camp was the best we’ve stayed at! The different camperes were placed far apart so it felt like we had the entire ground to ourselves - and we were placed so we were looking right at the cows which was amazing. In the morning we were able to meet and pet all the animals on the farm which was an amazing experience ❤️ Fuerthermore they were amazing at showing us the stingrays and how to feed them. Again thank you so much both of you! We definitely recommend this camp😃 Best regard Cathrine and Victor

Perfect location, loved staying on this property. We enjoyed daily swims in the river, the site was private and well maintained with camping neighbours nowhere near our site. Vallance and his family were so very friendly and hospitable and we will come back many a time in the future. Plenty of morning and afternoon shade at the site and because it's a new site there is a huge amount of firewood for campers to utilise. Nothing negative to say. Dream camping trip over new years, peaceful, with a mega bonfire put on for guests to celebrate the new year. Park and trampoline were perfect for kids.

What a great spot with everything we needed and heaps of space. We had a caravan and 3 kids. Rob provided a water connection and power so we were happy campers! Pool was delightful and the kids enjoyed the 3 dogs that joined us in the afternoons. Peaceful, no fuss, no stress, happily recommend.

We really enjoyed our stay. We camped at the Dam View site and had a lovely view over the dam. The horse was friendly and the ducks and magpies wandered around us, we also saw a kangaroo and some rabbits. A peaceful and serene place to chill out for a couple of days.
