You will be the sole visitors and thus have all the space and amenities to yourself. Your onsite amenities include: a firepit with benches and table, bbq plates, free kindling, firewood available to buy, a hot private outdoor shower, your own flushing toilet, a tap and handsoap, a bucket and hose, bins for recycling and rubbish, a swing, and a small cubbyhut with board games and a bocce and cricket set. Please note our rates are very competitive and cover 3 visitors in our base rate. During your stay you can just kick back and relax overlooking the farm which produces beef cattle and fingerlimes, but with the convenient distance to towns and beaches, you can also use it as a base to very easily explore all the region has to offer: Byron Bay and Bangalow (15 mins), Brunswick Heads (10 mins), and Mullumbimby (6 mins), all offering great dining, local market, and retail experiences. the area has a plethora of activities to pursue: swimming, walking, fishing, great surfing, sea kayaking, ballooning, skydiving, horseriding, golf (eg renowned Ocean Shores golf club is 20 minutes away), and the wonderful rail trail for bikers or walkers can be accessed at Mooball, a picturesque 20 min drive away or try out the new mountain bike trail at the vey pretty township of Uki in the hinterland. Beautiful waterfalls are less than a half hour drive away. There are local businesses who can help you pursue these kinds of activities if you don't bring your own equipment.

We are located 15 minutes from Murwillumbah, 30 minutes to Cabarita Beach, 40 minutes to Gold Coast Airport; 50 minutes to Byron Bay. With only one site booking, you have ensured the privacy to relax and explore the seasonally variable gardens, from the spring magnolia's, dozens of varieties, through to the camellias both sasanquas and japonicas, with the autumn colour of the acers. Centrally located great base to unhook and explore the Northern Rivers. These gardens are part of a wholesale nursery and there are a few times that staff may be in the gardens collecting cuttings. There is no access to the nursery. Our place suits relaxed self-contained travelers only who want to relax and recharge. Located just 10 minutes from Pacific highway at Ballina. Pets are Ok, we have a friendly large dog who may visit. There is a covered BBQ area with table and chairs. For group bookings, up to 10, use the extra van / tent site in the extras section.

Located at The Channon, we are not far from the well known towns of Nimbin and Lismore (both 20kms away but in different directions) and Byron Bay which is 40km away. Our property is an easy walking distance to the local village where you will find the shop/ general store and the pub. It's around 1km to The Channon Craft Market grounds, and the markets are on the second Sunday of each month. Lots of crafts, clothes, jewellery, gifts, food stalls and entertainers to see and enjoy. This campsite is located right on the banks of the flowing creek. It's a private site with access to two good swimming holes. Enjoy warming your feet around the campfire in the evenings, subject to fireban conditions.​ ​We welcome only self-contained campers who bring their own camping toilet/shower and drinking water. There is access to rubbish facilities.​ For those wanting to explore a bit further we are 15kms from Nightcap National Park and the beautiful Protesters Falls. There is a walking track that leads through lush World Heritage rainforest right up to the falls. Well behaved pets are welcome.

We only have one site available so campers will have plenty of space and privacy during their stay.We are a Redclaw crayfish farm and have sheep, cows, and donkeys in the paddock near the campsite. Relax around your campfire in the evenings and enjoy some excellent star gazing. We have drinking water available and Redclaw, firewood, and ice for purchase. You are welcome to swim or kayak in our lake. Campers must have their own camping toilet and take all waste with them on departure. Sorry, no pets.
