Kayaks available for use on property only. Some life jackets provided. 2km bushwalking track on property. Wyong Beach 15 minutes. Pottsville Beach 20 mins. Brunswick Heads 24 mins. Byron Bay 34 Mins. Wonderful cafes and shops in area. Teakwood Cafe 5km, Victory Hotel 6km, MooMoo Roadhouse 7km. Local Store The Barn offers hot food, groceries and alcohol 4.5km. A great Wine shop The Natural Wine Shop 4.5km. Club Burringbar for meals. The best butcher in Australia (in my opinion) Bretts for your bbq needs. Woodfire Pizza most Friday nights at Rainbow Nursery at end of Ophir Glen Road. If you are looking for somewhere new and refreshing, come stay with us.

Upper Burringbar NSW. Sites are beautifully situated around dam setting within its own valley. Check in is available from 8.00am and check out at 4.00pm. Can accommodate more than 16 sites. Each site is for 2 Adults and 2 Children up to 16yo. Immaculately maintained. Bali hut on site for with table and seating for 10/12 people. Common kitchen for use with sink and tank water(not potable). Fire available in designated area with log seating. Or bring your own fire pits. Wood is available for your collection on the property. Close to Rail Trail 2 minutes from front gate(bike riding/walking). Dam with jetty great for swimming and kayaks on site for your use in dam. Some life jackets provided. A great hiking track is around this property with beautiful views (approx 2km). Close to shops and cafes. Dogs allowed restrained due to cattle. Camp area near dam with jetty. Plenty of sites. Suitable for camping and caravanning. Caravans must use 2nd gate to enter camp area. Easy access. 2km bushwalking track on property. Wyong Beach 15 minutes. Pottsville Beach 20 mins. Minimun 2 nights $500. Don’t miss out on this beautiful property. This very private and romantic cottage is situated at the top of 169 acres with amazing views to Mt Warning and snippet of ocean. Byron Bay 25 mins. Cottage has 1 Bedroom with Queen size wood carved bed, and facility for sleeping 2 more on a pull out lounge. Cottage has full kitchen with fridge, combustion stove, small gas portable stove and bbq is also provided. Bathroom/Shower. Beautiful front patio where you can sit and enjoy the views. Property has dam with beach entrance for swimming and kayaks are provided for use on the property. Some life jackets provided. Swing set also. A fantastic hiking track around the perimeter of 169 acres ( approx 2km). Lodgers will be transported to cottage. Lodgers vehicle will be provided with undercover car park. Close to Rail Trail which runs from Murwillumbah to Yelgun. 2 minute bike ride from property to entrance onto Rail/Trail. 15 minute drive to beach. Close to fantastic cafes and shops. People that have stayed here have all commented on the uniqueness and beauty. Come and experience this amazing property. Check in times and check out times are negotiable depending on bookings.

We had a great stay at Callemondah Farm Campgrounds near Byron Bay. The property is beautiful and really well set up, especially if you’re after a relaxed, family-friendly camping spot. There’s plenty of space between sites so you don’t feel crowded, which made it feel nice and private. The dam and jetty area is a standout—perfect for sitting back and enjoying the surroundings. Facilities were a big plus too, with proper flush toilets and a handy Bali hut with tables and chairs. It’s also in a great spot, close to the rail trail for bike riding, but still quiet and peaceful. Overall, it’s got a really easy, welcoming vibe. We’d definitely come back again 👍

We loved our stay in the cabin on the hill with beautiful views in both directions. The cabin had everything we needed and Sam was great at explaining everything. Would love to stay there again and recommend it to others.

Wow! Where do I start?! We were instantly blown away by the incredible landscape. A perfect little lake surrounded by rolling green hills. As soon as we drove through the gate, we were greeted by horses who approached the car and stayed for a pat. We started to set up the van, Sam came over and introduced himself and the area. The lake came with what we called the ‘love boat’ (think notebook vibes) and two kayaks. They provided life jackets from baby to adult size. The lakeside swing set was so dreamy. We loved sitting under the outdoor communal area. Meeting and chatting with other guests. The pictures do not do this place justice. We cannot wait to visit again.

We had the best time at this campsite! The photos do not do it justice whatsoever! It is a stunning farm with everything you need and more! Sam and his family were super lovely and welcoming! I would recommend anyone to go and camp at this site!! We will be back again soon ☺️☺️

This was an amazing getting off grid experience a quiet calm environment - it looks like something out of Yellowstone! Sam was a wonderful host ensuring we had everything we needed and giving helpful information about his property. With a flushing toilet and a crystal clear Dam to swim in we had an awesome time booked for one night stayed for 6!

Such a stunning site to camp at. Situated in a valley with a dam to swim & kayak in. Swings for the kids & so much space to rides bikes. Sam & Diana were amazing hosts. We will be back soon!

Sam and Diana were delightful. Very accommodating and the space available was perfect for the kids- bit enough to roam on their own and give them independence, but small enough that you can keep an eye on them. We visited during peak time and it was not great for the toilet when others decided to use it as their own personal washroom and keep an entire line of people waiting- we would have bought our camp toilet if we knew it would be that busy. Most dog owners were pretty responsible and respectful, but there is always one with its dog barking at sunrise and letting it roam freely and it taking a big ____ on the edge of the dam. The kids enjoyed the roaming cattle and horses as well as the kayaks.

Callamondah Farm was a beautiful oasis. The site was very well kept, in a beautiful setting. The lake with kayaks and a small boat to use was a fun addition. Would recommend!

Absolutely stunning property. The kids loved the swings and kayaks, they were in the water for hours each day. The big Bali hut with table was great for our large group of 10 adults and 9 kids to be able to have meals together. Gorgeous horses that we loved riding our bikes to go pat. The owners were the most friendliest and welcoming of any campground I’ve ever been to. Clean and easy to use toilet. The photos on here don’t do it justice, it’s way more beautiful in real life. We will definitely be back!

Beautiful spot! We really enjoyed our stay. There is a lake where you can borrow the kayaks, a hut to sit at, large communal fire pit or byo, wash up area, toilet and lots of well maintained grass to camp on. Very tidy and clean. We also did the private 2km walk around the lot which gives stunning views especially at golden hour. Sam was very accommodating and happy to answer any questions. Thank you. We highly recommend!

Hosts were unreal…. Come down had a beer and a chat made us feel welcome…… lake is good for a swim to cool off…. The canoes kept the kids busy for hours and and so did the swings….. will definitely come back with our family of 5…..thanks for having the Donnelly’s
