Explore the meandering creek day or night to spot turtles, crayfish, echidnas, azure kingfishers, glow worms and if your lucky, and early enough, a platypus. There are also a few spots along the creek perfect for a cooling dip in the warmer months.
As the sun sets, stoke up a warming campfire (fire bans may apply) to enjoy some afternoon drinks and snacks around, while the kids enjoy exploring or building a bush cubby. When the light fades enjoy the starry night sky and being lulled to sleep by the babbling creek.

The rainforest Treehouse is situated in a rainforest pocket of the Mount Warning Caldera, completely surrounded by lush and vibrant nature and sheltered from the outside world, while being just 2 minutes away from us and the comfy road that will take you to an amazing swimming hole, cafés and the nearby town.
Once you enter the Treehouse private drive you will feel yourself being transported into a magical world of gently flowing water, natural light, tall trees, chirping birds, rustling leaves, crickets, and frogs.
You will notice the energy shift into the safe embrace of our land, protected by Springbrook Mountain.
The location of the Treehouse was chosen by our then young children. We all fell in love with the magnificent camphor laurel tree growing at the edge of the seasonal creek.
We all found ourselves drawn to that place, so with the help of our friends and our children we began the project of manifesting a dream into a reality - the dream of living in the tree canopy.
As we worked on the Treehouse, the design was constantly changing. The whole family, especially our youngest son, contributed to the manifestation of the dream. During that time we overcame many obstacles and found solutions to build in the tree. It was an adventure, a lot of fun and we learnt a lot.
It became a dwelling for our kids for a period of time, until they grew up and left to conquer the big wide world.
Now it is here for you to enjoy, to reconnect with your dreams, to dive deep into your childhood playful memories where the world of fantasy and reality merge together.

The vibrant tantric red colour of the cabin will fill you up with new energy and freshness. it is supplied with clean, luxurious linen and towels. The daring bathroom allows you to bask in a bubble bath while enjoying your favourite beverage watching the stars. That beautiful experience will be enhance by the symphony of the surrounding nature.

the main camping site is the creek flat in a large shady area with a swimming hole in the freshwater springfed creek with campfire and log seats.
there is an alternative camping site for wet weather in the front stone circle paddock 50mtrs from the creek bank. this area is a grassed paddock with morning shade but full sun throughout the day. there is no mobile reception on the property but a short walk up the driveway a few hundred meters away you can get reception at the property entrance should you need to make calls or get/snd msgs..
Property is located 8mins from the Pacific highway, 10mins from Mullumbimby or 18mins from Byron bay township pubs, restaurants and surfing beaches.
Approximately 20mins drive to Brunswick heads surfing beaches or Byron surfing beaches.
National parks for hiking or horse riding within 20mins drive. Can accommodate 2 horses in paddocks ($10per horse per night.) and parking space for horse float should you wish to bring your horses and enjoy some trails or beach riding in the area, I can give more information on places to ride on request.
other activities that can be booked at additional cost include Didgeridoo Making workshops for adults and didgeridoo painting workshops for kids. this is a full day activity for adults and a half day activity for kids doing didgeridoo painting workshops. please enquire for more info and prices.

Our property is an easy walking distance to the local village where you will find the shop/ general store and the pub is dog friendly. It's around 1km to The Channon Craft Market grounds, and the markets are on the second Sunday of each month. Lots of crafts, clothes, jewellery, gifts, food stalls and entertainers to see and enjoy.
This campsite is located right on the banks of the flowing creek. It's a private site with access to two good swimming holes. Enjoy warming your feet around the campfire in the evenings, subject to fireban conditions.
We welcome only self-contained campers who bring their own camping shower and drinking water. There is access to rubbish facilities.
For those wanting to explore a bit further we are 15kms from Nightcap National Park and the beautiful Protesters Falls. There is a walking track that leads through lush World Heritage rainforest right up to the falls.

It's a farm. Not a centralized campground offering full-amenities or caravan access.
As free-range campers 'on-that-farm, there are some free-range cows' (& chooks) . So you'll need to partially share the land with them. They're curious, but not aggressive.

Our sites are completely isolated from town, with views and not visible from the road. Sites are set among nearly 100 acres of a mix of open land and rainforest. This location is home to several endangered species due to being one of the last isolated pockets of rainforest in the area.

Explore the meandering creek day or night to spot turtles, crayfish, echidnas, azure kingfishers, glow worms and if your lucky, and early enough, a platypus. There are also a few spots along the creek perfect for a cooling dip in the warmer months.
As the sun sets, stoke up a warming campfire (fire bans may apply) to enjoy some afternoon drinks and snacks around, while the kids enjoy exploring or building a bush cubby. When the light fades enjoy the starry night sky and being lulled to sleep by the babbling creek.

The rainforest Treehouse is situated in a rainforest pocket of the Mount Warning Caldera, completely surrounded by lush and vibrant nature and sheltered from the outside world, while being just 2 minutes away from us and the comfy road that will take you to an amazing swimming hole, cafés and the nearby town.
Once you enter the Treehouse private drive you will feel yourself being transported into a magical world of gently flowing water, natural light, tall trees, chirping birds, rustling leaves, crickets, and frogs.
You will notice the energy shift into the safe embrace of our land, protected by Springbrook Mountain.
The location of the Treehouse was chosen by our then young children. We all fell in love with the magnificent camphor laurel tree growing at the edge of the seasonal creek.
We all found ourselves drawn to that place, so with the help of our friends and our children we began the project of manifesting a dream into a reality - the dream of living in the tree canopy.
As we worked on the Treehouse, the design was constantly changing. The whole family, especially our youngest son, contributed to the manifestation of the dream. During that time we overcame many obstacles and found solutions to build in the tree. It was an adventure, a lot of fun and we learnt a lot.
It became a dwelling for our kids for a period of time, until they grew up and left to conquer the big wide world.
Now it is here for you to enjoy, to reconnect with your dreams, to dive deep into your childhood playful memories where the world of fantasy and reality merge together.

The vibrant tantric red colour of the cabin will fill you up with new energy and freshness. it is supplied with clean, luxurious linen and towels. The daring bathroom allows you to bask in a bubble bath while enjoying your favourite beverage watching the stars. That beautiful experience will be enhance by the symphony of the surrounding nature.

the main camping site is the creek flat in a large shady area with a swimming hole in the freshwater springfed creek with campfire and log seats.
there is an alternative camping site for wet weather in the front stone circle paddock 50mtrs from the creek bank. this area is a grassed paddock with morning shade but full sun throughout the day. there is no mobile reception on the property but a short walk up the driveway a few hundred meters away you can get reception at the property entrance should you need to make calls or get/snd msgs..
Property is located 8mins from the Pacific highway, 10mins from Mullumbimby or 18mins from Byron bay township pubs, restaurants and surfing beaches.
Approximately 20mins drive to Brunswick heads surfing beaches or Byron surfing beaches.
National parks for hiking or horse riding within 20mins drive. Can accommodate 2 horses in paddocks ($10per horse per night.) and parking space for horse float should you wish to bring your horses and enjoy some trails or beach riding in the area, I can give more information on places to ride on request.
other activities that can be booked at additional cost include Didgeridoo Making workshops for adults and didgeridoo painting workshops for kids. this is a full day activity for adults and a half day activity for kids doing didgeridoo painting workshops. please enquire for more info and prices.

Our property is an easy walking distance to the local village where you will find the shop/ general store and the pub is dog friendly. It's around 1km to The Channon Craft Market grounds, and the markets are on the second Sunday of each month. Lots of crafts, clothes, jewellery, gifts, food stalls and entertainers to see and enjoy.
This campsite is located right on the banks of the flowing creek. It's a private site with access to two good swimming holes. Enjoy warming your feet around the campfire in the evenings, subject to fireban conditions.
We welcome only self-contained campers who bring their own camping shower and drinking water. There is access to rubbish facilities.
For those wanting to explore a bit further we are 15kms from Nightcap National Park and the beautiful Protesters Falls. There is a walking track that leads through lush World Heritage rainforest right up to the falls.

Our sites are completely isolated from town, with views and not visible from the road. Sites are set among nearly 100 acres of a mix of open land and rainforest. The campsite couldn’t have been better. The water had a perfect mix of shallow and deeper spots, making it ideal for swimming and canoeing. Waking up to a surprise visit from the cows in the morning made it even more special — the kids had an unforgettable time!

Sarabah Creek Camping is honestly one of the most amazing spots we’ve stayed at. It’s so close to the Gold Coast, yet it feels completely peaceful and secluded.
The campground is beautiful, it was incredible to fall asleep to the sound of the water and the creek was so fresh to swim in. The site feels very private, the bathroom was clean and it was easy to access the campsite!!
You can tell a lot of care goes into maintaining the grounds and making sure guests have a great stay.
Sarabah Creek Camping is an absolute gem. We’ll definitely be back!

Firstly not sure if I can sum up this HipCamp in such a small review. From first making the booking, before leaving and during my stay the communication was quick and all instructions were really clear. The property is stunning, well kept and the facilities are amazing. The shower/toilet is phenomenal, clean and everything you need. The camp kitchen with sink and power is a nice touch. Wood fire was filled with wood and all I had to do was light it. Would highly recommend staying here and look forward to coming again soon. In the top 3 Hipcamps I have stayed it (been using Hipcamp years).

This was a great, quiet camping area with views of the surrounding mountain ranges. Hosts were lovely and offered some mangos/fingerlimes from their trees! Sites are all in view of one another but there is plenty of space and you won’t feel on top of people at all. Has Optus reception too which is a bonus.

Nice clear area for setting up camp without too much fuss about space taken up. Good toilet and shower facilities, including for handicapped individuals. Communal building allowing AC power supply for charging phones, cameras and other electronic devices. Very friendly hospitality extended by area manager Patricia and associate Dillon and other staff.

We had a great night at Riverbend. Its a private site with plenty of choices to set up camp. The creek was beautiful, not too cold. You do jear some road noise but ots nothing major. Such a great place to relax and unwind.

Fern Gully was so beautiful!!! Incredible spot which was really well set up. Tristan was super kind and friendly and came down to say hi to us and also gave us heaps of recommendations of what to do in the area. The farm is easy to find with clear instructions. Stuart is very friendly and helpful. Sushi is adorable and accompanied us everyday. The location is really good, so close to Hanging Rock Falls. The campsite has the privacy itself, so there should be no disturbances from other groups in the peak season despite that we are only guests there at that time.
