The cool, clear water of the Medina River are a lovely respite from the warm Texas weather! I could have enjoyed this little spot all afternoon.
Pretty ideal campsite.
There are ample gathering spots/hammocks/hang out areas on property. Kathlyn has done such a great job of landscaping and taking care of the property. I felt right at home.
This is a working guest ranch, so take advantage of the trail rides while you're here!
Evening hay ride/wildlife tour was the perfect end to a full day!

Find the right spot on Cosmick's hill for some great hill country views.
Step off the property and cross the street to find and be led by this spring-fed creek down to the lakeshore.
Along the way to the lake, spot the large bald eagle nest. If you're HipCamping from November to late May, be on the lookout for the couple!
An evening view at Cosmick Country.
This is a five minute walk off the property. This is the mouth of Potter's Creek spilling into Canyon Lake.
