Wonderful place, great location! Easy to get downtown or out-of-town! We loved our stay. Ben was very hospitable! Electric and water hookups worked fine! The grill and fireplace in a fenced off yard were such nice features especially if you have pets :) Parking was easy to get our 27” RV into as long as you access the alleyway from 5th street. Thank you for everything Ben, you rock!
Ben was a great host, really open and quick with communication and the location couldn’t be beat to explore Denver and the surrounding area. In our short time in Denver, we packed in a trip to Nederland and Boulder, Golden for fly fishing, and Estes Park! Ben’s place was quiet, secluded for the location and incredibly accommodating. We would definitely book again!
Great location in town, with all the sounds. Electricity for day time AC. A little tricky getting 24 foot trailer. Great for large vans too. Our next stop is Poudre river. Thanks

Great location! Great host. Lovely fenced in yard with fire pit. A tight squeeze for RVs. I recommend backing down the alley to situate your rig. Bring electrical adapter for for 20Amp receptical. Plan on filling water tank and running off of that. Water spicket can't take constant pressure of an RV connection.
Great location, so close to downtown and very quick highway access. Ben was very friendly and accommodating. The site was perfect for our 27ft Class C and two dogs.
Incase your tanks get full, there is an RV park (Dakota ridge) only 10- 15 minutes away with a dump station.
Just down the street is a nice park with a huge dog run and a beautiful view of the city.
You do have to back out of an alley and it can get tight. Super doable, just be prepared!

Great spot to do some city camping if you don’t mind having people around!
We arrived after midnight, so the road noise really didn’t bother us, and the neighborhood was really quiet.
Great for a night stop over!
