The Fleischer Family Farm is a small urban farm on the Colorado front range striving to provide opportunities for the local community to source delicious nutrient rich produce, cage free eggs and other cottage food items produced without the use of pesticides or synthetics. Through environmentally respectful practices, our family works tirelessly to be the community provider of quality farm products and your inspiration for continued education in knowing the life cycle of your food. Learn more about this land: The campsite is located on the eastern side of a 2 acre urban vegetable farm. You will camp on the farm property within walking distance of a grocery store, gas station, a few shops and the best local ice cream spot around. You'd never know it though as you'll be surrounded by farm, forest, and residential neighbors. The spot is fairly secluded, has chickens, honeybees and a small fire pit is on site.The campsite is located on the eastern side of a 2 acre urban vegetable farm just a 15 minute drive to Red Rocks. You will camp on the farm property within walking distance of a grocery store, gas station, a few shops and the best local ice cream spot around. You'd never know it though as you'll be surrounded by farm, forest, and residential neighbors. The spot is fairly secluded, has chickens, honeybees and a small fire pit is on site. This campsite is for car campers and tents. We have no RV hookups. From December until May we will accept camping trailers and rvs that do not require hookups.

Sleeping in Someone's Backyard

This was my 1st Hipcamp experience. Paul greeted me while pulling fresh basil. There are mini homes on the property, nice to know. It rained on me my first and only night there. Will definitely visit again.

Loved the farm and the location was perfect for a concert at Red Rocks. Paul’s instructions were clear and easy to follow. I left too early for the offerings but everything looked amazing

Fleischer Family Farm Urban Camp

If you are here for red rocks amphitheater or other nightlife do not stay at this farm! The first and only interaction we had with this owner was at 9am when he told my daughter, in a frustrated tone, that he had been trying to get ahold of me for 2 days. He had in fact sent me a message through hipcamp with a heads up about a farmers market and people “bustling” about at 10am. He then texted me at 7:30 in the morning asking that I move where I had paid to park for 2 days!!! I really considered not coming back the following night but I had paid already so figured I had to! I will never stay here again and really wish I could get my money back! DO NOT allow people to rent a place on your property and then expect them to move first thing in the morning…its just rude and inconsiderate, I paid for a spot, I should have been able to stay all weekend if I wanted to, since that is what I paid for!!! Would not recommend andn they really need to consider not hosting a spot, even if times are hard!!!

Great location and beautiful farm with sweet farm pups! There isn’t any shade for the tent area and the sun wakes you up early so we wouldn’t recommend this site when its hot!

Fleischer Family Farm Urban Camp

Cozy farm in Lakewood

We enjoyed our stay at Fleischer Family Farm! Felt comfortable and had all the amenities for a pleasant stay. The farm itself is small but they seem to be doing a lot with the space. Unfortunately, we left early the next day, but next time I'd be interested in checking out their market. Especially cool to see where they're doing the beekeeping nearby for their honey for sale. Would recommend for an easy access camping trip so long as you're not after more of an immersive nature experience, as it's tucked away in a neighborhood setting.

Great Bikepacking Camping Trip at t

We enjoyed camping at Paul's farm. This is our first bikepacking camping trip, so we wanted a place near Denver. Paul's farm was easy to bike to and had space for our four bikes and three 2-person tents. The farm fresh eggs was great for our breakfast. Thank you for having us!
