This lovingly maintained 1983 16-foot Scamp camper offers a unique, low-maintenance retreat for couples, solo travelers, or small families. Nestled in a peaceful spot with access to grocery stores, hiking trails, and the energy of the city, it’s the perfect home base for adventure or rest. 🛏️ Inside the Camper: * Comfortable memory foam bed (sleeps 2 cozy adults) * Optional 1 child sleeping setup on small couch. * Simple cooking setup with a hot plate * Berkey water filter * Plates + bowls + silver wear setup for two (more available if needed) * Stainless steal pan + Copper Pot + Cooking Utensils * 4 Outlets for charging your devices * Suburban furnace * Water pump sink setup * Cozy indoor vibes 🌲 Outdoor Setup: * Picnic area + camp chairs + 10x14 outdoor rug * Weber gas grill * Fire pit (optional firewood add-on depending on Colorado fire allowances) Toilet: Professionally maintained portable toilet just steps from the camper 🎶 Whether you’re catching a show at Red Rocks or just want a fun off-grid(ish) experience near the city, this is the stay you didn’t know you were craving. * Check in between 4-7pm * No smoking or open flames inside the camper. * Quiet hours: 10pm–7am to respect neighbors and fellow campers. * Leave it better than you found it – a quick tidy-up before you go is appreciated! * Pets are welcome with prior approval and you plan to be with them while on sight – just let us know in advance. * Please pack out all trash.

Private. A Solo Stove firepit is provided for cozy outdoor evenings. 🔥 Firewood is available as an add-on, and we’re happy to have it ready for you when you arrive. Please note: Seasonal fire bans may restrict firepit use, even with the Solo Stove. We’ll keep you updated if any restrictions are in effect during your stay. Thanks for helping us keep the area safe and beautiful!

Portable toilet. Just steps from the camper: we provide a professionally maintained portable toilet. It’s serviced regularly by a local sanitation company to ensure cleanliness and comfort during your stay. Think of it as a modern upgrade to the traditional campsite bathroom—private, fresh, and always stocked with essentials.

Pets allowed

On leash. 🐾 Pets Welcome (with Pre-Approval!) We ask that pets are never left unattended—they must be with their humans at all times (inside or outside the camper). Please keep pets off the bedding and furniture. We love furry companions and welcome well-behaved pets with prior approval. To keep the space cozy and safe for everyone, please clean up after them outdoors and pack out any waste. Let us know a bit about your pet when booking—we’re happy to have them join the adventure with you!

Awesome property and hosts! They really put effort in to making this place special. Highly recommend. My dog and I enjoyed our stay tremendously
