Great little campground tucked in a small canyon that dead ends at a trailhead. Fairly shady, well kept campsites with picnic table and fire rings.

I have camped here a number of times and enjoyed many a campfire with hotdogs and s'mores. I grew up in Mapleton and this city and camp area hold a special place in my heart. It's beautiful and peaceful.
