Including your private bbq, and firepit area! we are a private property that does not have a fireban. Add to that a seasonal creek and optimal stargazing on over an acre of land, you'll be ready for fun and relaxation. Plenty of room for your offroading toys and, with the arapeen trail and skyline just a short ride or drive away, and 5 minutes to the closest fishing pond in the area! Come explore all that Sanpete has to offer while staying on your own private acre!

Creekside Nook — Heated Tiny Cabin

A pocket-size, heated cabin tucked by a seasonal creek. Private for winter—no other campers. Wi-Fi hotspot, Propane BBQ, fire ring, and your own private porta-potty a few steps away. Curl up in our 8×10 micro-cabin, cozy warm with soft lighting, a comfy full bed, and a Wi-Fi hotspot. It’s small, peaceful, and made for slow mornings with coffee on the deck and clear nights under a big, starry sky. Outside you’ll find a propane BBQ, picnic spot, and a fire ring for s’mores. Your private porta-potty (professionally cleaned weekly) is steps away. Winter note: this site is all yours—no other campers on the property. Paths are We keep firewood at $6/bundle. This is low-key glamping/high-key camping: honest, simple, and surprisingly comfy. Rules: max 2 guests, use our heater only (no hot plates/hair dryers/extra heaters), pack out food waste.

This was amazing place to stay, Cory thought of everything to make this a great camping stay. Loved the wonderful atmosphere he created. I would highly recommend this to everyone.

Camping with the creek and stars!

We loved camping at the Cormi Creek for my husband's 30th birthday. We were a big group of 14 and Cory was so kind to accommodate us. Its a well thought of site - with all amenities like the lights, bbq grill and chairs. It was a clear night and we could see the milky way galaxy. Very peaceful, quiet, refreshing and clean. Cory sent us so many additional pictures of the site and was very responsive, would be back here to camp soon!

We had a great time, the creek is stunning and the land is beautiful and private. It wasn't too hot at night and the grill made cooking easy. I would definitely come back here

The spot is just perfect! Cory is SUPER attentive, and he made sure to explain me all the details and make sure that everything was clear and right to us! The RV was super clean, the bed sheets and towels was smelling so good heheh! They have all the kitchen utensils, speakers, ac, everything! The outdoor space is just perfect! The firepit close to the water, is just that spot that we call heaven on Earth! We loved & we will return for sure! Thank you

There wasn’t enough room for our trash, we were told trash would be available and it resulted in us not having anywhere to put trash toward the end of the trip. Access to water was by stream, which was manageable but not as it seemed per listing

Cory was a very nice host. The property was beautiful, much prettier than the photos. We enjoyed the peace and quiet. Thank you for sharing your part of the country.

The RV was perfect. It is close to a small town but secluded away enough to be quiet and beautiful. Would love to stay again. Amazing hosts and so accommodating.
