Cormi Creek offers two separate private creekside stays in the heart of Sanpete County: our spacious Bell Tent for families and groups, and Creekside Nook, a cozy heated tiny cabin for one or two guests. Each stay is fully private, with its own separate entrance, outdoor space, and seperate properties, so guests can enjoy a peaceful, secluded experience without shared camping areas. This is a great home base for off-roading, family staycations, fishing, starry nights, and exploring nearby small-town gems like Spring City. We’re close to the Arapeen Trail system, Skyline access, local fishing ponds, the Basin Drive-In, and the Mt. Pleasant Aquatic Center. Whether you’re looking for a fun private campsite with comforts or a quiet creekside retreat, Cormi Creek gives you space to unplug and enjoy Sanpete your own way.

Welcome to the Bell Tent at Cormi Creek — a private creekside camp setup that gives you the fun of camping with a few comforts already in place. It’s a great fit for families, friend groups, off-road weekends, and relaxed Sanpete staycations. The tent is over 400 square feet and sleeps 4 comfortably with 1 queen bed and 2 twin beds, all with bedding provided. The queen bed has been upgraded with a new memory foam mattress and fresh bedding. Larger groups are welcome too — the site can sleep more if guests bring their own bedding or sleeping bags. This site includes a private propane BBQ, firepit, outdoor seating, lounge chairs for stargazing, cornhole, horseshoes, and other games. Inside the tent you’ll also find a Bluetooth speaker, twinkle lights, projector setup, and a planetarium light for cozy late-night fun. The bathroom setup is private and simple: a clean private porta-potty with solar lighting, plus running sink water nearby. No shower. The setting is one of the best parts — a private acre with a seasonal creek, wide-open skies, and plenty of room for trailers, off-road toys, and kids to spread out. Roads are flat and accessible for regular vehicles, including sedans. We’re close to the Arapeen Trail system, Skyline riding, local fishing ponds, Spring City’s arts district, the Basin Drive-In, and the Mt. Pleasant Aquatic Center. Firewood is available for a small fee upon request. Kayak and paddleboard rentals may also be available depending on season and availability.

Creekside Nook — Heated Tiny Cabin

Welcome to Creekside Nook at Cormi Creek — a private heated tiny cabin tucked beside a seasonal creek in a peaceful natural setting. It’s a great fit for one or two guests looking for a quiet getaway, romantic stay, solo reset, or cozy creekside retreat. Inside, the cabin sleeps 2 in a queen memory foam bed with fresh bedding. You’ll also have Wi-Fi, a TV, Keurig coffee maker, simple games, a rain drum, and a small electric heater to keep the space cozy. Outside, enjoy your own private deck, double hammock, swing, propane BBQ, firepit, and the relaxing sounds of the creek. Stargazing is beautiful here, and it’s common to spot deer and wild turkeys around the property. The bathroom setup is private and outdoors: a clean private porta-potty just steps from the cabin. No shower. One of the best parts of Creekside Nook is the privacy. This site has its own gated entrance, its own outdoor space, and its own separate property area. Guests do not share the entrance or camping space with our other stay. Roads are flat and accessible for regular vehicles, including sedans. Firewood is available for a small fee upon request. Kayak and paddleboard rentals may also be available depending on season and availability.

This was amazing place to stay, Cory thought of everything to make this a great camping stay. Loved the wonderful atmosphere he created. I would highly recommend this to everyone.

Bell Tent at Cormi Creek
We loved camping at the Cormi Creek for my husband's 30th birthday. We were a big group of 14 and Cory was so kind to accommodate us. Its a well thought of site - with all amenities like the lights, bbq grill and chairs. It was a clear night and we could see the milky way galaxy. Very peaceful, quiet, refreshing and clean. Cory sent us so many additional pictures of the site and was very responsive, would be back here to camp soon!

We had a great time, the creek is stunning and the land is beautiful and private. It wasn't too hot at night and the grill made cooking easy. I would definitely come back here

The spot is just perfect! Cory is SUPER attentive, and he made sure to explain me all the details and make sure that everything was clear and right to us! The RV was super clean, the bed sheets and towels was smelling so good heheh! They have all the kitchen utensils, speakers, ac, everything! The outdoor space is just perfect! The firepit close to the water, is just that spot that we call heaven on Earth! We loved & we will return for sure! Thank you

There wasn’t enough room for our trash, we were told trash would be available and it resulted in us not having anywhere to put trash toward the end of the trip. Access to water was by stream, which was manageable but not as it seemed per listing

Cory was a very nice host. The property was beautiful, much prettier than the photos. We enjoyed the peace and quiet. Thank you for sharing your part of the country.

The RV was perfect. It is close to a small town but secluded away enough to be quiet and beautiful. Would love to stay again. Amazing hosts and so accommodating.
