We can’t thank enough for the opportunity staying at the farm! Everything was perfect and beyond! The hosts were so nice! The views - priceless it is a wonderful retreat from the city !
It is so better camping than in most of the campgrounds , you gonna have a fire pit that is ready, the comfortable chairs , umbrella with the table and more!
Thank you it was a wonderful stay!

Incredible experience. Host was awesome and location was great. We have an RV and it had all the hookups. There are only 2 campsites plus the home on this giant secluded property. We enjoyed seeing the chickens (and getting some eggs). Each of the 2 campsites had a picnic table, campfire with wood And seats, plus a propane grill. We didn’t need the outhouse and cold shower but we did often use the nice outside sink with soap, etc. all was very clean. Will definitely look to stay again for longer.

I don’t even know where to begin. Our stay here was amazing. The RV site with hookups had everything we needed, including a view. The dogs and chickens were a nice bonus. Peaceful. Private. Beautiful. Accommodating. This site is perfect.

Stephen and Ruth were such delightful hosts. We will definitely be coming back to visit.

Stephen and Ruth we’re both so welcoming and they have a wonderful property. The view from the rv site is gorgeous! We enjoyed sitting around the fire pit and picnic table. The fresh eggs Stephen brought by we’re delicious. Ruth saw us struggling at one point and came down to Asia it, we really appreciated them both so much. We enjoyed everything about our stay!

Stephen and Ruth were awesome! We recently stayed for four nights at their farm, and they couldn't have been more welcoming. Stephen was always attentive and helpful; each day he checked in to make sure we had what we needed, and offered to help in any way possible. We brought our almost two-year old, and Ruth gifted her a small gift that she absolutely loves, which we so appreciated. This is a great location near Fort Loudon State Park, and an easy drive in to Knoxville, Chattanooga, or if staying put is more your style, just hanging out and relaxing! Beautiful views, fantastic property. We're already trying to figure out when we can come back!

I have to say that this was by far and away an amazing experience. Stephen was attentive and friendly. He was willing to engage our little one in conversation about the farm and having fresh eggs was so unique. We would 100% go back again and hopefully will soon.

Rusty Acorn Farm was a slice of paradise that was the perfect place to call home base while visiting the nearby National Forests and The Great Smoky Mountains National Parks. Fresh eggs, fresh homegrown veggies, a freshly prepared bonfire each night we came back to the farm, and the cutest dogs that became our best friends. Stephen and Ruth were the kindest and most welcoming hosts, and if ever we find ourselves in Tennessee again we will be looking forward to seeing them. Rest assured you’re in safe hands when you stay at Rusty Acorn Farms.
