The spot was great. It only saw it say one spot on hip camp. There are four sites and from what I saw they all look pretty great. We stayed at campsite #2. There is no running water or electricity (which we were prepared for and had a great time. William communicated and we had no trouble with the directions or finding it. Defintely good to have a tall 4WD vehicle but could have made it with a 2wd truck.
The site was well set up and the solitude was amazing.

This is a very private, secluded spot back in the hills. It was easy to find and meet the description. William was available to answer a couple of our questions but otherwise left us alone entirely to enjoy our stay.
A peaceful escape from the craziness that is Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg.

We had a wonderful time here. It was well kept and very quiet and secluded. William was a great host, very responsive and respectful! The drive back would recommend at least AWD, but the campsite is beautiful and I will 100% be reaching out again the next time I want to venture to Gatlinburg.

We enjoyed our time there. Very peaceful, quiet, and secluded! Had the place to ourselves.. only problem I really seen was if your not in a van to camp or tent camping would have hard time getting back to the spot. Don't recommend for rv.

If you’re looking for seclusion this is the place. A beautiful setting and plenty of quiet. Highly recommend. Great communication from the host and an overall positive experience.

We stayed at The Farm our first night in the area. The second night we ended up leaving and going to the Asheville area. So when on the third night we ended up back in the Gatlinburg area it was a no brainer for us to book our stay at The Farm again. William is great and makes sue you habe all of the information you need via text and then leaves you alone which is what we were looking for. Will definitely always book when in the area.

William was great he provided detailed instructions on how to get to site. Checked in via app to greet us and other then that left us alone, which is what we were looking for out of a host. Site was private and we had a great time.

70 acres to ourselves! Super easy. Crossing the little creek was not a big deal. Just increased the fun. Super quiet and beautiful. Will be back!

William was a very hands off host, little to no direction was given and no welcome. Campsite was clean and the property is beautiful. Got woken up at 4 am from a side by side driving past our tent which was unpleasant to say the least. All in all, it was pretty isolated and a good stay.
Also, William might camp at the top of the hill overlooking your campsite.

You'll feel like you're basically in the GSMNP it's that close. Made getting to the trail head the next morning super easy. Williams keeps the pastures clean and maintained which makes for a wonderful experience. I would definitely recommend.

Great place to come and unwind. Located very close to gatlinburg. Creek crossing is not bad. Made it over with my xterra and 10 foot long trailer. Would have 4 wheel drive to get to the campsite.

Got rained out. Left at 10:30 pm because I didn't know if I could cross the creek if it rain to much. Ford F150 bottomed out crossing the creek. Scratch the side of my truck on the over growth in the logging road. If you have a nice vehicle, you probably don't want to drive through it. Once you are back there its nice place to camp. Can't tell you much more because I didn't stay the whole night. To me it was a waste of money. If the creek and road was fixed, it would be a great place to stay.

Great spot, tucked away and hidden on a secluded farm. Plenty of spots to choose from, great creek and wildlife everywhere. Road is a little narrow in some spots but otherwise pretty good. Definitely recommend!

Beautiful pristine fields! Especially during the fall season it's nice to be able to catch some sunshine at the end of day! Loved our stay! Everything was well marked and indicated.

We all had a wonderful time on the farm. It was serene, quiet, and peaceful. The owner was great to communicate with, even answering our questions while we were on the land by text about us moving the firepit. Yellow jackets were out in abundance, but all in all, it was an amazing trip.

We stayed one night and it wasn’t too hard to find. Close to Gatlinburg and mostly quiet. We didn’t explore the land too much and stayed somewhat close to the house. The neighbors were out in the evening and we could hear them for awhile, but overall it was pretty and an easy and quick spot to pitch a tent for the evening.

What a fun experience! The site was very secluded, you have to pass through their land to get to it but once you’re out there- you are all by yourself! This host was super responsive. I would say you would want to have 4wheel drive to get to the site. We saw two deer while setting up camp and I could easily see bears strolling through, though we luckily did not have any encounters.

This campsite was BEAUTIFUL! Remote, yet close to the National Park and Gatlinburg! The site is private, safe, remote and the stars at night are incredible. I will definitely be staying here again.

We ended up camping for two nights behind the renters house. They were very friendly and didn’t make it weird.
I was a little disappointed that we didn’t get to camp on the 70 acres but there was no way our new Travel Trailer would have made it over the small creek without dragging and my husband did not want to risk it.

I recommend this spot. So very close to the GSMNP, I wanted a spot near the Ramsey Cascades trailhead. The site is beautiful, it feels like you are in a "bowl", I was surrounded by green field and trees. Close enough to the Gatlinburg area, but not so close to have continual road noises; it is not located near a cross road which gets traffic, so it is very quiet! The farm road to the site was a little muddy, it had rained maybe one-two days prior to my arrival, but I didn't have trouble navigating. There is one creek to cross through on the farm road, but it is rocky on the bottom, so no worry about getting stuck in creek.

Had a great time camping on William’s land. Well taken care of farm with plenty of flat space and helpful signage. The dirt road up to the campsite was manageable in a Honda Fit, so no problems there. Would camp there again!

Navigating the actual entrance to the farm took a little skill, but this piece of property is beautiful! Lots of wildlife in the area which caused some really neat sounds to fall asleep to at night.

Level ground, well kept grass, and plenty of space -- everything we were looking for in a site. Would definitely say a vehicle with plenty of ground clearance is advised, as there is a small gulley to cross at the entrance.
