Past trip
in Tent camping near a pine forest, South DakotaSteven P.has mixed feelings towards this listing.

A beautiful setting and a very good, helpful reception. The site reminded me more of a state campground than other hipcamp sites I've stayed at. Lots of trailer campers and campsites close to each other, yet at the same time the area for tent camping, although we were close to our neighbors, was still peaceful and with a beautiful view.

The site was beautiful and Brian takes good care of things. He also welcomed us very well, including a basket of fresh produce and eggs from his garden. It was a peaceful setting, with hidden gnomes and forest animals to be found. I would highly recommend staying here.
