Past trips
lakeside
in Oak Ridge, New YorkThis place is everything it says it is. Beautiful property, peaceful, private. My grandkids played in the lake most of there stay. We also explored the trails through the forest, it was beautiful, ferns and pine trees. The host were very nice and accommodating. My grandkids definitely want to go back, as do I.
Shaded river Camping Site 3
in Wallkill River Camping, New YorkA simple get away.
I stayed at camp site #3, the tent area was well prepared and flat, the picnic table and fire pit area was a little bit of a cluster, but suited me and my dog just fine. they have a charcoal grill as well as the fire pit so that's nice. there was also a nice view of the sunset.
Site 9 SUV/Walk-in
in Paradise Valley Homestead, New JerseyIf in the woods is where you want to be, well thatâs what youâll get. (There are some sites lower that are not in the woods) . Great hiking trails. Kathleen is very friendly and responds quickly. My family and I stayed at sites 9 &. 10, it was great walking through the woods to each otherâs sites. The dog loved it as well đ
Site 10/SUV or Walk-in
in Paradise Valley Homestead, New JerseyMaplewood at Terrace Farm
in Terrace Farm Phoenicia, New YorkAdeleâs place is very nice, secluded and peaceful. Your surrounded by forest and are in the mountains. A very short walk away they have a really nice spot by the water. The kids loved it, we spent most of the day there. If your outdoorsy their is many places to hike. Adele is a very sweet laid back kinda gal. Would recommend this place for sure.
Emerald Forest
in Emerald Forest, New YorkA great stay, no one else around
great place to be in the woods, and hike the trails.
Site 5 - Humes Hill Farm
in Vernal Heights, ConnecticutIt was worth the 2hrs. and 15 minutes to get there. Very private and peaceful. Addison left me enough campfire wood. My Grandson and I had a good time camping in the woods. would definitely recommend and would come back again.
