Gorgeous coastal views just outside Salt Point State Park

Had a wonderful time with Gus. Views were amazing, and Gus is quite the charmer. Would love to visit him again next time I’m in the area.

Great campsite for those looking to explore the coast! Easy access to the PCH and all the natural wonders along the coast. Site is pretty much as described. Sequoia was a highly responsive host.

Brewster's place is not to be missed! This spot quickly rose to one of our all-time Hipcamp favorites! Brewster was an awesome host. Super personable and friendly with fast response times and easy communication. The site is even more beautiful than it looks online. Plenty of creature comforts and amenities and a view that held our attention for hours in the evening as we watched the sun set. You're only a few minutes away from the park and a few minutes away from Three Rivers where you can grab coffee, gas, local beer and bites. We're definitely planning another trip very soon!

Beautiful ranch setting, lots of amenities

Cute little tent in a private location, access to super tidy restroom and outdoor shower. The site was well maintained and cared for, with a ton of character and charm. The tent does get chilly (in late November) so plan accordingly!

If you're looking for seclusion, this is the spot! Not much by way of amenities, but the spot is super secluded, with immediate access to the state park and hiking trail. Great location for stargazing and epic sunsets. The spot is immediately adjacent to the road, but we only saw three vehicles across 48 hours, so it really wasn't an issue for us.

Great host, comfy amenities, close to Joshua Tree, a great spot to use as a basecamp for your desert adventures.

We had a wonderful trip visiting Louise’s creek side camp site. Louise was a fantastic host with a ton of great local tips. The property was easy to find, accurate to its description, and centrally located with plenty of outdoor activities at your fingertips.

Beautiful views, plenty of seclusion, just read the directions carefully! Remote location, no accommodations available, as others have noted. Beautiful place to catch a sunrise or sunset. The host provides some very detailed directions, but be cautious with using a GPS system. We found Google maps to be more accurate to the camp's location than Apple Maps.

We had a wonderful time at Cosmo's camp. The location is definitely secluded and offers all the privacy you need for a nice get away. We opted for site 5, which was very secluded, had a super convenient pit toilet and was super close to a blackberry patch! The drive from Mendocino to Ukiah (Cosmo's place is about 1/3 of the way along the route) is absolutely stunning and takes you through so many different ecosystems. The Montgomery Woods State Preserve is just a few minutes away and offers amazing hikes through old growth redwoods. Highly recommend this spot!

This was our second trip to Avina Ranch. Wonderful experience overall. Beautiful views and perfect silence. Will definitely plan another visit sometime down the line.
