We are conveniently located off of US 101, therefore there may be some freeway noise, during commute hours especially. It has become like white noise to me, but it is only fair to mention it. We offer full hookups which consists of 50 amp & 110 volt electrical outlets, potable water, sewage dump. We also have one pigtail available (with a refundable deposit) if needed to convert 50 amp to 30 amp. We also have one place in the middle of our big vineyards with a 30 amp and water only. No sewer. Our sites are located one mile from Healdsburg plaza, the heart of Sonoma County Wine Country. Our town offers amazing wineries, fantastic restaurants, and quaint shops. It is an excellent place for wine lovers. There is a pre-prohibition winery right across the road called Foppiano. There are many other fabulous wineries are nearby. Ask the host for discount passes or complimentary tasting cards for some of the local wineries. We are in an excellent location for outdoor adventurers. There are plenty of hiking trails near by as well as bike rental shops for those who enjoy trekking, and even a couple of rafting places right here on the Russian River. Welcome to our family land! We are a low-key, rustic, proudly affordable option in Calistoga, with amazing views and open space to explore, just 10 minutes outside of the charming town of Calistoga. Our camp is open May to October, and when you book a site, you get access to the whole property so you have options of which site to set up in. Book Manzanitas but show up and like Shaded Oak better? No problem, just stay there. Decide you want one of the glamping cabins? Just pay the extra, and the door combo will be revealed. The hilltop is for day-use, showering, etc. and readily accessible for Coral Cabin guests right next door. It also shares space with our main house tenants so it is the least private, but has the best views. The family is quiet but you will hear cars come and go from the hilltop. Last, we expect all guests to leave the sites cleaned up and “better” than you found it, with the exception of Coral Cabin which has a cleaning service and $30 fee. If this sounds good, read on for some general information about the property and see Sites for information about each site option: The nature and beauty comes with your fair share of roughing it, as even the Coral Cabin is not an Air BnB since it has outdoor toilet, shower, etc. All sites have their own compost toilet and handwashing station, with flowing water at the hilltop Cafe, which has a hot shower, grill, sink, power outlets and Wi-Fi, coffee maker, microwave and toaster, and bathtubs for an extra charge. *Coral Cabin also has the largest, flattest spot for an RV, with great views and cabin access if you wanted. This cabin is our premier ‘roughing it’ experience complete with electricity, WI-FI, TV with Roku, and an AC unit. Weekend Trip to CAMP CAZ

I stayed here with some friends for my bday weekend in January and it was great! We had such a fun, cozy time. We walked down to the creek near the cabin, did a cold plunge, then warmed up in the outdoor tub. We cooked in the kitchen, played board games, made a fire. It was a fun, chill weekend and I absolutely LOVED falling asleep to the stars and waking up to the trees. I would 10/10 stay again

Our experience at Camp Caz was the best. The cabin has a fully stocked kitchen and the property itself is a must experience. It’s evident Carrie, the host prepares the space for everything. So many details, nothing is missing except your clothes and a robe for the outdoor tub :)

Campsite was great! Yurt was very secluded and in a beautiful location. Bedding was fresh and clean and very comfy with the cold weather and rain. Kitchen was convenient and had a great fire pit. Kristina was very helpful, even providing us pots and pans that we had forgotten. Highly recommend if you are looking for an adventurous getaway.

Weekend Trip to Vineyard Camping at Bad Rat Ranch

We loved Marek's tiny house, where we spent a beautiful December weekend. He and his dog Ceviche were wonderful hosts. Our own dog loved roaming around the large ranch, together with Ceviche, and we also enjoyed walking around the vineyards. Two incredible wineries, Wild Diamond and 6-sigma are very close by. We enjoyed tasting wine at both, and the views from the Wild Diamond tasting rooms is amazing.

gorgeous spot and gorgeous tub. thank you andrea! it’s was extremely private and the tub leveled up our experience, now it will feel hard to go camping without one! :P if you’re going in the fall or winter, do NOT skip out on the heater add on. i figured since it was an insulated yurt we would be fine, but we were extremely cold when going to bed! luckily, the water was nice and hot all night in the tub, which was incredible. hope to come back here one day.

The golden bowl was perfect for my partner and I. Due to daylight savings time, we never met the host, but they were super accommodating and lovely to message with. Kind size bed was comfy. Blankets were super warm, so no heater was needed (there is not electricity). This spot is closer to camping with luxuring than glamping with all the extras. We didn't use the outdoor kitchen area but imagine it is super useful. My rav4 had no problem getting down the hill to our tent. This tent seems much more secluded than the other two on this property, so that's good to know for other potential people staying! We so sorry appreciate an affordable place to sleep, as everyone does not have $$$ that is trying to travel. Location was great to get to willits, the coast, and we stopped at orr hot springs on our way there - all within a reasonable distance for folks like us who are used to driving to get anywhere! I didn't bring my dog but always appreciate pet friendly spots :) I would come back!

The cabin is such a cozy place. More than enough space for a couple to stay. My wife and I loved the place. Have to mention the whole camp community is quiet and beautiful, very friendly to dog. Our dog had a wonderful time there.

Kristina was great with communication before she dried by to show me where everything was after I arrived. The sure has an excellent tent and bed setup.. way more than I expected. And the patio and grill/stove setup just made it a very comfy time.

Beautiful and peaceful campsite, particularly the green yurt. Extremely serene forest, and beautiful trees and wildlife. The yurt and tub were clean and cozy, and the bathroom was perfectly stocked.

Kelsey Creek Campground

Such a beautiful camp with amazing views! The bathrooms available were super clean! The people who owned the camp came around to pick up the trash bins at the site and were very lovely and kind! We had a very nice conversation with them about the camp. The river access was definitely the best part especially for the hot summer days! We will definitely be back next summer!

Upper Bayview Campground

We enjoyed our stay on lot 121. Enjoying having a spot on the outskirts of the campgrounds. The location was very private in mid May with only a few other campers around. Enjoyed multiple deer sightings but be ready for evening with plenty of bug spray. Firepits height hindered our ability to enjoy sitting around a campfire. Central bathroom had a lot of bugs. Bathroom with shower was Much nicer. Local trails were easy and enjoyable.

Upper Bayview Campground

Upper Bayview is quite an uphill hike from the day use/beach area of the Park; if that's where you are going to want to be, consider a site farther down the hill. On the other hand, if you want a bit more privacy and quiet, sites 119 through 127 on the outside of the loop are all fantastic. They're also a bit of a walk to the restroom, which is not quite as central as the campground makes it appear (in reality, it's closer to where site #113 is shown on the map.) We had a beautiful view of Mt Konocti from site #125.

Lower Bayview Campground

Clear Lake is a scary place these days... If you like to hike or nice views this isn’t the place for you. The State Park was beautiful but mostly closed. The bathrooms were nice and well lit (there were Black Widows in the bathrooms and the showers are $.25 each minute). We brought a bee trap and there were some bugs but nothing unmanageable.

Kelsey Creek Campground

Report from your Shirtless Host on Clear Lake S.P. at Kelsey Creek Camp grounds! I just spent 10 days in both camp sites 71 and 53 !! 71 and 70 have shade all day long and you can see the lake! Site 53 has shade all afternoon and you can see the lake alittle! Clear lake S.P. has alot of plus and very few bad things any one can say about it ! This is a great park swimming, wild life all over the place fishing , hiking, bike rideing. Boating has a boat ramp. The swimming area is rope off and great for the kids l had a great time at the park!! So bring your family and friends and likes all go camping!!! If you don't have a boat there is boat rentals near by in Lake Port! I listed the camp sites l liked in my other review. Shirtless Host

Report from your Shirtless Host on Kelsey Creek Camp ground Iam staying in site 71 total shade all day long . This is a great camp ground !! The only thing is if you have RV more then 25 feet there is only a few spots that will do !! The reason is rocks they put large rocks at the back of the pads this tends to shorten the the pads!! So l went around in The Kelsey Creek Campground and l have a list of the larger sites no rocks!! This let you back all the way in to the site. So here is a list of the larger sites! 32; 38; 37; 40; 43; 44; 46; 53; 54; 66; 70; 71; 89; 90; remember this are the best for larger RV. 70,71 had shade all day! This report is only on Kelsey!! Report from your Shirtless Host on Clear Lake State Park. I stopped in to see the park now that it is open again the park looks good Clean and waiting for you all to show up! Camp sites are looking good!! Head over to the park but make sure you check the web to see if there will be a camp site for you! It is going to get busy so plan ahead. Biggest campsite I have ever stayed in. Would be great for large groups (and it seemed that's what most were doing around us). Bit of a misnomer in its name - since you can't really see the water at all, at least in summer. I'd call it a great campground but the other campgrounds in the park seemed just a bit more scenic, which made the Upper Bayview spot less desireable. If I go again, I'll try to get a premium spot in the Kelsey creek campground where sites sit directly on the water.

Report from your Shirtless Host on Clear Lake Park. Don't miss this park it is a great park to spend the weekend or a just a night you will not be sorry!! I hope that you and others heard that a record Cat Fish was in the lake!! I hope that it was a record anyhow. Head up to Clear Lake and camp and maybe you will catch the record Cat Fish or you can just camp and enjoy the camping experience. The lake also has both large and small mouth Bass!!! The lake has Bass , Bluegill and Crappie along with a lot more to do. So bring up your Jet Skies , Boats and your familyand let the adventure begins. This lake is the 3rd. larges lake in Calif. if don't have a boat rent one and the fun begain . Shirtless Host Steve!!

This is your shirtless host Steve on Clear lake I lived in Clear Lake park on the other side of the lake and I can tell you will love this park. But be ready for the warm weather this summer it will get warm. I will be a camp host next summer and l am looking forward to it. So stop in and camp and have fun. Nice campground. Seen deer beside our site. Seen lots of turtles. Loved our walks. Other campers were nice. Only bad thing is raccoon thieves.

Lower Bayview Campground

We went in July 2014. Great campsite. Found a semi secluded site 109. The water was refreshing but you could feel the draught is working on Clear Lake. Campground was clean and fun. Some nice hikes in the area.
