We are conveniently located off of US 101, therefore there may be some freeway noise, during commute hours especially. It has become like white noise to me, but it is only fair to mention it. We offer full hookups which consists of 50 amp & 110 volt electrical outlets, potable water, sewage dump. We also have one pigtail available (with a refundable deposit) if needed to convert 50 amp to 30 amp. We also have one place in the middle of our big vineyards with a 30 amp and water only. No sewer. Our sites are located one mile from Healdsburg plaza, the heart of Sonoma County Wine Country. Our town offers amazing wineries, fantastic restaurants, and quaint shops. It is an excellent place for wine lovers. There is a pre-prohibition winery right across the road called Foppiano. There are many other fabulous wineries are nearby. Ask the host for discount passes or complimentary tasting cards for some of the local wineries. We are in an excellent location for outdoor adventurers. There are plenty of hiking trails near by as well as bike rental shops for those who enjoy trekking, and even a couple of rafting places right here on the Russian River. We are close to places like Armstrong Woods, Safari West, Getaway Adventures, The Sonoma County Fairgrounds which hosts the Summer Country Concerts among other events, Harmony Festival, Santa Rosa Full Camp; Half Marathons Camp; 5K, Sonoma Zip-line Adventures, and Much More! For you foodies there are Savor Food Tours, Relish Culinary Adventures in addition to all the incredible restaurants in town. There is so much to do and see in our beautiful part of the world. Site 2 is next to the poplar trees with the view of a small vineyard and our working barn yard. It is right next to Site 1. Both Sites are in an excellent location to go hiking, biking, to the Russian River, Farmers Market, going wine tasting and picnics. Our barn was built in 1915 and was used for horses and farm supplies for years. In the early 2000's we rented parts of the barn for storage units and workshops, among other things. In 2017 we started using part of in as an art studio and it has since morphed into a one bedroom one bath place for visitors to stay. We have just decided that due to its perfect location we would open it up to travelers. There is a full bathroom with a shower, toilet and sink, a bedroom with a Queen Caspar memory foam bed, and a great room. In the great room there is a 9ft table, two couches (one of them has a pull out bed), two comfortable chairs, a smart TV, an electric fireplace. Behind the palate bar is a full size refrigerator freezer, sinks, Kurig Coffee Pot, electric tea pot, convection oven, microwave, and two induction plates. There is cookware, and two sizes of plates, bowls, silverware, and just about anything needed for cooking. (Although, there are many wonderful restaurants in the area if you don't want to cook) We are walking distance to several wineries for wine tasting. Hiking and bike trails are near by.

Sweet Spot Little Vineyard

We had a wonderful stay, and this is a first rate Hipcamp site! Lorri is a great host with a well managed property! She is very helpful and responsive for anything you need. Her property is the perfect central location for checking out Healdsburg and surrounding towns. Little Vineyard 91B site 2 is a sweet spot with views of the property’s cute, quiet neighbor houses, barn, the little vineyard, and the long gray neighbor shed. It is easy enough on the eyes. There are many new plants, so Lorri’s place will only get better as time goes by. Parking space is wide and level! There is open space on the awning side view. Freeway sounds were not too bad for us, but as tolerable as you are sensitive to it. Utilities are a little wide apart, with sewer behind and electrical in front of our 21-foot camper. We made it without extra length, but bring extra utility lines if needed. Highly recommended!

Great spot for enjoying Healdsburg, wine country, and the surrounding area. It’s hard to find places to park so close to town, we’re so happy to have discovered this one. It’s level on gravel, has a picnic table and a nice view of a little vineyard. Best of all - full hookups. Lorri is kind and welcoming, making sure we were settled in and offering wine tasting coupons. Looking forward to our next stay!

We loved the campsite. It was close to town and wineries. Lorri the owner was very nice. She sells her olive oil she makes from the trees on her property. I would defiantly recommend staying here. Our site was Vineyard site B-1. She gave us suggestions on wineries to visit and restaurants.

We very much enjoyed the Hipcamp. It was within walking distance to a winery. Lorri gave us a lot of coupons for tastings and we used several of them. The area is quiet, close to town and very clean and wonderful. Loved being by the vineyard on the day they harvested the grapes. Highly recommend this beautiful place

The hosts of this well located Hipcamp are the best. They really go above and beyond to ensure their guests have a good experience. The location (right outside the Bougie town of Healdsburg) is great for touring local wineries, boutique shopping, and great assortment of dining. The Barn side space is off to itself - a cute barn protected space that offers privacy to those who want that.

Very well located for exploring Healdsburg and the local wineries. Fantastic hosts who really cared about their guest experience - even when we arrived during a busy holiday weekend. A private space next to the barn is nice and am quiet and our other space had a pretty view of the farm. Walk through the property to a destination nursery next door.

This site is not only very clean, nicely furnished with a clean colorful picnic table, it is also very quiet. We were in our 19’ fifth wheel sand there was plenty of space to park our truck. Next to us was a large, long (30’?) trailer so it appears there are different sites for all! And they are all level. Yippee! Hookups for water, sewer and power were very accessible- we didn’t need to fight our way through hedges or shrubs. But did I mention there are planters with small, colorful plants near the picnic table. And speaking of color, it seems each site has their own color with the table, it’s umbrella, and sign all in your color! Ours was orange but I think of it as mango or poppy since I’m not a fan of orange. Next door was blue. And red was nearby. Entering the site was easy as was maneuvering our rig into the site.

Lorri was super kind & although we’re very low maintenance she offered us nice treats and wanted to make our stay pleasant. As there aren’t many places so close to Healdsburg we really found it convenient to everything we wanted to do. The vineyard was very peaceful m below the sunset every night.

Easy in and out. Full hookups near Healdsburg wineries.. Lori is easy going,, attentive to needs and friendly.. she brought us some complimentary wine tasting passes. Site is on gravel, spacious, overlooks small vineyard, olive trees everywhere too. A bit sunny. A good value for the money. It's part of a small compound of various types of rentals. Met 1 neighbor. Everyone quiet and friendly. Would go back again. Nice place to stay to visit wineries.

We had a one night stay with Lorri passing through wine country. Lorri was super responsive and helpful, including accommodating us on a last minute booking. Lorri and her husband are also very kind and fun to talk to. Although we didn’t have a chance to take advantage, they had plenty of recommendations for to-dos in the area. The property itself was lovely and very conveniently located to all wineries. We felt very safe and relaxed the entire time. The full hook ups were also a huge plus! We would highly recommend to anyone looking for a nice place to camp right in the middle of wine country!

Dry camping at its best

We dry camped along the vineyard with 2 other groups of friends. The location did have a bit of road noise but nothing that kept us awake. We also paid to have access to the barn’s bathroom, laundry and hangout area. It was nice to have that convenience.

It was a real pleasure to stay here and so enjoyable that we stayed an additional night. The site was immaculate and all laid out very neatly and is well located to vineyards that are walking distance or a short uber into Healdsburg for the restaurants there.

Starry night in the vineyard

Very relaxing and beautiful spot in the vineyard, even in January. The stars are beautiful. Lorri was so accommodating and made sure we had what we needed, including a great breakfast recommendation. Healdsburg is a nice town, and altho it has a great wine tasting scene we didn’t even do any wine tasting this time. Next time!

Much nicer than expected. Hookups were flawless. View of small vineyard was pleasant. So much nicer than any rv park. No access to trash disposal a bit of a hassle but hosts were so gracious I fully expect they would work something out for longer term stopovers. Highest recommendations.

Quiet and safe

This was such a quiet and safe place to spend the night! Lorri was super helpful and very responsive and helped me get into a spot very last minute, which was so appreciated. The location was very easy to find--right off the highway--and getting into the camping spot was also super easy, as it was nice and level and gravel. I came in at night and didn't get to look around too much, but I could see the lovely vineyard and some other nice touches before I had to leave. Highly recommend!
