Over 25 years ago, Bud, LaRue and Tim bought a piece of property and built a cabin to share with their families. Fast forward to today.... families are grown and now we want to share this incredible spot with you! Come and explore the great outdoors! ... breathe fresh air, go for a hike, take a nap, eat s'mores, sit by the fire, catch and release fish in the pond, bird-watch, play a game together or... just plain relax! This 2-room cabin will sleep eight. BLT Cabin is a nice relaxing place to get away from it all! The generator in the out-building will run the outlets and lights, the water pump on the porch will give you water, and the outhouse is recently renewed. Waivers for you and your kids will need to be signed when you arrive and then enjoy the great outdoors!

Towner's Country Paradise started out as a wild forest and pasture for cows in the 1940's, owned by Llewellyn Towner. In the 1960s, Llewellyn's love for aviation led him to construct a small airstrip and hangar, and then his son Terry began to plant Christmas Trees (no more cows) and clear much of the land. By the early 1970's our main and largest pond was built and since that time our fully functional cabin, several more fish ponds, roads, trails, running water and generated electricity have been added. Christmas Trees are still grown and harvested by Terry's son Scott Towner. Green rolling hills, deep valleys, a waterfall, ponds stocked with fish, a fully functional cabin, herds of deer, flocks of turkey and Canada Geese, & well-maintained roads and trails here in Addison NY. Tranquility Trails is a Eco retreat center located on a private game preserve. It was established on 9-16-2013 in loving memory of my father, Frank Bileti.
The center is nestled within 138 acres of the foothills of the Appalachian mountains in the Southern tier of Western New York. This is the ideal place for folks who enjoy secluded, quiet, private places to unwind, relax and commune with the elements of nature. Activities include: hiking, biking, snow shoeing, bird watching, wildlife observation, meditation, stargazing etc. We currently offer 2 cabins, a cottage, 3 tent sites (1 is fully furnished). The cabins, cottage, tent sites & trails are very private and secluded. Each site has its own private entrance. There is approximately 10 miles of professionally groomed, maintained trails for guests to share for recreational purposes. The trails are marked and 10-15' wide. They range in difficulty. The southern section of the property ascends abruptly from 2050'-2250'. The northern range is less abrupt.
It has been my passion & a genuine labor of love to keep this environment as pristine as possible. My ultimate goal is to be able to provide a place for man to be nurtured, where nature & wildlife will thrive, always striving to keep the environment as pristine & serene as possible. Truly a unique balance. Due to this balance, occupancy is limited. Small groups are welcome (contact us for pricing.) Ample parking & private picnic areas are also provided. The spot is complete tranquility. In a span of 3 days, I only had one passerby on an ATV, otherwise it is basically in the woods, and the nature is impressive all around you. There is no power and barely any cel coverage (almost none really) so be ready for that, but there was plenty of wood for the woodstove, and I was offered to stay an extra 12+ hours if I needed, which added to the "no stress" time I had. The hosts are quick to respond and let me be otherwise. I would stay again.

This is a magical little campground, perfect for a summer weekend getaway! We adored the fairy path and the covered area next to the barn was perfect to seek shelter from the sun or rain. The cabin is quaint, but comfortable and there are tons of ammenities not listed in the listing, which was very much appreciated.
The only thing we were surprised by is how loud the campground across the way is, they had a band playing from 7pm to 11pm Saturday night, which didn't necessarily bother us, but it was very loud so can imagine it's something people would want to know about before they stay. We actually walked down to watch for a while and our son used the bounce house they had set up, so turned into a good time, was just surprised how late it went!

We loved the cozy rustic cabin with the view of the pond. My kids loved paddle boating, fishing, climbing on the log in the water and hiking to the nearby waterfall. Next time we will bring mountain bikes.

I stayed two nights with my son and our dog. We had a very nice time. We bought plenty of supplies, but if we forgot something, place was very well stocked even with extra fishing poles. I enjoyed fishing in the little pond. caught about 20 Blue Gills and a few frogs. We ran the generator during the day and enjoyed the peace and quiet at night. There is no WiFi so download some games or movies on your phone, bring a book or whatever you choose to pass the time. We bought meat in a cooler and grilled on the fire pit. There is a Walmart not too far if you need somethings. The only down side which is no fault of the host is the ride up to the lodge from the main road which is rocky, with some dips. My car is low to the ground so I had to ride on it very carefully.

Throughly enjoyed the peace and quiet at BLT cabin. Perfect get away holiday weekend! Our dogs enjoyed the off leash time and playing in the pond!! All we needed to bring was a cooler of food and water, well stocked for your camping needs. We will definitely be back!

We stayed here with nine middle school boys. They LOVED the pond , boats, and surrounding swings and falls nearby. We had intermittent lighting for two nights due to the constant cloudiness before our trip but found a way to make it work.

Stephanie was a very helpful and friendly host and the cabin was absolutely what we looking for. It had all the amenities we needed to sleep/cook/relax comfortably while being completely private and peaceful. Our pups loved being able to run around off leash all weekend long and taking a swim in the pond. None of us wanted to leave and we will definitely try to come back in future ❤️
