We purchased the property in 2016 to share with travelers. There are three other rentals on the property. Learn more about this land: Shawn has been a nurse for 20+ years and understands the importance of a clean environment.  Take a step back in time. Imagine yourself as an original Homesteader in this early 1900's cabin. But with modern convinces. 5 minutes from Gardiner, Montana - The North Entrance to Yellowstone & Yellowstone Hot Springs. We provide delicious well water! Little Trail Creek runs thru the property. There are two rooms in the cabin. Dining table, kitchen supply hutch & wood stove in the main room.Two queen beds, a small cot in the bedroom. There is one chandelier and 1 outlet in each room. There is one extra cabin with one queen bed available for an additional fee. It is 4 feet from the homestead. It is only available for use by guests of the homestead cabin, so it is private. There is a gorgeous new shower house built in 2023. It provides a large walk in shower, vanity and sink, outlet and standard flush toilet.   Candles, oil lanterns, propane for the BBQ grill, campfire ring, camp chairs, wood stove, towels, hot springs & river towels, bedding, pots, pans, utensils, basic camp supplies are all included! There is a separate shack with an electrical outlet, toaster oven, electric coffee pot, percolator, a single electric burner for the cooking supplies. There are 3 other rentals on this property. Each cabin has 1 - 1.5 acres of private use and are generously spaced out.The Homestead cabin is bordered by Little Trail Creek and the house pasture. There are 5 horses on site.  Absorkee Wilderness is in the back yard with thousands of miles of hiking trails. This is a Glamping experience. There my be wildlife - including bears, elk, deer, bugs or field mice at anytime. We have tried to preserve the Homestead cabin as much as possible to its original state. There are elk, deer, birds and other native wildlife on the property daily.

My husband and I where on our way to WY and it was getting late. All of a sudden it started to snow, we need a place to go for the night. I found Angel camp and it was so beautiful, and to our surprise it had electric hook ups so we even had heat thru night. I did need to call to ask a question and the host answered first ring and was very helpful and kind. This is such a wonderful camp sight. I would love to stay here again.

Wonderful site with wonderful hosts. My partner and I stayed here 2 nights at Site 1. We were greeted by our host, Terri. She was amazing to talk with! She directed us to the spot we’d be staying at. It was a pull through spot, and it was a level spot. All of the spots are very cared/maintained. Good spaces in between sites. Although we didn’t use many of the amenities, there was cornhole, volleyball courts and other things to enjoy at the campground. The hosts and the campground exceeded our expectations, and we would definitely come back and stay to explore more of the surroundings area.

My little dog and I absolutely loved our stay at Yellowstone Holiday. Our cabin was super cozy with a little heater to keep us warm. During the day, we enjoyed the lakeside walks. I was able to do a load of laundry & take a nice hot shower. The staff were warm, kind, friendly, and helpful, and Penny loved stopping by for treats. I would absolutely stay here again.

Absolutely loved our beautiful glampsite on the way to Yellowstone National Park! Didn’t know it came with great perks like the welcome center, friendly staff, towels for showering, a community fire pit, a map, etc! Sure it can be colder at night with the high altitude but I slept very comfortably with the fuzzy blankets provided. It was such an aesthetic way to camp and I will never go back to regular camping LOL. Very responsive and friendly host, and super helpful and chill staff! One guy even gave me his personal floss when I had an “floss emergency” lol. Absolutely loved it here! 1000000/10 would stay again and bring more friends :)

Sportsman's Retreat was perfect for us! Tucked away from the crowds but still right next to downtown Gardiner. There are 2 asphalt paved spaces available with full hookups. I use a 30 amp service but I believe 50 amp plug was there too. Very clean setup with grass behind the pad, picnic bench and a large fenced grass pet area. An Elk cow met us each morning like she was the neighborhood pet, but try to approach her. They are wild animals and unpredictable. Especially if her calf is nearby. Also Grizzly bears at times. DO NOT let your pet wander unleashed or leave food or trash outside. We loved our stay there and highly recommend it.

We are surrounded by pine trees, and it is a quiet place to escape the noise of the world. It is a place to recharge and enjoy the outdoors. Our campsite is close to West Yellowstone and only 30 mi. from Yellowstone National Park. Island Park has a lot to offer including: boating, waterskiing, fishing, canoeing, swimming, hiking, trail riding and much more. All of these activities are within a few minutes away. No water or sewer is provided. There is a porta potty on location from mid May until end of October. Must pack out all of your trash or be a accessed a cleaning fee per lot. We aim to offer the kind of environment that is as relaxed and as comfortable as if you were staying with family. You are staying with family, our family. Pull up a chair in the shade of the lilac trees and read a book, sip on lemonade and gaze at the silhouette of the Grand Tetons. Share your day’s fish stories around the campfire, and even put that whopper rainbow trout you just caught on Henry’s Fork on our outdoor grill. After spending the day at Old Faithful we hope you will return to us in the evening to your peaceful, quiet spot and enjoy the starry skies above, or snuggle up in your bunk and enjoy a movie with the family. We have on-site laundry facilities and showers for those messy trips to the St. Anthony sand dunes. (Showers and laundry for our guests only) The Jolley Camper offers play areas for the young and young at heart and plenty of space and facilities for your family reunions, company or church picnics, wedding shower and receptions, or group retreats. We only stayed here one night on the way to Yellowstone from Sun Valley but it was one of the nicest places I've ever camped. I don't typically camp in a camper, so it was new being surrounded by so many other people, but it was still peaceful and quiet. Our family fishes there frequently and we spotted tons of animals while we were there. Would absolutely go back and camp again with the paddleboards and I'd love to stay in one of the little cabins near the lake!
