Please note that there is currently no dump station on-site. We are on city water, which is safe to drink and available near your campsite. During the spring season, snowmelt and runoff from Teton Creek may pass through portions of the property due to natural high-water conditions.
The property is surrounded by mature willow trees and natural vegetation, creating a beautiful and natural setting.
Wildlife is common in this area, and you may see deer or even moose nearby. Please remain aware of your surroundings and exercise caution.
Restrooms are available located in the main house
A few basic supplies are provided for your convenience; however, we recommend bringing any personal items you may need for your stay.
Please ensure all doors are securely closed when exiting the building.

All pets must be kept on a leash at all times in accordance with city ordinances.

SUMMER: Access to private lake: swimming and fishing and boating (no gas engines allowed). Private sand dune area for ATVs, with access to hundreds of miles of public land trails. St Anthony Sand Dunes, Civil Defense Caves, Ice Caves and Island Park Reservoir are all accessible on an ATV day trip. Yellowstone National Park is an 80 minute drive, though accessing the property requires a 6.5 mile drive on a dirt road, a total of 25 minutes from Ashton. The Shoshone and Nez Perce Native American tribes spent their summers in this area hunting and fishing the many streams in this valley. Trapper's used the area until the U.S. market collapse of the beaver skin top-hat in the late 1830's. Mormon pioneers began settling here in the 1890's. My great-grandparents settled in Teton Valley after moving from Nebraska in 1917. They farmed this land; growing potatoes, barley and hay. Today we raise alfalfa/grass hay that we feed to our horses. In the bottom of our field south of the campsite is Trail Creek, which is the headwaters of the Teton River. It flows out of the southern Teton mountain range in Wyoming and into Idaho. This water eventually joins the mighty Snake River near Rexburg, Idaho as it continues it's journey to the pacific ocean. Summer's here are usually warm sunny days with cool, chilly nights. Please note that there is currently no dump station on-site. We are on city water, which is safe to drink and available near your campsite. During the spring season, snowmelt and runoff from Teton Creek may pass through portions of the property due to natural high-water conditions.
The property is surrounded by mature willow trees and natural vegetation, creating a beautiful and natural setting.
Wildlife is common in this area, and you may see deer or even moose nearby. Please remain aware of your surroundings and exercise caution.

A few basic supplies are provided for your convenience; however, we recommend bringing any personal items you may need for your stay.
Please ensure all doors are securely closed when exiting the building.

St Anthony Sand Dunes, Civil Defense Caves, Ice Caves and Island Park Reservoir are all accessible on an ATV day trip. The Shoshone and Nez Perce Native American tribes spent their summers in this area hunting and fishing the many streams in this valley. Trapper's used the area until the U.S. market collapse of the beaver skin top-hat in the late 1830's. Mormon pioneers began settling here in the 1890's. My great-grandparents settled in Teton Valley after moving from Nebraska in 1917. They farmed this land; growing potatoes, barley and hay. Today we raise alfalfa/grass hay that we feed to our horses. In the bottom of our field south of the campsite is Trail Creek, which is the headwaters of the Teton River. It flows out of the southern Teton mountain range in Wyoming and into Idaho. This water eventually joins the mighty Snake River near Rexburg, Idaho as it continues it's journey to the pacific ocean. Summer's here are usually warm sunny days with cool, chilly nights. Tent camping was so easy here! The space was a perfect length for our car and tent to fit with lots of space in between. There is a cute fire pit that we unfortunately did not get to use for time purposes and it is lit with lanterns if you happen to arrive past sundown! very spacious and perfect for our short stay:)

What an awesome spot! Joy is a phenomenal host—communicative, welcoming, and has great energy. A little rain and cloud did little to dampen the experience, which was highlighted by a nice long sweat in the sauna (a MUST) and a brief but invigorating dip in the cold plunge. Shoutout to a couple of friendly four legged friends, who I also had the great fortune to meet. While I didn’t get to experience the epic sunrise over the Tetons due to an early departure, this was easily remedied by a quick journey back over the pass to the national park (another must!). This was my first, but certainly not my last stay!!

Next morning woke to a really peaceful site where the owners have done a great job of making a great site - communal area with games, nice lighting and the best shower we’ve seen after weeks on the road.

Alicia’s spot was perfect. We arrived pretty late as we were driving from across the state, and left in the middle of the night as well one night for some photo stuff. She didn’t mind either time, and the entire spot was so quiet and peaceful. It was close to their house, but the trees and how it was setup still gave us plenty of privacy through the duration of our stay and it was exactly as advertised

Wonderful site with wonderful hosts. My partner and I stayed here 2 nights at Site 1. We were greeted by our host, Terri. She was amazing to talk with! She directed us to the spot we’d be staying at. It was a pull through spot, and it was a level spot. All of the spots are very cared/maintained. Good spaces in between sites. Although we didn’t use many of the amenities, there was cornhole, volleyball courts and other things to enjoy at the campground. The hosts and the campground exceeded our expectations, and we would definitely come back and stay to explore more of the surroundings area.

Amazing opportunity-you simply could not ask for more hospitable hosts. They're incredibly kind and went out of their way to make sure I was comfortable. And my last night there, they even threw a small bonfire for all the guests to join and share their travel adventures (which I very much appreciated since I was traveling solo). The views were incredible of course, between the starry night sky, the surrounding hills and the nearby national parks. But I think the people are what made this stay one to remember. I cannot recommend this opportunity enough.

Allan, one of the campground hosts, met us as we arrived and provided information on the site amenities and features. They included free showers, washer and dryer on site, a recreation hall/lodge, fire pits and table at all sites, and both pull through and back in sites with plenty of space. It is away from the highway so it is quiet, a great sunset and sunrise and fantastic star gazing. The swans were flying and singing to us. I would definitely stay there again.
