Cedar Creek

Overall our experience was tolerable here. We had to reach out to the host more than once to receive proper directions to the camp site, and the pond pictured is not at all swimmable. The northeast is experiencing a drought so the water level may be low, but some additional communication and expectation setting would have gone a long way, especially on a hot summer weekend. The area is also extremely buggy (I’m talking swarms of mosquitos around your head). There are tons of fresh blueberries around which did make a lovely treat for breakfast.

Amazing camping spot. We had such a great time, and so did our dogs. Lots of space and privacy. We will definitely come back again soon.

Beautiful site great hosting would highly reccomend

Campspot was great, Lots of space and near the water. Not too many bugs, near a lot of trails and a watering hole about 20 mins drive away, the water there was really nice. Only issues we had where that the spots weren't clearly marked so we weren't sure which section was ours at first. The second was we were told someone could bring us wood, it took a long time the first day and the second they told us they could bring wood and several hours later we contacted and were informed they werent going to bring it, so we had to rush for wood to start cooking really late. Other than that the property is a really great spot and ideal for a large group

Great camping experience. Clean, secluded and peaceful. Kayak or canoe on the private pond. Clean restrooms and decent hiking trail within property. State park trails and local kayaking short drive away. Dog Friendly!

We had the best weekend, our dogs at the time of their lives! The space was clean and quiet, the host is quick to respond and super friendly. The bathrooms were very clean and if you need a store or a brewery there are places within a 15min drive.

We had a great time at Cedar Creek! We stayed at Site 1, which is beautifully located right on the pond. The site is spacious and well kept, with great walking trails and access to the dock and canoe. Best of all is how accessible the site it is, yet how “out there” you feel once you arrive. Super convenient and great value for the price. Everyone had a blast and we will be back!

Great experience, clean, lots of space, quiet even though close to major roads for easy access. Fun amenities and trails to explore.

The GPS location is on the road adjacent to the property, so just make sure to go into the gate a tiny bit north of that, and you’re all set. I would definitely recommend this location.
