My second glamping site "The Medieval Encampment", is available for booking starting April 1st of 2025. I will have more pictures soon. In April of 2024, my long awaited 1st Glamping site was available for booking. It's been very popular! Please read the description carefully of the "Gypsy Rose Vardo", to see if it's the right fit for you.
I also have 10 large camping sites available on our 33 acre property located in Northwest NJ. Sites 1 through 4 are on mowed, fairly level fields and are large enough for campers or RV's up to 30ft, or a couple of tents, and sites 5 and 6 are further back in the woods, available only for a few small tents, sites 7 through 10 are much further into the property and are only accessible with a high clearance AWD or 4WD SUV or you can park and hike your gear in. There are 3 compost toilet outhouses spread out through the property, so it's an easy walking distance from any site.
Although we are only 2 1/2 miles from a main highway, the last 2 miles are on a dirt road with no houses.
We are surrounded by protected land, so no neighbors and lots of wildlife, including the occasional bear, coyote or raccoon. Keep all food items secured. Because we are surrounded by protected land we are not sprayed for insects, so be safe and do tick checks often and bring the bug spray.
We are 45 minutes from NYC or the Delaware Water Gap and an hour away from the NJ shore. There are horse farms nearby that offer trail rides. We are also close to the Highland and Appalachian Hiking trails.
There are two reservoirs within a 20-minute drive for canoeing or kayaking.
There are walking trails through our property, including a ten-minute hike on a marked trail to a small waterfall in a ravine.

Find peace at our campground in New Jersey which is due south of the Wharton State Forest and surrounded by other wildlife management areas that dot the protected ecoregion. We offer back-in and pull-through RV sites that can accommodate all sized RVs and trailers!
Each RV site includes a picnic table, fire ring, 30 or 50-amp electrical service, and sewer. We have deluxe patio sites and some rustic cabins too! Friendly people are waiting by the phone to tell you about our amazing activities, and an atmosphere that all campers will take to heart.
Delightfully, Country Oaks campground happens to be surrounded by a number of designated wildlife management areas (WMAs)–Tuckahoe, Maple Lake, and Menantico Ponds to name a few! These areas are popular for hiking/walking, fishing, kayaking, and birding opportunities abound!
Our nation’s bird, the bald eagle, is no stranger to this region, along with lots of other species for your bird-watching journal. The Warren E. Fox Nature Center is the headquarters for environmental education within the Atlantic County park system, with fun displays and trials for the whole family. Inland nature aside, Atlantic City and Ocean City beaches and boardwalks are 30-40 minutes away!

Want to be close to Long Beach Island (LBI) without the crowds? You've found the place! Our lot is 1.22 acres only several miles away from LBI, New Jersey. The owner-occupied residence is tucked away from the road with only one neighbor in sight.
We live in a 1987 geodesic dome home on the property. Additionally, our self-converted 2002 International Blue Bird school bus is parked here. There is plenty of room for you to park in the circle driveway or to the left of the dome.
Enjoy our large, fenced backyard with plenty of room for activities. We have yard games available (Yard Yahtzee, Spikeball, Molkky, lawn darts, and more) and you're welcome to bring them to the beach. Crab traps, fishing poles, and a cooler are available too. Feel free to start a campfire in the designated area or relax in the two hammocks.
We promise you'll never be bored here! LBI beaches, the Manahawkin Lake, restaurants, bars, shopping, and more are all minutes away.

Amazing. 5 stars. Spectacularly friendly (and creative!) hosts and property owners.
This is such a beautiful, secluded spot that was so easy to get to for the Ren Faire. They allow big groups, so taking a bigger group next time! And even though we stayed on this grassy spot with a tent, car and van… they have some gorgeous glamping sites that we can’t wait to check further — like the Viking-medieval one! As well as several secluded forest sites.
There’s also wood ready onsite!
See the stars here. And of course take the 10-minute trail to the creek and waterfall.

The property is beautiful and site 6 was perfect. Large, good tree coverage to avoid baking in the morning in our tent, but also enough clear areas where you can still see the stars. Site was clean with no major rocks and there were lots of good spots to pitch our tent. Fire pit was excellent and the wood we bought from Kathleen was dry and burned well. The walking trails are well marked and we loved strolling around on them. Outhouses were the cleanest I’ve ever seen, no smell from them, and they were cleaned and restocked throughout our trip.
We will absolutely be coming back here, feeling very lucky to have grabbed a spot here that opened up last minute!

This was a nice site. Site 5 is on a road with a number of sites around it, but it is surprisingly private set off slightly from the road and separated by trees from the others. I would stay here again. It rained when we were there but the trees really did help when we were loading up the car because we didn't get nearly as wet as I thought we would.

Amazing daddy daughter camping trip, it was our second time back and already have the 3rd planned. Site 3 was awesome, centered but secluded, big site. We went in the lake, hiked down to the falls, built a fairy house, explored… then a nice relaxing fire to end the nights. Kathleen is a super sweet, very welcoming. Great memories, hopefully more to come !

This was a lovely stay! I drove into the site at nighttime, the campsites are well marked. Glad that I had the jeep for the wooded site. Kathleen and her pup walked by in the morning, and we had a friendly chat. The site had a large cool rock and a nearby waterfall! Would stay again.
