Our horse farm is located in one of the most rural areas of Southern New Jersey. This land was once occupied by The Lanape Tribe. The adjacent creek was named after Chief Alloway. Artifacts of Native Americans have been found alongside this brackish water creek. This farm was for many years a dairy farm which was passed on for 3 generations until the late 80's. Our main horse breeds are 5 Arabians followed by 2 Thoroughbreds and 2 miniature ponies. In addition to horses you will see free range rabbits, chickens and beautiful cows. There are many antique shops in this area which tell the rich History of Southern NJ. Cowen mall and Royal Port are my two favorites. Another must see experience (at least once) in the area is The Cowtown Rodeo, one of the first and oldest in the country, only 14 minutes drive. Weekend Trip to Creekside at Crystal Lake

Great camp site if you want a relaxing time outdoors with nature. You pick your site which all are nice’with table chairs or bench set. Compost toilet very clean. No one greeted us but that was fine. We headed directly to our site to set before the noreaster arrived. We left early morning due to a tree snapped near us but no damage to our tent. I left my headlamp near a tree due to storm. Hopefully another camper can enjoy it!

Easy in and out. Very quiet. Didn’t have the opportunity to enjoy the fire pit so outdoor stuff as it rained.

Absolute amazing place!!! So gorgeous and peaceful, private and right on the creek. We will be going back for sure! The beer garden at the beginning of the site was also so cool to explore. It was a little confusing to find so I would reach out for more specific directions

I liked that the hillside location is secluded without being isolating. Plus, the bathhouse/kitchen combo nearby is a game changer as far as convenience goes. I highly recommend camping here.

Perfect place for camping before and after a concert at the woodlands in Dover. Everything is as described, and the bathhouse is perfect. Andrea was very clear on how everything worked, we’d gladly go back again!

wow how do you even start a review after staying on kim’s Kamping with the Kitties, we rocked up planning to stay the night in our car, Kim offered us chairs, fire wood and most of all a tent, then she gave us plenty of bedding and pillows, offered to take us to a concert then also picked us up with no hesitation or expectation for extra money. Kim is genuinely one of the nicest people i have ever met me and both my friends haven’t stopped going on about how she is so kind with such a beautiful heart and an absolutely beautiful property i would recommend this to absolutely anyone planning on staying in dover!

This was an amazing place to stay. Very straightforward and accessible. It wasn’t fully booked, so we had plenty of sites to choose from. Firewood was split and provided for us. Kimberly swung by to check on us and make sure we were all set for our stay. Within just a few minutes of setting up camp, curious cats began to poke their heads out and join us.

It was a wonderful stay. We felt secluded yet only 5 min from a WaWa. I loved hearing the animals, and the trash can provided by the hosts was a great bonus.
