Learn more about this land: 45 acre Historic farm, several sites to choose from depending on adventure wanderlust (including a 4WD drive site). Please read full description of the property. Located on private gravel lane, approximately 1/2 mile off county road. Either corn or soybeans with a woods backdrop. Secluded and private, yet 25 minutes to downtown Annapolis, 10 minutes to the Bay, great for cycling, paddleboarding, kayaking all 10/15 minutes from farm. DC 45 minutes, Baltimore 1 hour. Jug Bay wetlands, wineries, fun little waterfront towns and Bay front restaurants all within easy reach. Check out individual sites for description, each has its own personality. If you have any questions, please feel free to reach out. First listing actually has several options. For large campers/coach/fifth wheelers the area by the tractor shed will be the best. Around the corner there's two other choices both with firepits which will accommodate units up to 40 feet depending on your backing/maneuvering skills. Field of Dreams and Sycamore Ridge will accommodate campers under 25 feet with some backing/maneuvering skills. For those with 4WD and an off-road camper/trailer/tent choose Off the Grid, two entrances for easy access, travel along a logging road to an open site with fire pit. Suitable during dry conditions and not responsible for damage to vehicle or camper. Great spot for those who truly want to be in the woods off the beaten path, site takes about 5 minutes to reach due to low speed access. All sites as mentioned have no toilet/outhouse...for #2 please pack out or dig a hole, no presents needed for me or fellow campers.

Welcome to Greenock Farm, 45 acre property sits approximately 1/2 mile down a gravel private lane. If it's quiet and seeking a backdrop of either, woods, corn or soybeans we have you covered. Depending vegetation and season/site location you might see a house in the distance. You can park or set your tent depending on interest, several sites to choose from; including for the adventure folks a 4wd drive for tent campers or off road camper trailers. If you want to be overlooking a field or my tractor shed (see pics) we have several choices. For coaches, class C might choose to stay in the open field, depending on your turning/backing skills. Currently need your own disposal system no outhouse or porta potty... self-contained campers/ coach welcome. All spots have a fire pit with starter wood provided. 25 minutes to downtown Annapolis, 10 minutes to the Bay, great for cycling, paddleboarding, kayaking all 10/15 minutes from farm. Lots of great waterfront restaurants close by as well. DC 45 minutes, Baltimore 1 hour.

Access limited to 4wd or hike in...short ride on logging road; for those who want some adventure. Two access points, both follow a logging road that is mowed, Depending on your vehicle I’ll give you suggestions on which approach will be suitable. Site is private, surrounded by woods, close to a small stream, plenty of peace and quiet. Shade in the afternoon. While at the site visit the Huge Poplar tree, “the five sisters.” I provide starter wood, there’s plenty in the woods, bring a saw axe or bundle.

Tucked just off the field overlooking woods with a farm views backdrop. Sunrise or sunset depending on weather might be a double down. Suitable for small camper (under 20ft) or tent. Access is along border of field and is fine for most vehicles as long as you don't mind a two-track grass or dirt trail. Shade for afternoon, but please note, Off the Grid site is within 100 yards but won't be visible. Best site if you’re a hammock camper.

Perfect stop along our route around DC. Quiet evening in a lovely landscape. Our dogs enjoyed walking the fields. Randy reached out to confirm our arrival time and provide clear directions to the campsite. If we are in the area again and need a place to spend the night we would hope Randy had a composite available.

Randy gave good directions to find the spots. We stayed by the tractor shed since all we wanted was a base to go into Annapolis. The other sites had even better views and isolation, but we had what we wanted. It was very quiet and easy in/out.

We had such a wonderful time on the farm. Randy had everything set up-fire ring with plenty of wood to get a fire started. He was also very responsive, friendly and super helpful. We stayed one night- a great getaway! I will definitely come back again!

Randy was a great host and very helpful with making sure we got to the site easily. The campsite was perfect for a little get away and you are there by yourself with privacy. The fire ring and log table were perfect and made things so much nicer. I will definitely be coming back to this spot.

We had a great experience staying on Randy's property @site #1 in our toy hauler. The land was beautiful with soft rolling hills viewed from our camp site and the fire pit was stocked upon arrival which was greatly appreciated. Randy gave us clear directions to our site with the ability to pick the best spot suited for us. Randy was a pleasure to meet and an exceptional host. We definitely recommend staying there.

We stayed at Randy’s property for two nights. It is situated in an area of beautiful farmland, yet very close to Annapolis. The site options vary, with some being more private than others. Randy has fire pits, chairs and wood at all sites. While there were no crops when we there in early April, the birds and peepers were plentiful and we were treated to their symphony each morning and evening. We will definitely stay here again if in the area.
