Explore the possibilities of the Floyd EcoVillage! An inviting 75-acre mix of woods, farm fields, and gardens located just a few miles from the Blue Ridge Parkway and the charming town of Floyd. The EcoVillage is growing. Farm Store The store is now Open during Daylight hours. Stop in and checkout the freshest produce in town! Honeybees! Honeybees are very important to the land and our farm. At this time we do not have honeybees but hope to have hives again in the future. For information about having your own hives, you can reach out to our good friend and Floyd neighbor, Gunther Hauk of Spikenard Farm Bee Sanctuary. Gardens There are several gardens with a variety of flowers and plants. You'll also find bridges, picnic area, sitting areas, trellises, gazebo, and a walking trail through the woods.

This cabin does not allow pets.

Cabin 1 - Floyd EcoVillage
We got moved last minute to the Bermed Lodge but it was very nice. They gave us one of the efficiency units with a kitchen and 2 baths. Very nice place with trails and cool, off grid facilities. Solar hot water, solar electricity, etc. Only 3 miles from town.

Floyd ecocabin is perfect! The landscape is peaceful and serene with wildlife and foliage everywhere. It is also equipped with a kitchen so I was able to cook when I didn't want to eat out. Floyd,VA is a great music and artistic town and the Ecovillage is really close to everything. Sure beats a hotel for sure!

Wonderful little hideaway in a clearing on the woods, just steps away from downtown Floyd. I was slightly bothered by the noises of the wind turbine, but otherwise it was perfect. Bathroom was readily available hot water and it’s very clean.

This is a very nice little place to camp. Very quiet and the bathroom is clean and close to the campsites. There are some nice places to walk on the property and for anyone traveling on the Blue Ridge Parkway, this location is ideal.

Such a nice Campground! Beautiful setting, great tent, pads, great fire, pit and bathroom facilities, even kitchen facilities! And Wood available for the fire pit! We would definitely recommend this place and come back again maybe to stay in the cabins or the lodge. The farm store was really, great. The beef and Meats looked incredible.

We really enjoyed tent camping here. The bathrooms were comfortable and having access to hot water and a sink for dishes was really convenient. The site was beautiful and the provided firewood and fire pit were handy. We enjoyed walking the trails around the grounds at sunset, it was gorgeous!

We came on a weekday so the entire campground was just for us! Lovely sunset,serene nature sounds overnight (next to a tiny creek),functioning bathrooms/showers. Bring your own soap/shampoo though! :)

The location is perfect! Just a 5 minute drive into town. A beautiful spot tucked away next to a creek. The amenities are super convenient as well.

This was such a lovely campsite by a creek, shady with trees, raised mossy areas for pitching a tent, well-kept, grills for cooking, clean bathhouse with flush toilets, showers, shampoo. It was quiet except for some machine noise from the neighboring farm one night. We’ll be back!

Cabin 1 - Floyd EcoVillage
We loved staying in cabin 1 at Floyd eco village. It was a clean, cozy cabin with everything we needed in a gorgeous setting. The hosts were very communicative and it was easy to find with their directions. Check in and check out were a breeze. We were able to take a few walks during our short stay and just wish we had time for more! I will definitely stay here again!

This site was picturesque. The bathrooms have flush toilet, hot showers and were clean. The bathroom was heated, a big plus on a chilly morning. I texted the host when I got there and got a quick reply.
