Not family camping: rough camping
This is rough camping, not family camping, not near the river. We were unable to stay for the weekend. Family of 6, four under 16 - this was not four-wheel drive accessible at the time of visit. I travel forestry roads and would not take my truck up that, much less with passengers. Granted, the recent rains probably did not help the trail. I did not ask for a refund, as I was a last-minute reservation and it did tie it up for the weekend. But a couple suggestions for the hosts on their profile.
This is not family friendly. It's rough camping. It's a beautiful location overall, but things are spread out - from camp to the river for instance. Post pictures of the trek up to the site, a Jeep enthusiast maybe, average person, not so much. Especially with passengers. I wouldn't risk myself and truck, much less with the kids in the truck. Lean your marketing toward romantic adventurer couples. This is a great romantic location! But for a family that is a bit much for people juggling children and everything that comes with family camping. Another marketing possibility: artist! Writers! Creatives looking to charge a battery or two.
Signage: GPS for google maps took us to the farm at the end of the cul-de-sac. I'd looked through your pictures posted, or I might not have known I was on the wrong farm. Some people don't look through all the pics with today's hectic schedules. Put a sign at the end of your drive about five to ten times larger than the tiny one up on the fence.
