We had a wonderful time getting back to nature! Fishing, hiking, kayaking, and swimming! We saw lots of wildlife and enjoyed the fresh air and all that God has to offer! The bathrooms were conveniently located and superbly clean! Even on a busy holiday weekend it didn't feel overcrowded! Definitely a must try for family campouts!

First and foremost, everything was beautiful. The land was well kept, peaceful, calm. Carol & Dom were absolutely pleasant to be around. They made sure we had everything we needed from the start of our trip to the end. I will definitely be back but with more people this time lol! I also noticed there were others camping with us on other areas but they were respectful and kind. We also did canoeing and paddle boating activities. At night, it was peaceful.

Panorama Group Campsite
We stayed at panorama with a 20ft camper and we loved it. The dogs had a great time as they were able to run around and explore as well. The fishing was great considering the weather we had to deal with, (50+ mph wind gusts), but we still had a great time. Our hosts were awesome and accommodating. We definitely want to come back to do swimming and fishing when the water isn’t so cold!

Overall good experience, friendly staff and beautiful area. Not as private as described, several drive-ins on our site road, out of curiosity it seemed. We blocked the road with our car to keep curious campers out. The site had a CAMERA directly facing the entire campsite. NOT a private site at all. Left after we found the camera, it was creepy.

Great campsite with lots of activities for a group trip! Our host did a great job greeting us and showing us around the property. The bathrooms and showers really surprised us with how nice they were. Lake is great to swim and fish in.

Beautiful piece of property with great views of sunrise and sunset. The tree house at the refuge campsite is awesome and allows for an amazing sunset view. Bathrooms were fantastic and the couple hosting Dom and Carole are attentive and sweet as can be

It was a very fun experience staying at top of the dam campsite. We will be back and possibly stay at some of the other locations. The hosts were very friendly and helpful. We forgot our pump to our air mattresses and they were able to provide a air compressor which helped out tremendously. Thank you so much! We will be back!

Overlook Campsite with Valley View
Great spot. Unique variety, beautiful grounds, very friendly hosts and the single greatest bathroom experience I’ve ever had while tent camping. Buc-ee’s level clean. Definitely recommend.

We had an incredible camping experience that far exceeded our expectations! From the moment we arrived, Carol and Dom made us feel like family with their warm welcome and hospitality. The campsite itself was pristine, peaceful, and had everything we could have possibly needed. Whether it was the serene surroundings, the thoughtful amenities, or the attention to detail, it was clear that Carol and Dom truly care about their guests' experience. This is a hidden gem, and we can't wait to return! The views, the lake, the vibe and next time we will check out refuge!! Highly recommend to anyone looking for a perfect getaway!!

It was a great time with the family, camp ground was clean, wish there was more options in the shop for bait and snacks, also wish they could better maintain rental equipment and have more inventory for equipment rentals.

We had an amazing first father son camping trip. My son Cade (9) had a great time and met a lot of new friends. Dom was a great host and came by several times to check in on us. The property has everything, including running water and electricity at each tent site.
We have already recommended Lake Godstone to several families.
What a great weekend of first times for my son, Cade.

I spent one night here with my friends, we loved the place.
Positives:
- 188 acres big place
- Water and electricity at composites
- Most importantly free wifi with good speed considering NO mobile signal in area.
- beautiful lake (throughly enjoyed swimming and Kayaking)
- cleanly maintained washrooms and shower rooms
- firewood can be purchased from host
Points to be considered:
- This place is far from city/town, so consider bringing everything required with you especially food items.

We had a great time at the Field Cabin! It’s exactly in the middle of all the sports activities and close to the lake! My kids loved jumping off the dock and seeing all the fish! Cabin was clean and AC worked great! Hosts were so nice and helpful! We had a great stay!

My husband and I stayed at the panorama site for 2 nights in our 18’ camper. The panorama site is tucked away from the rest of the camp so it is nice and private, and we were treated to a beautiful sunset the first night. I really would have liked to walk all the trails but we decided to come in the heat of August so I didn’t get to explore as much of the property as I would have liked. On the upside there was no one else in the camp so we did enjoy checking out all the neat little tent sites and cabins all over the property. We swam in the lake and the water was clean and felt great. They even have a little observatory to watch the stars at night, unfortunately we couldn’t get the telescope to work but we thought that was a fun and really unique feature. There is a sports complex with a soccer field, sand volleyball, and basketball court. We didn’t use the camp bathrooms but we poked our heads in and they were very clean. The camp hosts Dominic and Carole were very nice and accommodating. Overall- very impressive property, tons of activities and things to do! Maybe we’ll make it back sometime when it’s not so hot out!

We spent two perfect nights at the panorama site. Couldn’t recommend it more. 20/30/50 amps and water all worked. The views were immaculate. The site was very private and the bathrooms/showers were clean.

Panorama Group Campsite
Stayed at Panorama in a 30 ft. RV, no shade at this site, easy to set up however you want. Peaceful, quiet, secluded from the other sites. We fished, caught and released bluegill and crappie in the one of many ponds to fish from. Walked on some trails. During our stay we saw bunnies, deer, even a bobcat. We didn't visit the lake. Lots of stars at night, big fires perfect for smores, coyotes definetly in the distance. Dom and Carol were very friendly, helpful, and quick on responses, as we bought firewood, fishing passes, ice, and a bit more extras as the office has some store items in it. Our stay was a breeze. The only bad thing is traveling down the 4 miles of white rock dusty road to get to location, and having to leave. Would recommend and return.

Reflection Cabin at Lake Godstone™
The cabin was great! My son & I had a great time-fishing, swimming and hiking. It was very quiet , as we booked during the week and were the only ones there, besides the camp hosts-who were also super nice and helpful!!

During our recent getaway at the Panorama Lakeside RV/Tent Campsite with a group of eight friends, we were thrilled by the space that easily accommodated all of us. The campsite's seclusion was nice, yet we loved that we could take a short stroll during the day to reach the clean and well-kept restrooms and showers. The facilities' tidiness added a nice touch to our camping adventure.
We enjoyed the fire pit and getting firewood was a breeze as we could buy it on-site and have it delivered right to our campsite.
Dominic and Carol, the ranch managers, were extremely hospitable and helpful and made our stay all the more memorable.
