After a day of adventure, unwind in our serene campground surrounded by majestic ponderosa pines, just 3 miles west of Custer. Start your day with a delicious breakfast at the Buffalo Cafe, located within our store. Kids will love our jumping pillow and playground, while seasonal activities from Memorial Day to Labor Day include access to a heated pool (weather permitting). We offer a variety of accommodations, including 1 and 2-room camping cabins (without air conditioning or bathrooms), deluxe cabins, and both 30 & 50-amp pull-thru

Maybe I just haven’t stayed at enough KOA campgrounds but the service here was INCREDIBLE! We were lucky enough to be their first stay booked on Hipcamp and they went above and beyond to make sure all of our booking details were correct and we were all set to go. The staff in the office/camp store was incredibly friendly and if you want firewood they even delivered it directly to your site! Everything was clean and well kept and it was overall a great experience. We would go back in a heartbeat!

The staff were very friendly and helpful. All amenities/facilities were clean. They hosted events for the 3rd/4th and were great at communicating the start times.
