Learn more about this land: We are offering a place for people to come disconnect with the hustle and bustle of everyday life and reconnect with nature! Tent camping, flush toilet, swimming pond, campfire, water available for washing dishes, and your camp shower. Please bring your own drinking water. $40/ night includes 2 adults and up to 4 children. Additional $10/ adult (persons over 18). There is also a massage therapy clinic on the property. On leash. We have 2 large breed dogs that are friendly and off leash, if your dog can’t get along with them it’s probably best not to bring them.

Bring your own water, purify from river or stream, purify from lake or pond. There is a spring in old Barnes abou 30 minutes from our house

Bring a camping shower or have a sponge bath, there is a river near by if necessary, we have swimming pond however we do not want soaps in it.

To date, I've stayed at 22 HipCamp locations throughout the U.S. (including Alaska) and Canada. I have to say Kirsten's land was my best experience so far. Beautiful, peaceful and serene; absolutely lovely. My hosts, Kirsten and Shawn were awesome. If asked, I'd probably move in with them! Seriously though, great people and a beautiful location.

Fantastic campsite, friendly hosts!

This place is AWESOME! A beautiful and secluded spot with great views, fire pit, a clean toilet, and only the sounds of nature to help you sleep. Super friendly hosts that went out of their way to make our stay great. A clean and refreshing pond to swim in. Very close to Truro but way out in nature for a magical stay. Highly recommend, hope to go back.
