Site 1 - Sunset Campground
We were supposed to stay Friday and Saturday, went to location and the spots are NOT marked , we were supposed to be in site 1 , a camper was already set up there!! A permanent camper tried to reach owner to verify where site 1 was , no answer, never got to stay as we didnt know where the site was and we were not going to set up in case we happen to be in the wrong spot !! So disappointed in this ! $90 wasted

Site 1 - Sunset Campground
Craig welcomed us personally and made sure we were hooked up to power. We wondered what the night would bring with the racetrack next door, but all was quiet be 9pm.
We met great people and look forward to seeing them again next time.

We stayed 1 night passing through the area. It was nice talking with Craig and he was very quick to respond even though we got into the site late after 10pm. There’s a few long term residents near by. Everything went smoothly and there was 110 hookup that we were able to use for our ac.

For a Saturday night near a dirt track, can’t beat the location. Add in electricity and made it worth it. Not inexpensive and comparable in price to a campground, but the location made it worthwhile. Dealing with Craig was great. Very responsive and courteous. The prairie dogs were cool to see. Mostly flat area in the middle of nowhere, so I felt pretty safe too.

Great remote spot to stay. We stayed a week and really enjoyed staying here. Craig has some great ideas to expand this spot and I look forward to see how it turns out.
