There is only one campsite on our property. Strategic Investment LLC sells hatching eggs, invests in the stock market, offers guided and unguided Kayak and Canoe rental trips. It's a pleasure to teach you to live the good life. Each booking gets one campsite with two picnic tables and two fire rings shaded under Whispering Oaks. Super Fast Wi-Fi covers the property. THERE IS A WATER HOSE AND 10 AMP 120 VOLT EXTENTION CORD. The property is safe and well lighted at night. There are security cameras monitoring the entrance. No illegal drugs are allowed onto the property. Additionally the property is protected by a hot wire fence. Please cut up and burn as much dead wood, leaves as you want. Spare the live trees. We offer 1 mile, 4 mile, 8 mile kayak and canoe trips on Red Creek. We also offer kayak and canoe trips at Flint Creek Reservoir. There is a water hose, 2 picnic tables and 2 fire pit. There is a pit latrine behind the chicken house.

I've thought hard about what to say. These words are my true experience here with no exaggeration. Both hosts were rude, unwelcoming, they put my health at risk by refusing to accommodate my disability requirement, which they could've easily done, it wouldn't have been an imposition. I showed up a day late bc I couldn't get a response from them about my disability accommodation. When I finally heard from him all he did was copy and paste the rude messages in the listing. When you get there, you realize you're just in the backyard/animal field behind a trashy rundown trailer. There was animal excrement EVERYWHERE. There were various bugs EVERYWHERE. I had to completely decontaminate all my belongings due to a vast amount of roaches. While I was there, trying to eat, I sat my food down for a second to grab something and my food was covered in roaches so fast. They say you can go inside and use the bathroom, shower, and laundry, but he keeps throwing so many new rules at you while there, even following behing me putting up new signs saying dont do this or that immediately after I showered. He says it's bc of his kids, but I'm not responsible for his kids. He changed rules on me while there. I was supposed to have access to the laundry room but he said he didnt feel comfortable having me in the house. The place was so trashy and run down. The biggest issue was how badly they treated me for being LGBT. I didn't feel safe and left after 2 days even though I booked 2 weeks.

Fantastic place to spend the night

Andrew is a fantastic host! He even provided me with fresh eggs! I really enjoyed camping among the chickens and sheep and it’s a very calm place. I wish I could have stayed longer. Thank you for everything, Andrew!

Andrew and his wife are welcoming and kind. I found Andrew (the main contact) to be quite thoughtful. I was a single female traveling alone and felt safe there on the land and in Andrew's presence. Everything I needed was there and Andrew went out of his way to make sure this was so. I initially was only going to stay for one night but ended up staying for three. If I'm ever that way again, I'll make a point to stay again. Thank you Andrew and family for your hospitality.

Rustic camping with sheep and geese

This site was pretty private, as there is only really the one campsite. The location worked out perfectly for us. Very rustic, but with a nice campfire pit. We were able to plug in out car fridge into an extension cord. Sheep, with several lambs, and geese were entertaining. The site has WiFi available, which was nice. Otherwise it was was pretty no-frills, especially in the free toilet department. There is a outdoor toilet, but it's without any shelter, but out of eyesight. You can pay extra for use of the owner's house bathroom and laundry facilities, but we didn't have time for that anyway.

Camping with Animals!

Andrew is a wonderful host and was so accommodating of all our needs. He created a larger fire pit for our group, added a nice picnic table and made our stay as comfortable as possible. His land is fun to stay on with all the animals to interact with and enjoy. We felt safe and well looked after unlike a corporate camp ground where you can’t always get what you need or find anyone to ask. Andrew is more than willing to work with you and make your camping experience the best it can be. We were close to Flint Creek and DeSoto National Forest for some fun outdoor activities. Firewood is plentiful and easy to gather with a chainsaw so we never ran out. I Highly recommend choosing his land as your next camping spot. You won’t regret your decision and the geese will love having you there! As well as Andrew of course.

Andrew's place is a unique immersive farm experience. The sheep, geese and chicken walk right up to you, which is pretty amazing! Andrew is very kind and helpful. The bathroom facility is new and clean.

I loved the wildlife on the farm. My dog enjoyed the wildlife as well. It was nice waking up to the rooster and chicken alarms. We were in a hurry but will definitely try to make this another stop on our list. Andrew was very accommodating and very nice. He even caught a goose and make us hold it. Good memories, thank you 😊

The host was generous, the site was lovely, and we had all the amenities of home at this quiet spot in Mississippi. Waking up each day to the farm life was always an extra treat. The stars were out each night, which is a rare site back home. We'd certainly recommend this to anyone wanting a home away from home while they camp.
