We made it to the top site in our AWD Sprinter. It was a dry day and no issues with the road or tree clearance. No problem finding a flat spot to setup. Million dollar views in all directions. Quite a gem of a site.

Amazingly, peaceful and serene

This was an amazing trip. Our first time to moonlight mines and I brought my two boys. We live less than 30 minutes away and just wanted to get out of the city. And not only was it peaceful and quiet but the views were awesome and the stars at night were out of this world. We will definitely be coming back again and again and again.

I loved camping on Adam’s land. You couldn't ask for a better host! I camped with my two dogs for seven nights while visiting my sister. This camp is a beautiful, quiet, and peaceful place to be. My dogs loved having space and going on walks. I was inspired to buy an E-bike locally, knowing I could take my dogs on the trails and roads. I couldn't ask for a better place to camp. Safe, beautiful, and fun! I actually came back to stay a few more nights on my back home. I can't imagine not Hipcamping after experiencing such great hosts like Adam and his family.

Really special spot! I camped on the hill, near the yurt (under construction). I had beautiful 360 views and caught the sunrise before I was on my way. Highly recommend.

We explored the property pretty thoroughly, but found most of it difficult to navigate in our Sprinter camper van. The mowed campsites were too narrow and sloping, and the dirt road offers few places to turn around. We ended up on the flattened hill near the entrance, which had great views. Fortunately we had it to ourselves; there would not have been much privacy if other campers had also been there. It was a good site, but with some limitations.

Adam was an absolutely fantastic host! He went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The views from his property were breathtaking, and the trails were a perfect way to explore the surrounding area. It was easy to find and Adam’s communication was excellent. I would 10/10 recommend staying at one of Adam’s camps!

This is such an incredible spot, and I cannot thank people like Adam enough for allowing others to experience and enjoy it. The views were amazing and we had it all to ourselves. This is the type of place I imagine could get really popular so I’m already planning when I can book it again before that happens.

I’m a little reluctant to review the location because it’s too good & I don’t want the secret to get out!
Adam has something really special going on here. The creek site was pretty overgrown, so we headed up the hill with our 2 dogs & 25 foot trailer and couldn’t have been happier. We didn’t even go to the very top hill—just by a newly installed electrical box. He’s taken the time to carve out trails, and the views of the surrounding hillsides and mountaintops are magnificent. We’d gladly return!

We camped at the top of the property with great views in every direction! Perfect directions and it was great to be able to let the dog off leash. We really appreciated the generous offer of using the hose to fill our water tank, but ended up not needing it. Thanks for a great HipCamp!

I love the terrain reminded me of Tuscany Italy. The bridge was ok but my wife did not like it. Very quiet. I would return again but I would go to the top of the mountain to camp.

Up top is a wonderful site very large and Adam is building showers and bathroom as well. Plenty of trails to wander through open land and forest . ATV trails for miles his place backs up to BLM. I brought 3 dogs and they had plenty of room to run .
