Ocean-view Redwood Forest Glamping

We had an incredible stay at the Redwood Cabin in Fort Bragg. Ben was an amazing host and made the entire experience feel welcoming and effortless. Our little getaway to “Little Nepal” was exactly what we needed. The cabin was cozy, thoughtfully equipped, and had everything we could have asked for and more. It was clean, quiet, and truly peaceful. No cell service at all—which honestly made it even better. It gave us the chance to fully unplug, reconnect with nature, and recharge. The cabin had all the essentials, including a hot shower, running water, and propane heaters that kept us warm during the chilly nights. It’s also conveniently located—about 10 minutes from town and close to beautiful beaches and scenic trails with incredible views. We’ll definitely be coming back. Highly recommend for anyone looking to disconnect and enjoy a peaceful escape.

Hideaway in the Trees

Such a cute place to stay! You can hear the ocean and experience the wind through the trees. Accommodations were exactly as described. We would definitely recommend Ben and Grace’s place to stay.

I really enjoyed staying on this land. The cabin was beautiful and really set up with lights and accommodations, and the land is just magical. Also, Ben is such a good host and really made us feel at home. I would definitely recommend this spot.

Best Babymoon Ever!

We had an unforgettable stay at Ocean View Redwood Forest! We spent three nights in the Redwood cabin and felt so cozy and at home the entire time. The location is perfect—tucked between the ocean and the majestic redwoods—making it easy to explore both. We loved discovering the surrounding area and are already looking forward to coming back and trying another one of the cabins on the property. Ben, the host, was welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. Truly one of the best weekends we’ve had!

Need a getaway?

Ben and Grace are excellent hosts. The accommodations are what is expected for a cabin experience in the woods. Outdoor lighting, fire pit, propane heater and more are included. I’d recommend this place.

This was an amazing stay! The covered fire pit allowed for great lounging in the typical north coast drizzle, and the tub was an amazing soak IN the drizzle. A true gem!

Magic time here!

We loved Ben & Grace’s place! So relaxing and quiet. The banana slugs are so cute! Also the out door shower and toilet and kitchen facilities are such a treat! The cabin is really cosy and has everything you need, comfy bed. Be prepared and bring pizza for the pizza oven!

My family stayed over for one night in the Redwood cabin. The whole site has a magical feel to it with a light fog, the beach off in the distance and th redwoods looming overhead. Ben and Grace were great hosts. The facilities were clean, and my only regret is that we weren't able to stay longer to enjoy and explore the area more!

The Earth Cabin is placed at the perfect spot. It's the 1st space when you enter. It's a beautiful clamping spot. The view of the ocean is a short pace away. It's a trip away from town but so close to conveniences. There's pieces of different cultures sprinkled about the place. It was a fun surprise. Ben was very welcoming and made sure we enjoyed our time. When we had a difficult time with our fire due to wind, he gave us starters. Every morning he made sure there was water in the tank and that we were taken care of.

Stayed in Earth Cabin, and enjoyed our evening fires in the fire pit. The mist rises from the ocean into the forest and it’s special to have a cozy bed to sleep in while waking up to have coffee under big trees.

Beautiful Redwood Forest Experience

This is a beautiful piece of property! The cabins, showers and other facilities give you some comforts without taking away the feeling of camping in the woods. Ben & Grace are super friendly and very helpful both leading up to and during your visit. I would highly recommend a visit to the property for a little getaway!

We loved our tiny house at Ocean Forest! We stayed in the Redwood Cabin and enjoyed our experience greatly. Listening to the ocean all night and sleeping next to a redwood tree was exactly what we were looking for in a Northern Cali adventure.

What a wonderful place! We enjoyed the campfire and seeing the stars at night. I also loved the outdoor shower, and the accommodations were cozy. Elizabeth was helpful during our stay and Ben & Grace helped answer my questions. Definitely don't miss out on this opportunity next time you are in the Mendocino/Ft Bragg area :)

Loved our stay at the Redwood Tree cabin. Was easily accessible with all the amenities needed. Loved our own private shower and sink so we didn't necessarily have to share with our neighbor like we thought. Nights were peaceful and quiet. Very close to town and the beach! Can't wait to come back again one day.

Unique glamping experience

Earth Cabin w/ Ocean view tent-site

I love, love, love this glamping site. The thought and creativity put into each little cabin area was fantastic. The sites are a little close to each other but they we never felt crowded. The shower and compost toilet set up where top notch and showering while looking into the forest view was amazing and the placing was perfect no one could see you if chose to keep curtains open. Directions were flawless, we were greeted on arrival by a friend who stays on property, she showed us how to use shower and bathroom as well as how to like wood burning stove and let us be after that. Honey bear cabin was adorable and lighting and generator charging station for light was provided. Definitely one of my favorite Hipcamp’s to date. Kudos to Ben and Grace you’ve done an excellent job of creating an off grid totally unique glamping experience!!

Green oasis right in town

This was an amazing site. We loved it so much and will come back again next time we are in the area. The pizza oven is truly amazing, the location is stunning, and the cabin bed is very comfortable. The entire site is really thoughtfully put together. It’s also close to town which was great for us since some of us were more into camping than others 😂

Earth Cabin & ocean view tent site

Awesome piece of land. We will definitely be back. I'm not sure if the weather is always as beautiful as we had it. We were prepared for more fog but it was perfect weather. Ben was a great host and showed us around when we arrived. The bed and pillows were super comfortable.

Gorgeous spot in the woods with a peakaboo view of the ocean. The Earth Cabin was immaculate and cozy. There’s a battery for light and phone charging and a little heater. The privy is way better than your average privy because of a composting toilet keeping it odor free. Ben was welcoming and highly entertaining, showed us how everything worked and didn’t mind at all when I knocked on his cabin door with a question. I especially enjoyed a quick bath in the outdoor claw foot tub. Rustic for sure, but we loved our stay!
