2..3 acres of open desert land surrounded by hills, valleys and OHV trails, rocks and minerals and wildlife. The land includes a cabin with a cooking and eating area and a covered patio area. The cabin is well insulated for a portable AC or heater. You can sleep in the cabin, bring your own air up mattress. There’s no utilities here so bring your own generator or heater. The bathroom is a composting outhouse up the hill.The main cabin can be used as a kitchen and dining room if you have your own lodging (can/camper) or a bunk house if you bring your own mattress. Theres a small kitchen and a small dining or bunk room. Theres also a detached room to the side that can be used as a shower ( ring your own portable shower). Keep in mind this property is very far out in the Cal City open wilderness where you have to drive a long dirt road. All of the roads are 2wd and maintained. Cell reception in this area exists but comes and goes. Water and showers can be had close by at Borax Bill’s, about 3.5 miles away.
