An Amenities Cabin is provided for use by all RV site guests. The cabin includes a full-sized washer/dryer, a full bathroom with bidet, and an oversized jacuzzi tub. Guests must sign-up for a 4-hour timeslot. The cabin is available for use between the hours of 8am-8pm.
Many of our RV sites feature private fenced paddocks for people bringing their horses or dogs. Horse visitors require all current paperwork (Coggins, etc.). Dog visitors must be social and friendly and thus are allowed to explore the farm with their owners off-leash if desired.
The property includes miles of trails for hiking, biking, or horseback riding. Bring your own horse or experienced riders may be able to ride one of ours (subject to weight/experience matching with a horse).

There is a small shed with a full bunk on bottom and a twin on top. A table with two chairs and electric fireplace. There is in addition, a small A/C unit in the shed. It is a small space with nothing but outlets and a small refrigerator. You will need to bring all of your essentials. Pillows/Sheets/Linens/towels are not provided. The bath house is steps away. You will need towels/rags/soap/toilet paper and all essentials. It is merely a toilet, sink, and shower.
There is a Weber charcoal grill available on site. Bring your essentials.

The driveway to the site is marked with the 1755 address sign on Davids Home Church rd. If you are driving N/NW on David's Home Church Rd, it is exactly 2 miles on the right from where you turned onto the road. If you are traveling E/SE on David's Home Church Rd, it is exactly 1.7 miles on the left from where you turned onto David's Home Church Rd.
The gate will be closed, please close the gate back when you leave.
Please take advantage of the Broad River outpost to rent kayaks/canoes/tubes.

Located on the beautiful Broad River, summer offers views of kayakers and tubers floating down the river, close enough to see, but far enough away to feel alone.

20 minutes from downtown Athens. A quarter mile down a winding dirt drive will open up to a beautiful scene of river and nature. Quiet solitude and you are at one with this piece of heaven. Keep your eyes open for the bald eagle. If you are agile enough, climb down the terrain to the river for an early morning bath or fish for lunch.
This site is a singular rental. You will have it to yourself. You may choose to camp with friends in which there is space for an Rv and a pull behind or two small rvs. It can also be used to tent camp. There is a small shed with a full bunk on bottom and a twin on top. A table with two chairs and electric fireplace. There is in addition, a small A/C unit in the shed. It is a small space with nothing but outlets and a small refrigerator. You will need to bring all of your essentials. Pillows/Sheets/Linens/towels are not provided. The bath house is steps away. You will need towels/rags/soap/toilet paper and all essentials. It is merely a toilet, sink, and shower.
There is a Weber charcoal grill available on site. Bring your essentials.
You will need to bring your own firewood..
The driveway to the site is marked with the 1755 address sign on Davids Home Church rd. If you are driving N/NW on David's Home Church Rd, it is exactly 2 miles on the right from where you turned onto the road. If you are traveling E/SE on David's Home Church Rd, it is exactly 1.7 miles on the left from where you turned onto David's Home Church Rd.
The gate will be closed, please close the gate back when you leave.
Please take advantage of the Broad River outpost to rent kayaks/canoes/tubes.
Also The Sandbar is located minutes away and they also provide rentals as well as zip lining.
Royston has a grocery store and fast food.

Easy to read signs for different campsites, very nice host, and peaceful setting by the river. Also a generous amount of firewood for a reasonable price. I will definitely be back if I'm ever in the area again.

We loved our stay at Lizard Sniffer lizard🦎
The Charlotte's Web theme was adorable and we were so warm and cozy. Full kitchen(pots, pans, cups, ect), flat screen TV, comfy couch, comfy bed with a view, cool led lighting, and a jacuzzi tub. Wasn't far from hiking and other parks. Randy was so very kind and helpful and we appreciate him so very much and look forward to booking again! 🕷️🐖

This was a beautiful spot to camp, my family loved it. The tiny house/shed was perfect to add some comfort- it made camping with 2 young kids easier and more enjoyable(the heater came in handy at night). We'll definitely book again in the summer to fully enjoy the river!

I hobbled into Sunny Day Adventures on an almost-flat tire on Christmas Eve, thinking I would have to wait until the day after Christmas to get it repaired and then continue on my journey. But, lo and behold, the host has a tire shop behind the house! Joe patched up the tire on Christmas morning and I was on my way. What a Christmas blessing!
Extremely kind hosts, sweet family and cute Airedale puppy.
The camping spot has a full hook-up behind a little building used as an Airbnb. It is on a rather busy road, but the noise was barely noticeable. It felt like a peaceful country setting, even though it's just a couple of minutes from the historic town of Abbeville.
I highly recommend Sunny Day Adventures!

James and Jessica are some of the BEST HOSTS WE HAVE MET OVER THE LAST 6 YEARS!!! Good ol southern hospitality has no limits at Fenn Farms. The property itself is beautiful and so, so peaceful. Our first night here our diesel pusher front tire was leaking air and James was so helpful!!! I absolutely love the creek that runs along the back of the property with all the mini falls and all the farm animals are right there just waiting for a visit! Added BONUS ...the stargazing is phenomenal!! Thank you to the both of you, we are so happy we crossed paths!!! IYou two have gone above and beyond! Thank you from the bottom of our hearts. Super peaceful spot! The big open field was great for stargazing at night, and there was a set of trees near the pond that worked for my camping hammock. Loved seeing the ducks as I walked around the pond. This is a very well kept bit of land, and I felt like I had plenty of space to enjoy and it was nicely secluded. The most I heard was dogs barking in the distance and the ducks splashing a bit at night. I'll have to come back!
