Near by Navajo Lake New Mexico Marina offers fishing San Juan river, know for its fantastic Fly fishing. The SW Colorado area is north about 20 minutes and is known for hiking, fishing, boating, climbing, rafting. This is a camp Secluded camp spot in the high desert cedar and pinon trees next to BLM land. There is NO utilities on site!! It is a remote location, peaceful, and scenic. About 15 minutes to Navajo City where the nearest services are located. The Navajo Marina also offers some services during the boating season. This is a great place to stop and stay if you are looking for remote desert area with rocking beauty around you.
