Great birdwatching, friendly farm

We loved our farm stay at Wyatt and Michaela's property. Went to Idaho to see birds at Morley Nelson Snake River Birds of Prey conservation area, but saw more hawks and birds around the farm. Run by a friendly, hardworking young couple. Cute dogs. Loved the chicken highway! Clean porta potty on site.

The site was extremely easy to find and peaceful.
HOWEVER,
They were burning something on the property and my van now smells like someone smoked a pack a day for 13 years inside, even 2 days later. Very disappointed in that. Now I have to wash everything inside and try to get rid of the smell.

Michaela and her husband were very welcoming and great communicators! Their farm is really sweet and the campsite has lovely touches like a picnic table, lights to help you find it at night, and a turf section to put your tent on. It’s also very conveniently located. I hope to stay again next time I pass through.

AIR is a very pleasant, quiet site. Michaela was very helpful in addressing our questions and Wyatt let us watch him feed his mini cows. We knew from the description that the toilet facility was an outhouse; we were impressed by how remarkably clean it was and well stocked with hand sanitizer. We would definitely stay there again.

Michaela's site was so peaceful. I loved that there were no giant lights, and it was quite private and quiet. It was also very easy to find (at 10:00 at night!) and the little town of Kuna was a great find. The sweet greeter cat was a bonus!

Exactly as advertised: a tent plot with astroturf, a picnic table and a portapotty at the horse barn. Very basic and close to Boise.
The animals were fun to watch!

Fun Farm Camping!

It was so fun to stay here! We were greeted by a very friendly goat as we set up our tent, the kids loved seeing the chickens running around and the horses in their stalls after we got out of bed. It really was staying on a farm. The best part was we had no neighbor campers.

I camped on Michaela’s ranch for a night as part of a road trip and was immediately greeted by its friendly and tame animal inhabitants. The space was easy to find and clearly marked by a green turf mat. Though I originally had plans to check out a local attraction in Boise I was so taken by the space that I ended up spending a couple hours just taking it in and observing the animals. Michaela arrived shortly after and was very friendly and helpful in showing me around the ranch and more than willing to explain the goings-ons of the ranch; I even got to see her milk a goat! I would definitely stay here again if I ever come through Boise again.

We had a great time camping at Michaela's. The cows and goats were quite entertaining. The turf pad for setting up tents was awesome to have and kept the tent clean, not to mention it was quite comfortable under foot too. We were sung to sleep by at least two owls! That was pretty cool.

A must for animal lovers!

We booked in very last minute as we were passing through Idaho on our way west, it was getting late and we wanted a rest from driving for the day. Upon arrival we were immediately greeted by a paddock of friendly goats and cows right on the fence of our site! Michaela’s husband Wyatt came out to make sure we were settled in and had a lovely chat with us. For a working farm it wasn’t overly loud, and the site itself was tidy

It was such a beautiful site to camp. The animals were all so wonderful to camp next to. Michaela and her husband were so thoughtful to set up a turf for us to lay our tent on. Felt very safe and got to wake up next to cows. Loved it!

We had a great time at Michaela and Wyatt’s farm. It was easy to get to with clear instructions about what to do upon arrival. Michaela (and Piper!) greeted us as soon as we got there and told us about the farm, our campsite and the nearby facilities. The campsite itself was perfect for our little tent - with soft artificial grass, a picnic table and the best sunset. We were even greeted across the fence by the sweetest farm animals 🥰 The toilet was just a short walk away and they even offered potable water if we needed it. My daughter was literally over the moon about all the wonderful animals (which makes this mamas heart happy). Michaela was very responsive to messages and was very helpful.

On a road trip, I needed a place to pitch a tent and lay my head down for a night. Michaela’s land was perfect for me. Michaela greeted me as I drove up. She and her dogs were friendly. The farm atmosphere was soothing, and I appreciated the picnic table. She was upfront about no running water, no electric, and only an out house. The price was right. If you need a place like this when travel through the area like I did, then I’d recommend Michaela’s place to you.

This was perfect for a place to stop as a family. The hosts were so kind and showed my kiddo around the farm. We got some super cute pics with animals and learned some things as well. Directions were clear, portable restroom was probably the cleanest I’ve seen in my life! We only stayed one night but, I would certainly return and have in fact already recommended this stay to friends and family. Very close to the water park in Boise for anyone who is interested. That was a blast as well! 10/10 recommend Michaela’s land for tent camping especially if you have littles.
