Exact location is displayed after booking but here is a clue! 2 miles east of I-25 / Exit 16. Search: Tractor Supply, Cheyenne, WY. Please make your reservations online, prior to arrival. Check In 12-2AM Check out 1200ish- flexible! Late Arrivals are OK! but! No calls after 9PM. All directions are given at time of booking, and there are lights with signage. Our house is Orange and we have 16 panels of Solar. We Do Not have a dump station or hookups. This is Rustic, Primitive, Boondocking, Dry Camping. Deep well water is available. Dumping any sewage or grey water is Prohibited by Law, $500 fine. Free-range chickens closer to the house. Run dogs on the back 10 if they are overly curious or chasing chickens. Quiet Generator, 60 decibels or less. No Loud Gens allowed for more than 2 hours, off by 9PM on at 7AM. LOCAL PLACES 22 miles to Kurt Gowdy State Park where you can rent a kayak or go for a hike to the Hidden Falls, Vedauwoo (Vee dah voo) hiking trails. Check out the Bunk House Bar and Grill for a great food with a western experience. 7 miles to Wyoming State Capital and the yummy Rib and Chop House, in the heart of downtown, Cheyenne 3 miles to gas, 5 miles to Groceries and fast food 2.5 to The Little Bear / The Brand Bar - the back of the Steak House. Local Beef n beer, great food! WINTER CAMPING: ASK/Message about the Indoor shower at the Guest House ($5 bucks, includes towels and soaps or bring your own $3 bucks). We also rent rooms in our Guest House, Horsebox Renovation and Guest House Lodging (Hostel Style). If you are seeking an outdoor getaway but don't have a camper to do so, come use ours! We welcome you to our 36 foot trailer to escape in for the weekend, or for up to 60 days at a time, on our 10acre property. Full hook-ups to help make you comfortable on your stay. The trailer has a master bedroom as well as 2 queen bunk-beds in the back. There are 2 bathrooms in the RV. The master bathroom has a shower/bath. There is also a full couch too if someone is OK sleeping there. SO it can sleep 6 adults comfortably, or 7 if someone wants the couch. The RV also has a full kitchen to cook in with working microwave, stove and refrigerator. We live just up the driveway 90 feet if you need anything; however, you are far enough away to enjoy peace and quiet solo. Farther away from anyone in an RV park, plus the views! We are up Rist Canyon, just 16 miles from Old Town Fort Collins or 11 miles to Laporte (the nearest super market and the famous Vern's Restaurant). We are 52 miles from Estes Park, CO and 21 miles from Red Feather Lake. If you have your own camper and can't find a place to park for a few nights (up to a week if you are self-sustained) hit me up too! We have space for you as well. Tent camping too if you so wish.

Open space near our place: Eagle's Nest, Red Mountain and Soapstone Prairie. When we are not in a fire-ban, we will supply a fire-pit, BUT, you MUST bring your own fire extinguisher. We charge for wood, $15 a bundle--it’s over $300 a cord now!!! Less than 43 miles from Laramie and Cheyenne, and only a half hour drive to Fort Collins. NO toilets or showers are provided! RV PARKING: 5 sites! Sites 1-5 allow pets and kids. Water hook ups in sites 4, and 5. Site 7 &; 8 has shade from 6:30 pm on., but can only be booked without kids or pets. Yes you can group 1&2 or 7&8 for larger bookings. All sites are 75 yards or more apart! Each site has a table, fire-pit, and chairs. All rigs welcome! (No showers or toilets.) We are strict on arrival time, please be here before 7:30PM no later. We will not place you after dark on our land. Check out is before 10 a.m. You can book a fishing tour with professional guides down the Poudre, or simply just set up on our property. You can also visit two horseback-riding stables close by if you want a trail ride. Yes, we have waterfalls 3 miles down the road. All info provided when you arrive and meet. We’ll have a packet with lots of info for you upon arrival. We love to share our land, the wildlife and birds are beautiful each day!
