We are a small bar and grill 12 miles west of Crivitz WI. Conveniently located right on the ATV and Snowmobile trails. There are plenty of lakes and steams for the avid fisherman. We are located just a few miles east of the Nicolet National Forest. We have great food and always a friendly atmosphere. So come on up and join us for a relaxing week or just a weekend.Camp in our nicely furnished tent cabins, Site #1 ( Bri's Hideaway) is furnished with a queen bed, love seat and refrigerator. Site #2 ( Adam's Getaway ) is furnished with a full bed, 1 cot style bunk beds and a refrigerator. We recommend bringing sleeping bags for both sites during the cool weather camping, we furnish some blankets but may not be adequate for the chilly nights in the later season. We are right on the ATV trails, with many lakes, rivers and trout streams close by. There is whitewater rafting nearby for the trill seekers. Or if you enjoy hiking, the Nichole National Forest is minutes away. You can relax on the front deck of your tent cabin or sit by the campfire. We are a small country bar & grill. We have a great Friday night fish fry, or try our famous chicken dinner, or one of our homemade pizzas, we have wraps, sandwiches and more. We are located 1 hour north of Green Bay, WI. The tent cabins will be open May 1st through October 31st with a shower room available. There is limited heating available in the units. Please plan accordingly. Welcome to Elmcrest Acres, located in an area known to locals as Devil's Creek. Originally this was a dairy farm started by my parents in the 40's. My dad had been selling Christmas trees since 1945 and when the milking got to be too much for my mom we converted it to a Christmas tree farm in 1979. Dave & I built our home here and continue the Christmas tree tradition as well as raise Haflinger horses, The sheep started as 4H projects for our kids in the 90's and now my daughter and I have a small flock. One thing seems to lead to another here and we opened the farm to visitors. We have a large space that can be used for family reunions, birthday parties etc and we offer a variety of classes and special events. (This will be the building where you can get water, use the bathroom and take emergency shelter if needed.) We really enjoy the variety of people we've hosted in one way or another, and love to share what our lives are like with others.While I love to travel myself, there is no where else I could call home! I love being able to enjoy all four seasons and knowing 5 cars on my road is a busy day. Located just a half mile from our farm you will have complete privacy, but are welcome to come visit the animals. Site includes a fire ring and picnic table. Our 120 acres are located about 10 miles off the highway in the Upper Peninsula of Michigan. There are state hiking and ATV trails within a couple of miles if you want to venture further than our property. Bring a camera as you will have plenty of opportunities to see wildlife. This campsite is remote and in a rural area, you never have to see another person if you choose not too. This is your best defense against Covid-19! (Picnic table is disinfected between each set of guests.)

Please feel free to use any wood you find already down in the woods or take from the numerous stick piles found near the campsites. Please do not use the cut firewood. The wood in the stick piles has been stacked for your use and is good dry wood that will provide you with hot fires. We do not even use the cut wood in the summer, spring, or fall.
My young children and I have worked hard to clear those sites and cut wood for our own personal use in the winter so please respect the effort we have put in so we can continue to enjoy our land and share this beautiful location with others.
There is no electric or water so please plan your trip accordingly. Please leave no trace and carry out what you bring in.
There are no toilets available so you will need to provide your own portable toilet. Peeing on a tree is fine, but no pooping in holes.
If you chose to drive down to the campsite by the creek you are doing so at your own risk as vehicles have gotten stuck trying to get back up especially after a rain fall and had to get towed out. It is recommended you park up on top and walk the short distance down. ATV/UTV are fine going down to the creek campsite.
The long driveway has plenty of room for multiple vehicles, trailers, and boats.
Absolutely no hunting or shooting of guns is allowed on the property.
Bears have been seen on the property so please use bear safe camping practices.
If your children use the ninja line or hammocks on site they do so at their own risk and we are not held liable for any injuries that may occur. You may notice a zip line. The seat will be removed and is not to be tampered with or used.
Quiet time is between 10pm-6am. No illegal activity (including fireworks) are allowed.
You may see us up there but we will respect your privacy and space. We welcome company and conversation but also respect you may prefer to be left alone.

Kathy was amazing! We decided to take a chance and tent camp in late October. The site is very peaceful and she built firewood up for our first fire upon arrival. We left many things behind on the days we traveled to fish or hike with no worries. The river and woods are peaceful. Appreciate the water she leaves to clean hands and cookware! If you are camping in Door county this is a good spot. Just make sure you have a thick blanket or camping mat for the ground. There are large mulch pieces.

Weekend Trip to Corner Creek Ranch
If you’re a HipCamper reading this and the listing is still available, book it right now! The tiny house rental exceded my groups expectations in every way. The tiny house itself is nicer inside than expected and thoughtfully built. The hot outdoor shower felt amazing on a cool night after spending the day hiking. The stars on this property are the best I’ve seen in all of Wisconsin, we all saw multiple shooting stars each night. The hosts kept us well stocked with firewood and their farm fresh eggs. Randy and Alnilda are really cool and kind folks. They really cared about how we were doing and enjoying our stay. They made our weekend trip the best it could have been.

We went tent camping here with our 2 dogs and had a great time. Very clean facilities and nice amenities. Plus it's convenient to all the door county activities we had planned. One thing I would say would have made our stay a little better is if there were an additional bathroom on the other side of the site. We stayed in a site that was on the opposite end of the property from the bathrooms and it was kind of annoying having to walk that far if we needed to go in the middle of the night or first thing in the morning when you really gotta go. I think even a port-o-potty would have been good.

We had a wonderful stay at this Hipcamp site! It was so close to so many great activities and restaurants! The site was very clean and the startup firewood they left for free was very nice since we didn't get in until late. It was also nice to be able to purchase more on site! The site does sit close to the road, so we were a little concerned about our dogs, but we were able to park to block off some of the view and we didn't have any issues. Lori was super nice to work with and was thankfully close by to help us jump start our vehicle on the last day! lol (never fails)
We rented a boat from Popps Marina (super affordable and friendly people) and we ate dinner at Rene's Supper Club. We are already trying to plan a trip back to the area!

Everything went well, I loved it, my Wife loved it and so did my daughter, she had so much fun on the playground, and the facility is immaculate. Clean clean clean. Big bonus, considering i have seen so many showers that were filthy. The owners absolutely care a out the people that come here and stay, that is the exact feeling my wife and I said to eachother. They think of many small and large details! They are still getting better and better and doing what they can to improve the site, what more can you ask for. 10/10 would recommend, in fact, i am going back up next weekend to stay again for a fishing trip with the boys!

My dogs and I had a fantastic stay car camping at this site. I spent most of my time paddleboarding in the river and I would highly recommend this site to folks who enjoy paddle sports. The water was clear with a muddy bottom. Feeding the fish was definitely a highlight! There was plenty of shade and grassy areas for me to exercise my dogs. I had no issues with bugs; not even mosquitoes. I didn't have to wear any bug repellant. There was no grill grate or tripod for cooking so keep that in mind. The site is a bit noisy, you can hear the nearby highway traffic, lawn mowing and train. I came on a Saturday and there were gunshots going off until dark (maybe a shooting range nearby?) But those are things the host can't change. I brought a white noise machine along and that helped a lot. Overall I had a fantastic time at this site and can't wait to come back.
