We enjoyed our 2 nights at the land! It was private and a great location for exploring North Cascades NP and the surrounding towns of Mazama and Winthrop. If you stay here be sure to visit the Mazama store and get a sandwich (breakfast or lunch only) and some homemade ice cream! The camping land has a stream on one side of it, unfortunately it was dry when we stayed there. We were hoping to set up some chairs and enjoy the cool water on a hot afternoon, but we wandered into the town of Winthrop instead. What a delight! It was like stepping into the Wild West. Highly recommend! The land does have power and water. Also a couple picnic tables and other tables for cooking, eating, etc. And a very clean portable-potty! (Confirm this with the host, I don’t think it’s there year round) Overall would recommend!

The host was so accomodating and called us before to check in with us and after we left. Super close to Chelan which is what we were looking for. Definitely would stay here again.

Elevate vineyards was such a unique experience for tent camping. Stunning views of Lake Chelan, you get a sunrise view over the mountains and a sunset view over the lake. Remote enough but also not a far drive to the lake. Mike is a welcoming host. The drive up is a couple miles of unpaved road but not too difficult to navigate.

We loved camping here! My friends and I camped in tents on this property and while it was more set up for RV’s we still had an amazing time and the views were amazing. About a 20ish minute drive to lake chelan. There’s not much service but there is a super cute phone booth that actually works!! The hosts were so welcoming and sweet, and responded quickly with any questions. We will definitely be back :)

Fantastic site at Elevate Vineyards. North Whisky Camp was just big enough for a 4 person tent and had absolutely phenomenal views. Would absolutely book this site again. The last 0.1 mile of road was very steep with loose gravel but was not problematic at all for an overloaded 2WD sedan. This is a real hidden gem, and we can’t wait to go back.

We enjoyed our stay at the North Whiskey campsite. It felt like we were right on the edge of a cliff with stunning, unobstructed views. From our site, we could see the sunset, stars, and sunrise—absolutely beautiful. There’s a small vineyard behind the site and a rustic outhouse nearby for convenience. Our campsite was located down a slope with a flat area perfect for a tent. While there is a house behind and above the site, it’s not visible from the campsite itself, so we still felt like we had plenty of privacy thanks to the hill and the roof shelter overhead. One thing to note: the last two miles of the road are gravel and winding. We managed in a regular car, but it was a bit nerve-wracking—AWD is definitely recommended. Also, if you're uncomfortable with heights, be aware that the site has a steep drop in front, though the tent area itself is safe and level.

Dispersed camping in "The Field" can be booked through HipCamp, all other sites within the campground must be booked through our direct website. Please note the following about The Field: The Field is exactly that - a large, open, grassy field. There are no shade trees so it is recommended that you bring your own shade, if you desire any. The Field does not have any lighting - it is recommended that you do not arrive after dark. The Silverline Resort is a no generator park, however we do allow generators to be used in The Field, but they must be turned off during quiet hours (10pm - 8am). Assigned tent/RV sites within our campground must be booked through our direct website - they can not be booked through HipCamp. There is a port-a-potty located in the field, the bathhouse and showers are located inside the campground. Our showers are quarter operated with a cost of $1.50/five minutes. These camps are on a 24 farm with about 3,500' of frontage on the Entiat River. The land's history has included use as pasture, orchards, and flower farm. It's currently identified as a USDA type silvopasture farm. The priority crop is growing native fir trees that will be harvested in 60+ years as telephone poles. During this time, the land will be grazed by a variety of livestock balanced to keep fields and animals healthy and productive. The current owners purchased the farm fall of 2023 from a family estate that owned it since the 1970s. It is considered a legacy project as work progresses to Firewise the land in support of old growth native trees and maximum summer shade for salmon. During the 2025 grazing season, the NE pasture of 5 acres along the river fed 8 Katahdin Sheep. I had been searching for over 2 years for a property where I could make a difference in the environment and live in the wilderness. I was looking for water on a large tract of land that was remote. In 2017 I found the perfect property and to my dismay it had sold 2 days before I saw the listing. I was shocked because this was the perfect property. In my 2 years of searching I knew exactly what I wanted and this was the property. It had a private lake with fish. A solar cabin with a flush toilet and hot shower. The cabins 8 foot windows faced West for magical sunsets and view of the storms that roll in from the coast. It was beautifully treed with just the right amount of open meadow and forest with Hemlock, Ponderosa pine, and Larch. How could this property be sold? I tried to let it go but thought about it for the next year. After a year and a half had passed and my search continued I came across an advertisement for this magical property, it was up for sale again. I called the real estate agent immediately and found that an offer had been made but the buyers could not commit for 5 more months. I made an offer that day not really knowing how I was going to pull off the money. I knew this property was meant for me. I wrote the owner a letter explaining that I was a land steward and that this land would never be developed. I would be putting it in a land trust where no developers could put up condos. The owner happened to be a environmentally focused human and he ended up selling to me. Come to find out when I had first saw the property sold a year and a half before, that transaction had fallen through. The owner had just taken it off the market for the winter.
