Deep lake is four miles from our house as well as Kanaskit State Park with a river. Mt Rainier is about 45 minutes away. Mt Peak, 1000 ft hike, is 4 miles toward Enumclaw from us. You'll want to bring your own shampoo and conditioner, but I think that was the only things I noticed I'd want. They even had firewood for us, no extra charge! David, his wife, and everyone else that helps maintain the property were SO sweet and welcoming. Seems like it would be a lovely place to stay in the winter, so thats when I'd like to come back! 5 stars all the way for everything here, the thoughtfulness of the cabins, the cleanliness, the readily available kitchen and the hospitality. Judy’s land was the perfect spot for an overnight stay on Vashon Island. We had our VW camper van and found a convenient place to park and spend the night. The facilities were great. There is a kitchen, showers, a large event room, but this time of year all was pretty quiet.

Annette is so lovely and the perfect host! The views are gorgeous and location ideal, close enough to town but still a country feel. I would absolutely come back next time I am in the area. Definitely on the glamping side with a full kitchen and very nice bathroom.

Scott's campsite is exactly as described - large, private, and beautiful! Our dogs loved all the space for fetch and we all enjoyed spending lots of time at the site and also down by the river. The privacy, riverfront access, and thoughtful campsite can't be beat! Scott was also very communicative and getting into/out of the site was very straightforward. We're already looking forward to coming back someday!

Loved this campground - best one of my roadtrip this year. Easy tenting in the meadow. And the bathroom has an outdoor sink under a roof, which is much more comfortable for putting in my contacts than your typical small, smelly indoor bathroom. Also, Judy is very friendly.
