Take a break from the city and connect with nature by staying at our magical farm property located on the very south end of Whidbey Island, WA (12 minutes from the Clinton ferry dock). You can enjoy such activities as swinging in one of the many hammocks, getting goldfish pedicures, feeding some of the sweet animals, singing with the parrot, doing goat yoga or goagility (don't bother Googling it because it doesn't exist anywhere else), picking fresh fruits and vegetables for dinner you can prepare in our outdoor cabana kitchen, eating s'mores at one of the many firepits, visiting the beautiful flower gardens or simply enjoying the peace and quiet. Wildlife galore including bald and golden eagles, red tail hawks, deer, raccoons, heron and coyotes. Some nights, we have live music in the evening by one of South Whidbey's amazing bands and beer flowing from the taps built into the wall of the cabana. It is just me and an occasional worker operating the property so you may see us weeding, milking goats, feeding farm animals, or watering some of the many gardens. You are encouraged to participate in activities on the farm and children are welcome to do the same. We are 5 minutes from Bailey's Corner Store, Whidbey's best burger joint, which has great music various nights of the week, and Ogres Brewery which also has great entertainment and beer. Langley and Freeland are each 20 minutes away.

Nestled at the foothills of Mount Rainier, we are a serene farm only 45 miles away from Seattle, 36 min drive away from the Mt Rainier Carbon River entrance, 1 hour from the Crystal Mountain Resort, 1 hour 30 minutes from the Sunrise Visitor Center. I live here with my partner Khohay who now takes care of his family farm which used to be his late aunts Soma Institute of Structural Integration school (now located on Whidbey Island). We are constantly doing projects around the property to restore, improve and preserve the beauty that it has to offer and would love to share it with other people as we go! SUMMER UPDATES: Hello Hipcampers! Some of our trees are starting to fruit so feel free to help yourself, we can’t keep up eating it all! There is a ton of blackberries starting to ripen too in the fields, the peach tree and some plum trees scattered around, waiting on the apples and pears. If you can identify it, you can eat it. :) We also added several fun group activity games to the farm so don’t be shy, please feel free to use the volleyball/badminton net/equipment and cornhole boards. AMENITIES/THINGS TO DO: -There is a communal bunkhouse on property available to all guests with a flushable toilet and a hot water shower. It also includes a kitchenette and we welcome you to use any of the kitchen/cookware and appliances available not limited to but including a Mr. Coffee Expresso and Cappuccino Coffee Maker, toaster, microwave, Instant Pot Duo Crisp 11-in-1 (8 Quart), cooktop, outdoor propane oven, traeger for grilling and smoking etc. Our 2 French Bulldogs also stay in this building but they love humans and all the attention you can give them! -We have a wellness yurt on site with a Somassage therapy room (package add-on session available to purchase during your stay, message me for any questions or details if interested). You are also welcome to use the gym in the yurt whether it be for early morning yoga session on the mats or punching it out on one of our punching bags (included in base price, not an add-on). -There is an infrared sauna that can sit up to 3 people located next to the yurt as an add-on. -You are welcome to wander around the entire property and grab fruit daily from the trees when in season or have us get you farm fresh eggs from the coop to eat for breakfast. Just let us know ahead of time and we can have it ready for you the next morning. -Say hello to the animals (sheep, goats, chickens, cats and dogs) or go for a walk/run around the countryside roads with walking/running/biking adventures available to you along the beautiful and paved Foothills Trail extending 21 miles from Buckley to Puyallup. We have bike rentals. -Communal fire pit area with picnic table and chairs available when fire ban is not in effect. We sell a milkcrate full of wood for $10 if needed. -WIFI is available closer to the communal area. LOCATION: 2 miles from downtown Buckley with Blue Max Meats and the Rainier Fresh Country Store for a quick trip down the road for groceries and less than 15 minute drive to Enumclaw with more restaurant options available and Bonney Lake also 15 minutes away with Target, Costco, Fred Meyers etc. We will happily point you out to our favorite places to eat and grab coffee around here, just ask! REQUIREMENTS: -Please NO shoes or smoking allowed in any of the indoor/enclosed buildings including the tiny house/sauna/yurt/bunkhouse. -Please donate your food scraps in a container and we can give it to the chickens in the morning, do not throw any food in the trash.

We have been here for 30 years & have select logged keeping the integrity of the property in tact. These trees know they are loved and honored. They are happy & it shows. You feel the vibe a soon as you drive up. Since then we have blazed trails & carved out campsites & campgrounds throughout. All of them resembling nature's little carved out "rooms." We have enjoyed this property for these past 33 years. We have shared it with family & friends time & time again. There is so much love & positive energy breathing within these boundaries. Located in Sequim, Washington, Red Hawk Stables is the closest Harvest Hosts location to Olympic National Park. This facility offers guided horseback trail riding at a variety of price points, as well as pony rides for younger children. They also have a petting zoo, complete with chickens, pigs, ducks, horses, rabbits, goats, and geese. They have two pet-friendly spaces for RVs under twenty-nine feet in length, and plenty of tent spots. Don’t miss this awesome location when going to or coming from Olympic! August thru September is wild blackberry season, and the campground is surrounded by them. Feel free to pick them! When you arrive, take the very first left (theres a metal welcome sign with a pink ribbon 🎀, not the driveway that says "no trespassing") and follow the driveway between the two horse pastures, down and around to the lower grassy parking area where the pigs and goat pen are (sharp left to big barn). Feel free to pet / feed produce scraps you may have to goats / pigs. You can bring treats such as carrots and apples for the horses too, but mind the teeth on all critters!
