Purchased in 2013 after a fire came through the area. We've spent the last 7 years regenerating the land, planting trees, building our house and collecting places for people to rest their heads. Masabaje is the first two letters of each of our parents names (Margaret, Sandy, Barry, Jerry). We offer five listings - a converted schoolbus, an Airstream, retro trailer, truck bed glamp pod and tent spot. Meet Birdy, a semi-converted Blue Bird school bus with a comfortable queen mattress, couch, two recliners, dry kitchen, cooking utensils, and camp stove. There is access to a toilet, shower and sink (clean up area) in back room of main house (about a 4 minute walk). Birdy sits at "Top Pond", farthest from the house in a super quiet and private spot. You must bring your own bedding or sleeping bags, pillows, etc. (available here for an additional fee). There is no electricity available in Birdy. Devices can be charged up at the house. There is also no heater in Birdy, overnight temperatures in September and October can dip down into the mid-low 40's or lower. Meet Tin Man, we found him after he had been in an accident. We bandaged him up and he became the first place to sleep when we bought our empty land. He has a comfortable double mattress, couch, chair, kitchen, cooking utensils, and two burner stove. There is access to a toilet, shower and sink (clean up area) in back room of main house (about a 30 second walk). Tin Man sits on our driveway round-a-bout and is closest to the house. You must bring your own bedding or sleeping bags, pillows, etc. (available here for an additional fee). Ellensburg is known for its wind and our land is just down from a wind farm. We cannot control the wind, but Birdy sits in a pretty wind protected oasis. Masabaje is a clothing optional space. We are less than 2 hours from Seattle, 1 hour to Yakima wine country, 40 minutes to Vantage, 40 minutes to Leavenworth, 50 minutes to Snoqualmie Pass, 15 minutes to Ellensburg, 25 minutes to Roslyn, 25 minutes to Yakima River Canyon for floating and hiking, and so much more!

Now accepting bookings 6 months out! Spring Creek Getaway is a large, one and a half acre campsite private campsite near Cle Elum, Washington. Located on Spring Creek Road in Ronald, WA, it is a three minute drive to Lake Cle Elum. It is an hour and a half drive East of Seattle, and a ten minute drive to Roslyn. There is unlimited recreation in the area, including many hiking and riding trails near by. There is plenty of space on the property to bring your boat or ATVs (or rent from The Last Resort)! The power is 110v. We also have high speed WIFI making it easy to work from the campsite. Please note that we do not have water or sewer hookups. There are two picnic tables and a fire pit in a large open area. There is a creek running through the property and string lights leading to it. If you would like to use the propane fire pit table, please bring your own propane tank or you can fill up an empty one that is available at the campsite to use. The campground is situated at the South end of Alta Lake, opened in 1946 and operated by my Grandparents until 1980, when my father decided to continue operations adding Outfitting and Guide services into the Pasayten and Sawtooth Wilderness areas. Covid put a halt on business for a few years, but we are back and making some gradual upgrades and changes to offer camping and horseback riding experiences again! The lake is 220 acres known to Anglers near and far. Plenty of room for the sunseekers wanting to play in the water on paddle boards, kayaks, jet skis, and water skiing. An 18-hole Golf Course resides at the North end of the lake and white water rafting just a few miles down the hill on the Methow River. Must book horseback riding in advance. The site is about a 20 minute drive to Brewster or Pateros and about 40 minutes to Lake Chelan.  This is an fairly large site and will accommodate two RV's as well as plenty of area for tent camping. There is plenty of good spots to play with dogs without any conflicts. Despite the existence of year round residences and cabins this area is still very wild so you have a chance of an encounter with any critter that is native to the forests and prairies of North Central Washington. Loved the site, will say be on the lookout though on wild animals as we had an overnight visit from some coyotes so keep that in mind for small animals if off leash. Only con is mainly a 1 way road once in property so when we arrived there was another vehicle trying to leave so caused some issues. Overall beautiful and clean worth the trip over!

The whole place is fantastic. Up over a ridge and then down so well away from the highway. Look like all the campsites had easy access to the water. Campsite 6 is amazing with a permanent tent and outside cover area. Well stocked with a gas BBQ and utensils. Everything is well built and very well maintained. If the weather is iffy, this is the campsite to book. David is very responsive and a great guy. Five stars and we will be back. For large groups booking campsites 1 & 6 together would work well R

Great location with stunning views. It's definitely up there, and the road initially feels a little sketchy, but don't let that scare you. I was easily able to tow a 30ft trailer up no problem, and Chris came right out to assist and asked if I needed anything! Being so high, be prepared for wind, but if you get a night with no wind, the sunset views are amazing! I would definitely stay at these sites again!

We love Buck Meadows and have been camping here for years. The site is private and picturesque yet located quite close to town. The sites are ready-to-go with a fire pit, table, garbage, and benches/chairs, so it is easy to roll in with your tent and enjoy the space immediately. Brynn is always very receptive and helpful, and we can't wait to come back again!

1 night at Bianchi Vineyards RV Site

We enjoyed five nights at Kim‘s, site B. Our camper faced towards the river and the open valley with a lovely view. We sat outside most evenings after the temperature had dropped and enjoyed a complete quiet, tranquil, starlight setting. Kim has a lovely dog named North who visited our site and was a gentle welcoming soul. We are dog people and loved his visits. I will note that Kim was very responsive in checking to make sure that it was OK if North visited our site. Our rig and approach to the site: 26’ bumper-pull travel trailer pulled by a 3/4 ton truck. We went just past the designated pad and backed into the site, super easy. Pros: Quiet, scenic, safe, very communicative host, accessible, great location. Cons: None, it’s a lovely place to enjoy.
