This camp site is very private and peaceful! We will be open from May 1st through September, 2026. We have a 3 night maximum stay per booking. The site can accommodate up to two RVs or 3-4 tents depending on the distance apart. We allow up to 6 people per booking. The firepit and the Snoqualmie River are about 150' away from your tent or RV. We have a porta-potti at the camp site and also two picnic tables. Pets are welcome at our HipCamp, but we do require that you clean up after them. Near North Bend there are several hiking/biking trails including the trail up Mt. Si., Si View Park, and the Rattlesnake Ridge trail system. For shoppers, we have shops in town and the Factory Outlet Mall. For dining, there are several restaurants in North Bend. PLEASE NOTE: CHECK IN TIME: 2:00-5:00 P.M. Our rate is $85 per night. We ask all drivers (cars, RVs, trailers, etc.) to back into the campsite. This will make for an easy exit. Thanks!! Mimi's property was a hidden gem. We loved fishing in the lake, catch and release, large mouth bass. We reserved all 4 RV sites for 3 nights over Labor Day weekend. We had a fun day swimming at nearby Stillaguamish River, and a great dinner at nearby Nuttys Roadhouse Grill (no bar there, though) The Landing is best if you are able to rent all 4 sites together with family or friends. Though very ample sized, there's not too much privacy between the sites if you don't know your neighbors. Mimi was so sweet and gave us privacy and space. This gorgeous property is a Dreamland in progress. They've done so much to landscape and improve the already perfect natural space. Having a reunion or wedding there would be perfect!

Beautiful, quiet and peaceful campsite. The lot sits behind a horse farm. There's a large lawn space for RVs or just kicking around a ball. The camp site is tucked away in the trees with a view of the river. Fits two 4-6 person tents. It's private and felt safe. We will definitely be booking here again!

The property is very conveniently located for quick excursions (hiking, climbing, boating, fishing, etc.) between Leavenworth and Stevens Pass. It’s well maintained, clean, spacious, and organized. Mary Ann responded promptly to our messages and she was very accommodating. The Hwy 2 is very close, which means some noise. For campers in vans, RVs, and trailers, it should not be an issue. For people sleeping in tents, it could be a bit challenging. Overall, I would definitely recommend this campaign spot!

Mimi’s property was better than we even expected! They have plans to continue to enhance the experience for all. They have done a superb job on it, and have thought of every small detail. Seriously!!! We stayed at RV site 1 with our 2 young boys and dog and had a blast. We walked the back 40 trail (an hour with kids, 30 min without), did peddle boats and adventured around for our 4 day weekend. Beautiful ducks (not the average brown ones), deer and wildlife abound. You can walk around the little lake. Calm serene environment. Water fountain sounds were lovely. Unlike another review said, there were not a lot of cars coming and going during our stay (a normal amount). Mimi was very responsive and answered all of our specific questions before arrival. She and her SO were genuinely kind people. You can tell their love for people and animals! There are a few short term RV spots to stay and each of them were very quiet, respectful and no different than having another RV at the campsite. We were the loudest ones there with our kids. 😬 We will definitely be back. My kids want to stay in one of the geo-domes some time. They look amazing (especially the two story one with a kitchen. I want to come back with extended family and rent out all the spots! What a great place to have a family reunion or wedding!! My kids also loved the vending machine for snacks. Laundry on site and a dump station which was very convenient for our RV. Also Stilly Diner was a yummy breakfast spot nearby.

We loved everything about this site! The location, set up and hosts are amazing. It is well maintained, quiet, private, town is within walking distance, the hosts loved on our dogs, and you are at the foot of Mt Si. We look forward to returning to this location and explore the trails near by. Our camper van (21 feet) easily navigated the road and we had it level within minutes without levelers. The dirt near the campfire ring was even manicured (raked). Complete perfection!
