Our rental property was once a mini Rail Road with full size locomotive's, train cars, pumper cars and more. My dad & grandpa layed all the tracks & put together the buildings in the 1970's. Once done my grandma sold tickets to the tourist and my grandpa ran the engine around the 7 acre oval track pulling a train car full of happy tourist through the woods over the train bridge and past the big water tower back to their vehicles so they could finish their journies with a drive to Mt. Weekend Trip to Roney River Ranch (R3)

We had a lovely Fall stay this weekend in our little camper. We loved the sounds of the coyote calls through the night. They were quite talkative but it was fun to hear the wildlife around us! My dog really enjoyed having the freedom and space to run and play. The quaint town of Duvall is super close so we enjoyed a beautiful brunch before packing up for home.

Cedar Hottub available 7am - 10pm M-F and 8am - 10pm over the weekends.

It's a very quiet getaway, but close enough to the city. The professional and friendly staff make it feel at home. The community house is stocked full of pots and pans and other baking utensils to virtually make anything you may be craving to make. I would definitely stay here again if needing a weekend getaway to destress myself.

Loved the site, will say be on the lookout though on wild animals as we had an overnight visit from some coyotes so keep that in mind for small animals if off leash. Only con is mainly a 1 way road once in property so when we arrived there was another vehicle trying to leave so caused some issues. Overall beautiful and clean worth the trip over!

Hawks landing was a great little place to stay. Right off the road with easy access to Ashford and Skate Creek road. The pull in was a little hard to find in the dark. Once we located and backed to the spot the ambiance and lights were just the right touch.

Beautiful, well thought out, and clean space that had everything one needs to create beautiful memories with friends and families. The whole property is gorgeous with stunning views. The fire pit was so lovely especially on a rainy day, and so nice to have items provided for smores as well. Loads of cards and board games. Would stay here again and recommend 10/10!
